If there were more stars, I would have given it. We were at Pink on 12 March and had such a lovely time. Sadly, we have not been back yet. It will become our regular place to meet in future. Jason was a perfect host. (Dankie Jason). The food, atmosphere, the cocktails were all so, so nice. We enjoyed the experience, hope to be back over Easter.

This cafe is an excellent location for an all-girls outing. Super cute pink theme interior, great food and great vibes šø
The pink falls French toast and the queens benedict were so yummy! All staffs were lovely and helpful.
Definitely one of the most insta worthy cafes in Melbourne everyone needs to visit š„°
I would highly recommend this cafe!

Cute aesthetics and decent drinks. Got served flat coke as a mixer but thatās ok because our waiter was quite accommodating. The place is great for photos, just wish their menu had more chicken options as itās mostly just seafood. Average food

This was 1 of the MOST fun places Iāve ever had brunch at in Melbourne.
I had the Basket Of Love & Bottomless Brunch where you can have UNLIMITED selected drinks with any 1 of the breakfast dishes.
Unfortunately, I donāt drink alcohol no more so I would only recommend the Bottomless Brunch if you do like your cocktails.
Because if you do enjoy your cocktails and can drink alcohol you will be able to get your moneyās worth.
Overall, the AWESOME customer service and Pink theme makes it 1 of Melbourneās top places for an Instagram worthy photo.
I will definitely be coming here again with my group of friends to celebrate special occasions.

We had some lovely non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails and colourful, healthy bowls. We enjoyed the decor - very cute! Staff were not very experienced and took a fairly long time to serve, despite being a quiet night. Overall enjoyed our experience.

Went for the bottomless brunch for a friends birthday, drink were ok and pretty on point to serve them out quick. Food was really really bad. Its like they slapped together whatever they could to serve the dish. I ordered the chicken tacos, the chicken was pretty much just boiled chicken not adobo marinated like its on the menu which was luke warm cold maybe salmonella type temperature, old lettuce, sauce was dorito salsa sauce. There were 18 of us and just one of the guys rated his chilli scramble (probably lost his taste to covid).
Felt so bad for everyone that had just arrived when i was leaving.

It may look pretty on the outside, but the food is nothing special. Way too overpriced and poor quality.

Visited last December. The place was gorgeous, as was the food, however, it didnāt taste quite as good as it looked. Customer service probably couldāve been better, and our request to pay kept getting āforgottenā. However, will probably be back.

Very underwhelming experience, pizza taste something similar to frozen boxed pizzas from the supermarket.... ambience was the only good thing.
Luca Jende
The pizza was doughy and boring flavour. The cocktails smelt so bad they are undrinkable
Bontu Husen
very bad food. not tasty at all. would not recommend. the props are instagrammable other than that not worth it. the food is also overpriced. I ordered margarita pizza and it was feral. like you ca not go wrong with margarita. all it has is cheese.
Lb1695
Went here tonight with my girlfriends , on Instagram this place looks really interesting and exciting however in reality it wasnāt the case . The cocktails were nice but nothing spectacular and the pizza we ordered had semi raw pink pizza dough. I understand that they want to stick with the theme but honestly some foods donāt need to be drenched with pink food dye. All the best to the crew at pink. But it just goes to show what we see on Instagram isnāt reality ! 2 stars

Just came for a quick bites. Watermelon margarita was very good. We came around 5pm and it was very quite. Nice place for chit chat. I think A lil bit of music will do š. It was too quite that i had to control my voice (almost whispering)

Went for the āinsta pinkā aesthetic with a friend, and felt so awkward 15 minutes in when we realised how shocking the service was and then the overpriced, bland food. Itās not worth taking a pretty pink Insta pic when you end up spending $50+ for lower than average food and service. Go literally anywhere else - itāll be cheaper and tastier.
Ankita Sehgal
Food was extremely average. We found a bug in our food which was very disappointing.

Beautiful Pink restaurant- as the name suggests everything around here is pink. Lovely ambience and staff š
Come with your girl gang or set of friends to enjoy the pink vibrant restaurant for some lovely pizza, pasta, dessert etc
While you are here you can also check their first floor which have few spots created for photo lovers, pose and get a photo clicked for a memory or to share on social media- use their hashtag #pinkvibesonly š„°

Came here with a group of six girls for my best friend's birthday. A little hard to find, as it is upstairs from a pizza shop. Firstly there are a few positives
- Great selection of drinks (both mocktails and cocktails that are 'insta-worthy' and taste delicious.
- The drink choices are also mix and match which is great for trying something different
- The interior was really nice! Pink and floral vibes which were obviously the whole theme of the restaurant and very good for cute photos
Now the negatives...
- I ordered a pasta (I believe it was ravioli) and my friend ordered a mushroom pizza. Ravioli was absolutely BLAND. Like literally no taste at all, had barely any sauce to it, I had to ask for sea salt and pepper and literally had to add so much salt to both the pasta and pizza because it was awful.
- Overpriced. The food here does not match to the price - a pasta sets you back over $20 - a really average portion and again no taste....pizzas are large but run around the same price with no taste.
Honestly, I would come back for JUST drinks. There is not much of a vibe despite it being such a insta-worthy restaurant, and the food is such a let down.

