Their food used to be good. Now business has built up they do not care and respect their customers. I called for a special order they hanged up the phone on me. Not going there again!! Well with this attitude your business can only go in one direction!!

Terrible CS. When i called to ask for fresh Jalebi they just said we can't make to order just get what we have already made. It's too much effort to made to order as advised on phone. I wish Sweet Utsav in Caroline Spring won't have closed. They always made fresh to order.
