Hygiene standards were a bit appalling and mosquitoes were flying everywhere. I ordered a samosa chaat and mutton biryani - the biryani was quite delicious and a massive serving. They don’t have free tap water at this place and I thought the bottled water was free because the owner just took it out of the fridge and put it on my table. They do charge $2 for it, so don’t open it and drink it if you don’t want to... overall I spent $27 and took some of the biryani home. An ok meal but probably won’t be rushing to return due to the unhygienic state of this place..

What should i do with the butter naan?????
I order mutton biryani, talawa gosh and butter naan via uber eats, firstly they gave my order to someone else and then the uber driver called me and told me that ive cancelled my order which i never did. After 1 hour my order get delivered without any spoons or forks and missing talawa gosh.
what a waste of time and food. What will I do with the naan???? Very frustrating...

Wow! Ambience is perfect. Decor is well done. Service is attentive and genuine. Food is full of flavor and hits the spot. I would recommend and come back next time I’m in town. My only note is that most of the curries are prepped at a Pre made spice level, and I did not try and that were adequately spicy for me (like it HOT!).

I had a nice dinner here on a work trip. Dropped by around 7pm and even though the place was full, the staff managed to sit the 3 of us quickly.
Food was amazing, had curries with naan and rice. Will certainly return when I get the cravings for Indian food.

Pretty popular, so worth booking. Very good service and meals freshly prepared and nicely presented in a very timely fashion. One of the better chicken curries I have tasted. Worth a visit.

The ambiance is fantastic. Excellent ornamentation. The service is sensitive and genuine. Food has great flavor and fills you up. I'll undoubtedly recommend it and visit the place the next time I'm in town. A Prep facility prepares the majority of the curries.

This is the best Indian Restaurant. Have been going here for years. Only small but fabulous food and atmosphere. Go here every time we go to West Melbourne. Highly recommend. You must book on line. Thank u

Delicious Vegan Food
One of the easiest to read menus I've read with clearly marked and identifiable vegan options, with a good variety.
Staff were very nice, food quick to come and atmosphere grand.
Little hard to tell if they were open from the outside.

Dum biryani , haleem and tandoori chicken was wow , make me feel in hyderabad and great customer service . Make me feel proud to be indian as other region people taste my best place authentic biryani and love it.
This is Actual Dum Biryani not like others who mix rice and curry ( say biryani)

I highly recommend

Worst place to have indian food, tasteless and unhygienic( you may find hair/s as i did) dishes prepared by unqualified chef( i am afraid if there’s a chef at all). Presentation was horrible. Overall complete disappointment.

Went there to have some bread and curry and we were a group of 5 people and ordered paneer butter masala which tasted so good and mughalai chicken curry which was ok and their garlic naan was so melting and tasted so good and so their butter naan and plain naan
The owner was so friendly and good and this place is good for anyone who wants a quick bite for a reasonable pricing .! They even had some daily specials like lamb shanck mandi which I wanted to have but was already full having the bread.! Overall would recommend this place for people who doesn’t care about the great ambience but a quick bite and good taste food..!

Terrible. Just terrible. Flavourless. And forget about ordering through Menulog. They will take take your hard earned cash, and decline your order. If you enjoy waiting for refunds, then this is your place.

Limited seatings, looks more like a take away.
There's one guy who's on serving, very friendly. However, very slow. Food was okay. Good in quantity, the taste was mediocre. Tried biryani and weekend special Haleem.

Choosing restaurant for fussy man after midnight is very hard task but I think I found one of option to go place.
I was driving pass to go one of popular Indian restaurant near by but decided to try this place instead.

This shop has a small dining area and more like takeaway style with hot serving counter. Customer service is great and authentic dishes.
Male staff explained each dishes for us.
The dish was not spicy like other places and it was mild creamy spices.
I will come back to try other dishes next time.