Staff unfriendly, didnāt receive the food we ordered... we went up to settle the bill for our drinks and no apology was given. Would not recommend
Let Laura Eat
My friends bought me here for my hens. They were aware of the ratings, but it was for the ambiance. The staff were friendly & the place is definitely awesome for the selfies & setting, but the food was sure lacking. Not so much the pizzas, they looked alright but the other meals on the menu. Like the ravioli was extremely underwhelming.
Shanal Uduwana
A good novel idea/ experience but you're left scratching your head when you pay 1.5x the price for a pizza equivalent to that of the downstairs establishment: Rozzi's. Unfortunately I think the food takes and elevator (dumbwaiter) ride up to pink, meaning it probably is prepared downstairs. Would recommend going here once (for drinks). Not worth the hype food wise.
Amalia Georgopoulos
Appalling in every way possible. Seated on a sticky table with no menu, and once received menu were asked for drinks without given any time to look at the menu. This continually happened as waitresses continued to come to the table knowing that a 1 more guest was still too arrive. Very inexperienced staff... witnessed a waitress put her finger in her ear whilst walking around.
Ask for parmesan cheese and chilli and received a plastic container from the kitchen (half a litre worth of chilli flakes) and a cheese grater.. one of us actually had to use this to serve our own Parmesan.
Food comes from a fast food shop front down stairs that holds food in bay marines all day, food is served warm. Desert pizza was served with no side plates or cutlery. Serviced without seasonal berries as advertised and when asked what choc bits we were referring too were unaware it was even on the menu. Cookie pieces were given to us that were stale.
The smell throughout the whole place is revolting... a terrible dirty cloth/unwashed mop stench throughout.
0/10 if possible.
Caoimhe Campitelli
We loved it! One of the male staff was so nice and caring towards us, and ensured we had a great time. Loved the food. So delicious, and really happy to see that everything was pink :) even the pizza bases! Would definitely come here again!

Staff rushed us to pay for the bill despite the place being empty. Poor service and funky atmosphere ...
We went to Pink last week for my birthday. Staff are super nice and the vibe is fun. We were greeted by a lovely girl on the front desk and nothing was too hard for her. It can be a little tricky to find. Could not recommend it more for a girls night out! So fun.
Christie Davis
Our new after work drinks Friday venue with the office crew. Our office is not far from Pink on Collins street and whilst the restaurant was completely full, the staff were attentive and accommodating... plus the cocktails are on point and atmosphere vibrant.
Aneeka Rebeiro
The food here is below average! The mains ordered which was the ravioli and chicken pasta was okay and more focused on being aesthetic rather than tasty!
The biggest disappointment was dessert, which was the chocolate pizza that we couldn't get through with a butter knife! Did not eat it and asked for our money back. This place is for Instagram photos and a cocktail and that's it. Do not recommend for food!
MELBFOODIEEE
would only come for the aesthetic - the price for the quality and portion size of the food is ridiculous. the broccolini was probably the only thing that was done well. save your money and go eat at one of the other hundred cheaper (and better) restaurants in melbourne...
Annyeongjen
Despite the not-so-good reviews of this place, my friends and I still decided to go for the aesthetics. The staff service was not attentive and we were not given the food menu until we asked for it. We ordered a few dishes to try out. The food came out slowly one by one and overall the taste was not up to par. It was also quite overpriced for the quality of the food. If we had to choose the best dish of all, it would be the fondue. Which was simply white chocolate with an additional of pink food colouring. I donāt recommend coming to this place for the food, unless you just want a few drinks to take photos of with the set up they have located upstairs.

Food quality and food service was laughable.

The waitress had no idea what she was doing. She gave us water for the table but neglected to give us something to drink out of. Took us ages to get her attention to get her to go back and get us some glasses.

The ravioli was cold, tough, overcooked and almost inedible. The salad looked and tasted like a salad bag you get from the woollies across the road. The bruschetta was old tomato with too much onion on bread that was so tough and stale it was like chewing timber.

The waitress brought the wine out by holding the glass at the top, with her fingers where your mouth goes. The wine was warm so had to order a glass of ice.

Waitress didnāt ask how our food was when she took away our plates.

When I asked them to bring the cake out, I confirmed with them TWICE saying the birthday girl is the one with the long blond hair. They still brought it out to the wrong girl who had short hair. The cake wasnāt lit and had to be re-lit but the waitress clearly didnāt know how to use a lighter. After many failed attempts, my friend asked to take the lighter from the helpless waitress and light it herself. They didnāt bring a knife or plates for us to eat the cake, so we were sat there staring at a melting cake for 10 minutes before we could get the attention of a waitress to bring us plates, knives, forks etc. After the cake, the waitress finally asked us how our food was and we expressed our concerns for poor quality food and poor service. Her response was no apology, barely an acknowledgement, just awkward silence.

We asked to speak to the manager when we received our bill. We made a complaint and asked if there was anything she could do for us. She said she would not adjust the bill as she is not the manager, she was the 2IC (I asked to speak to the manager). She said the manager had gone home so I asked if she could ring the manager to explain our poor dining experience and see if he could give her authority to change the bill or help us out somehow? She came back and aggressively explained that the manager said there are no adjustments that can be made to the bill and that if we didnāt make our full payment, he would call the police in the morning. We were all stunned by this threat. What began as us politely providing constructive feedback, quickly became hostile and we were being threatened with the police? All we said was that we didnāt think the food and service was worth the bill, but we werenāt the ones to even make the suggestion that the bill be reduced or that we wouldnāt pay. They couldāve offered us a free meal for next time or something, but it seems they got defensive very quickly. I tried to explain that I didnāt think police action was necessary and she kept interrupting me and talking over me. I need to re-iterate that me and my friends remained calm and spoke in a normal tone, however the 2IC was becoming visibly more and more upset and raising her voice. I donāt think she was trained to handle complaints as she was taking each bit of criticism as a personal attack.

We wanted to end the conversation as quickly as possible and just GET OUT of there, so we asked to pay and split the bill between us. After all this commotion we were then told that they do not split bills. That was the straw that broke the camelās back for my friends and I. We all know it is possible for any vendor to split the bill, but itās time consuming for staff , so its sometimes not done during busy periods. By this time of the night there were only 4 or 5 tables left and we were only wanting to split the bill 3 ways. They still refused to split it. At this point, my friend and I were agitated so we said we were going to do exactly what they threatened us not to do, and NOT PAY. I wrote my number on the back of the bill and told the 2IC to get the manager to call me in the morning so I could complain to him myself and explain the situation in full (as the 2IC kept interrupting me). My friend and her mother (2 out of 4 of us) left $70 cash on the bar for their meals, and we left the rest of the bill unpaid (two meals unpaid). They wouldnāt accept the money we were giving so we left it on the bar for them. All this would have been fine and we would have been prepared for payment if they had told us prior or had it written on the menu somewhere. The 2IC kept aggressively saying to us that what we were doing was illegal (which I understand), however she wouldnāt even let us explain our reasons why the food or service was worth that amount, especially after being threatened.

That whole experience especially with cake and the argument at the end was draining and ruined my friendsā birthday. We left feeling not only disappointed but actually scared and fearful after being spoken to in such a rude and threatening manner.

I put this down to poor management, poor training for staff and supervisors to handle complaints as well as staff inability to be attentive. The chef NEEDS to change too.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated and the staff are nice and friendly.
However the food was overpriced for the quality. The restaurant is upstairs from a take away pizza shop and food served at pink is from the kitchen at the take away pizza shop.
Overall the place is nice to look at but I wouldnāt recommend them for their food or prices.

Good place to take nice photos. Food was average- got a vegetarian pizza and charcoal bruschetta (didnāt actually think it would literally be charcoal black and taste burnt) but wasnāt bad. Good atmosphere.

The atmosphere of this restaurant was amazing! The decor was incredible and food was delicious but a bit on the pricey side. The pink theme really carried throughout the whole place and around every corner there was a new and exiting display to see. The rainbow salad was beautiful and so colourful. The vegetables were delicious although there was too much spinach compared to the rest of the elements. The pizza was delicious and so cheesy! The ravioli was such a nice addition to the meal. The pasta was delicious with a nice sauce that was pinkish to match the theme. The chips were absolutely incredible! A highlight of the meal for sure! The cocktails were delicious and so tasty! The fondue was a lovely addition and loved the pink chocolate. Overall everything was really nice and we enjoyed our visit just thought it was a bit pricey for what you got.

Staff were not friendly, kept interrupting us at random points of our meal, food was HORRIBLE - I think coles microwave meals taste better. But good for photos.

Pros: Yummy drinks, gorgeous aesthetics that breathe insta, and the service we recieved was welcoming and friendly especially as we walked in without a reservation and were seated instantly then given a window table when it later became available.

Cons: the food took a while to come out (understandable as it was busy) and looked nice when it did come, however the utter lack of flavor was disappointing especially at that price mark.

Work on your flavors and perhaps menu prices and i could easily give this place a 4 or 5 star review.

The food was such poor quality, no flavour at all, worst pasta I have ever eaten, the only good thing is the venue
So fun. Great Instagram Cafe. And the pink food is super fun too. The salad was boring and lacked dressing, but the pizza and calamari were excellent. The cocktails were delicious!

One of the workers there was really rude she slammed the cups on us, she was very impatient, the food was ok not worth it
Food Review Australia
*Invitational*

Food and venue was very aesthetic however the quality of the food was a little disappointing. Food was very overpriced eg a small pizza costed roughly around $28 which I found really expensive and pasta came out dry. Cocktails were reasonably ok though. If Pink continues to rip off customers with their price and their low quality food, they will not have returning customers. Instagram is very heavily influenced by models/celebrities who are paid by these places to target young adults and thatās the problem. Itās only once people dine in is when they realize how bad it really is. Please donāt fall for the aesthetics of this place. There are better authentic Italian places out there.

Iāve been to Pink the Restaurant twice now since it opened a few months ago. And each time Iāve been Iāve had a great time.

On my most recent visit I was fortunate to be able to try some of their cocktails which were absolutely delicious. There were some great flavours and they were such fun.

I tried a coffee martini, a Grapefruit Sour which was amazing, and a watermelon margarita, which was fantastic. Such a refreshing flavour ... perfect!

Food wise I shared an āEl Toroā pizza which had chorizo, peppers, avocado, fresh red chilli, jalapeƱos, corn Ana mozzarella. This pizza was yummy, initially mild in flavour but then the spice increased hahaha

Then I tried the Linguine of Love (LOL) hahaha what a great name. This was chicken pieces coated in marscapone & pesto, served w tomato, pesto, roasted peppers, spinach, parsley and served with linguine pasta. The chicken pieces were delicious, the flavours were great although a bit of seasoning would have been good.

The calamari with love was perfect, soft pieces of calamari w rocket and crispy polenta chips, which were a bit firm but still tasty. And what I did like was the vegan pink aioli as it was quite refreshing and light.

I was very lucky to have tried a couple of new desserts that the restaurant is considering to put on the menu. Trust me they tasted as good as they look so I hope they make the menu lol.

Now Iām not sure if it was the cocktails, the food, the crowd (the place was almost packed all night) or my fine company but I felt sooo happy for days afterwards.

This place is a must visit. Thank you for having me.
Anan Du
Liked the concept that everything is absolutely pink, food was made downstairs and sent up, we had a pizza and chicken pasta, both very overpriced for its quality and quantity, honestly I have had better food with lower price in a fancier restaurant. Service was ok, ran out of a drink but did not tell us until we asked. Overall very average food, itās a place people go for instagram but definitely not for food.
Elwil8
Terrible food .. some of the most tasteless Italian I have ever eaten - even with salt and pepper and Parmesan! Service was average and restaurant had no atmosphere
Doreen
The food is horrible and pricey for what it is. Chips are not fresh but frozen from a bag. Food is barely warm and pizzas are tasteless. This place wonāt last

EDIT:

I just wanted to wish everyone at Pink and everyone who has bonded over Pink a very happy holiday season. Honestly, this place fascinates me, like in a cultural studies/ digital societies kind of way. Reading all the fake reviews, the pass ag responses from management and of course, the terrible terrible feedback has been a real highlight of my year š

***

Ok so here is the thing. If this was just a sub par āfamily Italian mega restaurantā in outer suburbs the concept and execution of this place wouldnāt be so egregious. As it is though, Pink claims to āredefineā Italian food to be āhealthierā for a new generation. The implication that Italian food is unhealthy is the first LOL in this absurdly misguided claim. You only then need to look at the food that comes out of the kitchen to realise that the quality and complexity of food being served is similar to that of a three year oldās fairy themed birthday party. Dude- you should stick to real estate. This place is a rip.
Paige Eats New Zealand
These people are surely joking. I felt like I was in some kind of weird social experiment. $13.00 bottle of Jacobs Creek being sold for $50.00. Calamari that they clearly bought from Costcoās frozen food sale section and a pizza that - with absolutely no professional experience - I could make rival. The food was oily, cold and just an overall 1/10 - especially for the price! No wonder the staff didnāt ask how it was. At least I got some good insta pics tho.
Annika Morris
The look and feel of the restaurant is great. As was the service: super fast and friendly. But thatās where the positives end.

My Little Hippy pasta was super under seasoned, but granted I could fix it myself. However, I then found a random, whole beetroot bulb in it.

The calamari batter was super thick and heavy. The seafood was also really over cooked yet under seasoned.
Ashlee
We went in with low expectations due to the reviews, however it was nice! The venue was very hot and loud and we had to raise our voices the whole time, which was annoying. However, overall it was a cool experience but I do find the food and drinks were a bit over priced seeing as though the food was coming from the take away pizza shop. Owner was very nice and welcomingš
Abbey
If you want a pretty background for instagram find another place- this restaurant is very underwhelming. The food was quite pricey and all 8 meals arrived cold to the table. Very disappointing to travel to the city for this talked about restaurant, only to be so let down. On the upside, after complaining about the food we received a 10% discount which I appreciate.
Tash
Underwhelming decor for a supposably āthemedā restaurant -details such as brushing the bland, chewy pizzaās crust with pink food dye and adding pink dye to the overwhelmingly sweet ravioli (which tasted storebought and frozen) completely missed the mark. Myself and my friend shared two mains and for once in our lives didnāt even manage to get halfway through. No staff member stopped to ask if everything was ok with the meals, even though there were numerous running around looking as if they didnāt understand the restaurant either.
Would not recommend to any friends or family, considering the food comes from a service elevator from - wait for it.... the take away restaurant DOWN STAIRS which has food at a third of the price. My recommendation? Go to McDonaldās.
Shay Poulter
For such a stunning restaurant ideal for the "instagram photo" what an absolute horrible experience. It took us 1hours to be given our first cocktail and a bowl of chips... an hour later we received our mains (pink ravioli) for the dish to be undercooked and cold.. After sending it back and receiving our meal cold and undercooked we gave up. The staff were lovely but had no idea what they were doing... You can tell no one has experience including management as we had 4 different waitresses coming up to our table yet forgetting to bring menus.. Serving customers in a methodical order... We watched about 4 tables come and go in the time we were there.Ā

I will definitely not be coming back. Its a shame for a place with such great potential to leave such a bad experience. For all my friends who have asked me is it worth it when I posted photos from my night there...I replied definitely not...
I usually donāt leave any reviews even if I have had a terrible experience, but the one I experienced yesterday at pink restaurant was beyond anything I ever experienced in my life. ZERO customer service , they have NO idea what they doing. We waited 45 mins before someone gave us a menu to look at.
We constantly had to get the waitress attention to be served. Numerous times we had to physically go up to someone to get served. Waited over 45 mins for the food to get to our table.

My partner had gone to the bathroom as he got out of the toilet within seconds one staff member stared at him and said ā Are you going to wash your hands , you just took a shitā

Absolutely disgusting , first of all thatās violating someoneās personal space , extremely inappropriate.

Who speaks to customers this way ? Unreal.
I had Brough a cake for my best friends birthday.
They threw the box and didnāt care to ask first if we needed it to bring it back home as it was a big cake and no one was going to finish it.

Honestly this place is an absolute joke. If you want to take pics behind a pink wall then , thatās the place to be. Other than the Instagram pictures , you guys may shut your doors.
I definitely wouldnāt recommend this place to anyone.

Emsy-eats
Pink. is definitely designed with #thegram just in mind. To get to the restaurant you have to walk through the very average looking downstairs pizza joint - spoilers, but that's where the food comes from. The food isn't bad but it's overpriced for how it tastes. It's also meant to be healthy Italian food but doesn't seem that healthy.

If you're looking for a place to take some nice pics, there are plenty more in Melbourne with better food and nicer decor.

Edit: I have unfortunately since been back recently and no the food has not improved - the pasta was arguably worse this second time, tasted like sauce from a can.
Maddee Poropat
If I could give 0 I would. Literally the worst customer service ever. Extremely rude and unaccomodating. You should be ashamed to run a business like this.
Natsfoodadventures
Once we got there, we were quickly seated and staff were also quick to take our order. I got the watermelon and lime mocktail which I thought would have been fresh watermelon juice however it tasted more artificial. I was impressed that the food came out all at once but was disappointed to find that it was barely warm and that the chips were not fresh but kind of stale like it had been pre fried and left there to sit. The bruschetta would have been the highlight of the meal as it had a fresh taste with a nice crunch from the bread. It would have been perfect if the balsamic glaze was on the toppings instead of the plate. On a positive note, the ambiance was beautiful with an everything-pink esthetic.
Eileen N
A fun restaurant to visit for the experience but not for the food. The staff were friendly and and informative. On the other hand, the food was lacklustre (prepared by Rozziās downstairs) and did not match the lively atmosphere. The fitout was pretty, especially the flower wall, making for lots of nice photos and selfies.
AngeLuvFood8
If you want to go to take pretty photos with pink backdrops then great, but the food here is awful. A complete waste of time.Ā Completely deceiving. Its marketed as "healthy Italian". Which part of the menu/food items are healthy? If your going to open up a restaurant the main thing is to have quality food. This place is a joke and disappointment to the food industry.

My girlfriends and I went last Friday 2nd August for dinner and drinks and none of us will return.

I had made an online reservation via their website 2 weeks ago. But early last week, I needed to update my booking to add 1 more person. The confirmation email had option to edit booking online, however when I clicked on it, it said that online booking changes not available and to ring. I phoned the listed number which is a mobile number (weird) but it kept ringing out. I phoned multiple times over next 2 days, I wonder why there is no voicemail service for the number?

I was getting quite frustrated and went back onto their website, found their email and sent an email but got no response.

My last attempt was to physically go into the restaurant. I went last Monday during my lunch break and discovered when I arrived the place was closed. There is nowhere on their website that states the opening/closing hours. I then went on Zomato and discovered their closed Mon and Tues. So I had to wait till Wed to go back to the restaurant.

As I walked up the stairs, I met a man who asked if I needed help. I told him that I wanted to change my reservation and went on to explain how difficult it was to contact the restaurant. His response ā well youāre here now, so we can make the changes for youā. OMG! How rude is that? Not even an apology or anything. I was disgusted. The other man who was at a makeshift reception/desk area, had just gotten off the phone and I told him the difficulty for me to make changes to reservation and he apologised and said their booking system is a bit glitchy and have issues with responding to inundated emails. Heās hired someone recently to manage all of that. I then told him that I had come in on Monday but didnāt realise they were closed, their website does not have any information on opening/closing hours and he said ā in 2 weeksā time we will be opening 7 days a weekā. Wow, totally avoiding what I said altogether. These guys have absolutely no proper customer service whatsoever. As I had experienced all this in lead up to going to the restaurant, I was already feeling half-hearted in going there.

šLOCATIONš

Pink Restaurant is situated on Swanston Street, upstairs of Rozziās Pizza. You literally have to walk into Rozziās all the way to the back and go up a flight of stairs. Itās not really a pleasant experience.

Once you get up to the top, there is a make-shift reception area on the left hand side, and you are welcomed into a room that is decked out in pink. To the left there is a large wooden communual table, and the rest are tables and chairs with one side of booth type seating. There is a feature wall near another flights of stairs with fake roses where people can take photographs. Towards the left there is another flight of stairs, which has 4 different sections where customers can take insta-worthy photos.

šSERVICEš

There were a lot of waitresses floating around near the bar area. Some you can tell were quite new and the more experienced waitresses would be shadowing the newer ones as they delivered drinks or took orders. Service was OK, I was given a menu but the rest of my friends didnāt get menuās. I had to get up and ask for them. One of the waitress told me that she would be taking our orders and if weāre ready to pay to let her know and she would organise the bill. Seriously? Although she told us she's our waitress we hardly saw her for the rest of the night! What kind of service is that?

My friends ordered wine, when they were placed on our table, I noticed 1 of the wine glasses had way less wine than the other, it was very obvious. My friend didnt want to make a fuss, but I thought as we are all paying customers the amount of wine in each of the glasses should be the same. I flagged a waitress down and point this out to her. Without a word she picked up both of the wine glasses and took it back to the bar. It would have been nice to at least apologise to the customers. Customer service was appalling.

šMENU/PRICEš

The menu had fun twist with interesting names and clearly outlined at the very top āHealthy Italianā. I really donāt understand how it is marketed as healthy?! There is no where on their website or social media that properly explains the 'healthy' component of their menu.

Between the four of us we ordered the following to share:

Calamari with Love, $19.90
(Fried calamari, served on a bed of rocket & polenta chips with Lemon caper dressing & citrus aioli)

Little Hippy Pasta, $25.90
(Pumpkin & Sage Raviloi with Pink burnt butter sauce, shaved parmesan & crispy sage)

The Princess Pizza, $21.90
(Cherry tomatoes, bocconcini & mozzarella with grated parmesan & fresh basil, drizzled with olive oil)

Seasoned Chips, $9.90
(Lemon Pepper season chips served with pink sour cream & chives)

šVERDICTš

The only saving grace that made the evening at the restaurant somewhat enjoyable was to take photos at the various areaās (mainly upstairs) with pink themed backgrounds.

We left with unsatisfied stomachs at 8pm ( seating strictly 1.5 hours only). Kinda sad especially being a Friday night. We went elsewhere to eat and have drinks.
The calamari pieces were so tiny and squished to one side of the plate. The so called bed of rocket, were a few pieces of dying (definitely not fresh) greens. The polenta chips we thought were tofu! It was a very sad dish.

The pumpkin and sage ravioli didnāt taste like anything. It was soo bland. Although there was pumpkin inside the pasta I could only ever so slightly even taste the pumpkin flavour. Was there even sage in the ravioli? The whole plate looked like a soggy ensemble.

The pizza was the worst pizza my friends and I ever eaten. We all commented that frozen pizza from the supermarket even tasted better than Pinkās pizza. Could it even be possible that the pizza is cooked by the same chefs at Rozziās downstairs?

The chips didnāt have any taste of lemon pepper but I guess out of all the dishes we ordered, the chips were the only āsafeā thing to eat and that is really disappointing. It wasn't even that great! My friends and I laughed stating that these chips could be frozen chips.

Needless to say, the food is extremely awful and definitely disappointing way to spend a Friday evening.
Don't waste your time here!

Thanks Instagram for destroying the little respect that ppl have for good food.
Another money catch and total disrespect to chefs that work their butt off cooking real food and not trendy garbage.

The only 5 stars are from āfood bloggersā, that will rate 5 stars for any crap you put on a plate as long as it is for free. Bloody joke.

What an absolute let down this place is. Complete shat show with no one in control of this sinking shit.

We arrive at 6pm. A table of 10!! Get our first drinks and from there on it turns into a complete joke.

Waitress brings out wrong bottle of red wine pours three glasses then we mention it is the wrong bottle. She advises that she will change it. To this day we still havenāt seen the correct bottle of wine.

Main meals ordered after flagging down waitress to get some attention. Empty beer cans on table that no one will remove.

Itās now 8.00pm and we havenāt seen any food. We ask whatās going on with meals and the waitress says they are on the way.

8.40pm and we have just about had enough. Speak to the manager that continues to say sorry. I get that he is sorry but wonāt tell me what going on. Finally he advises that order is lost. Says he will fix the bill. I ask what about our meals. He says sorry once again. I advise that I understand he is sorry but we want food. We have a child and 2 breastfeeding mothers who need to eat. He now shrugs his shoulders.

The 10 of us now stand up and walk out and not a single person says a word to us... canāt see this place lasting long other than a place for an Instagram pic.

Swing vibes and all. Pink is a vibe and everything is responsibly priced. Good portions and great options for GF and Vegan. At the heart of Pink The Restaurant is a genuine intention to promote self-love and positively contribute to the wider community.

Was but sure what to expect when walking through the shop downstairs but when you get to the top of the stairs, you understand why they themselves Pink. So pretty! The food was good and atmosphere up beat! Great night!

Prior to going to Pink the Restaurant, I thought the food might not live up to the standards of this elegant and feminine restaurant. However, this restaurant exceeded my expectations. The food was divine and very reasonably priced with a generous serving. The drinks were also reasonably priced for a restaurant in the heart of Melbourne CBD. What was even more impressive was that I had an unexpected 3rd guest and the restaurant was so friendly and accommodating with this and not once showed any sign of frustration or annoyance, but rather friendliness and politeness was shown by all members of staff. The manager offered to move a whole group of people from their booth to another table to accomodate my friend and her third party guest. I was so impressed by their high standard of service that I will definitely be coming back again. Also to note, parking for $10 at nighttime is available on Lt Collins St and is 4 minutes walking distance from this restaurant, making it easily accessible and safe to get to. Thank you Pink the Restaurant!

I saw a lot of hype about this on Instagram but I was kind of disappointed. The place was very aesthetically pleasing and had a lot of good places to take selfies. However, the food was severely overpriced and not worth it. My friend and I had the the Polenta Jenga and the Twin Flame pizza. The polenta jenga was very ordinary and not as crispy as I would have liked and there was hardly any of the promised pink aioli sauce which was disappointing. The twin flame, to but it bluntly, wasnāt spicy at all and quite frankly you would be better of buying a pizza elsewhere. The flavour of the pizza wasnāt anything special - it tasted like something you would make during a food tech class in school. Also, this wasnāt a huge deal but it is worth mentioning that the plates we were given werenāt completely clean. They had some stains which we removed with a tissue but yeah it wasnāt exactly a good look for the place.

Overall, wasnāt impressed but the food but the place is really pretty. I would recommend this place as a destination to take good selfies but not the best place to eat.

A huge thank you to @pinktherestaurant for inviting us to the sneak peak launch! Opening in the heart of Melbourne June 13th ~
.
The unique āall-pinkā restaurant concept serves up wholesome Italian food within a striking interior, complete with a āselfie-studioā designed to promote healthy eating, positive sharing and authentic self-love. āLife can be tough for young people in our community, and social media has played a big role in connecting us with each another and often disconnecting us from the core of who we are. šš
.
Pink is a place where every element of their restaurant encourages customers to share beautiful messages of self-love with the people that matter the most to themā says Darren Male Co-Founder of Pink The Restaurant. āFor us, itās about redefining healthy Italian food for a new generation that goes beyond just skin deepā. Crowd favourites from the creative menu include selections like a range of āLove You To Pizzasā (pun intended) made with mouth-watering toppings on Pinkās signature all-natural coloured pink pizza bases and the āLittle Hippyā pumpkin and sage Ravioli with pink burnt butter sauce. In addition to many wholesome food options, Pink offers a list of pink beverages to match, including lavish mega-shakes and chic rose cocktails.
.
At the heart of Pink The Restaurant is a genuine intention to promote self-love and positively contribute to the wider community. The following sums up my experience at Pink. The Restaurant:

-Food arrived lukewarm
-Could not taste a hint of truffle flavour although the pizza we ordered claimed to use truffle oil
-The 'bowl of chips' we ordered contained a bed of rocket with some soggy chips on top, however there was no mention of rocket on the menu
-Spent $40pp on two lukewarm pizzas, a bowl of chips and an average cocktail
-Staff appeared to be untrained
-Utter disappointment

It would be in the best interest of Pink. The Restaurant to re-evaluate the quality of the customer experience and consider the widely negative feedback they have received.

My friends and I were quite excited to try this restaurant due to popular acclaim online. Would recommend only visiting for a few drinks and pics. Cocktails followed fairly standard drinks pricing, however the cocktails could have been more on brand(pink!) The ambience inside is slightly awkward with music choice, quality of decor and slightly disorganised service. These details will be ironed out with time as it is only expected from a new up and coming restaurant.
Due to an abundance of mixed reviews, its truely hard to judge this restaurant unless you go yourself.
Id recommend going and spending no more than $60 for two ppl, whether it be on food or on drinks.
Sushi Lover
Meh the cocktails were good the Asian bartender was really good we complained that the first lot was bad and we saw the Asian bartender fix it everything came back so much tastier. Think Aaron was his name as stated by the waitress. Another good point was the real hot waiter. Pink think about him being a shirtless waiter?? That will bring in more people and photos will skyrocket
Angel_eatz
I would probably recommend this place as a place to go for pres and not for a full blown meal. The food was a little pricey and the serving sizes were small. It is a place to go for drinks and light snacks along with photos.
Rachel Velvet
An Instagrammable restaurant and it was pretty in pink. Food could be more Insta-worthy though. Drink better than the pasta which was served cold.
Angelica
Would NOT recommend.

Aside from the attractive interior, the food and drinks are greatly overpriced and underwhelming.

I ordered a pasta dish with chicken as a main ingredient (as per the menu). My dish arrived, and there was no chicken in sight. The waitress had to take my dish back and explained that it had to be remade.

The cocktail I ordered cost me $19; however, the cocktail glass arrived half-full.

This place is a massive rip-off. If you are looking for a meal that you will enjoy, this is not the place to come to.

I love PINK! Its my favourite colour! A place beautifully styled pink is a great Idea for girls! As you enter you are lost in the world of PINK! The service was lovely went here with a few gfs and we had a blast. Mocktails with Fairy floss, Pasta, Pizza and pink fondue. All the dishes are lovely presented with the added pink wherever possible. Don't forget to check upstairs and take a selfie. **Disclaimer: although the restaurant has generously invited me to their restaurant this review is still based on my genuine opinion.

This place is not easy to find if you are just walking by looking for a nice place to go chill. It is actually situated inside Rozzi's restaurant at the back.

The place was very nicely decorated with pink decor and roses. However, with them serving food such as pizza and pasta, it really doesn't match their pink theme.

When I came in, the waitress only offered me a drinks menu, and it took a while before she comes again so I can ask for a food menu.

I wanted the polenta chips and as I heard from other reviews, the place might take a while to do the mains so I just went with a quick one as I was in a rush.

After 20min, the waitress came and asked "are you waiting for a friend?" So I said "I'm waiting for my food, where is it? I'm in a rush". She asked me who took my order - umm I don't know their names or thought I need to remember faces.

Then my food arrived and it was the lemon pepper seasoned chips. Wrong order. Ok fine because I wasn't going to wait another 20min and the chips were really crunchy and nice with the sour cream and chives. I loved it! Then I discovered at the bottom of the chips, there were actually a bed of rocket salad which was a nice surprise. It wasn't stated on the menu.

After quickly finishing the chips, I got up to find where I can pay the bill. Saw the waitress standing near the bar/entrance area so I went over to her and she asked "do you want me to help you take a photo?" Umm no I just wanted to pay the bill.

Then I was asked who served me which I don't remember so I returned to my seat and waited for a while before someone came with the bill.

I wish they have a better process for this and that the food comes out quicker.

my friend and I went to this restaurant because we thought it would be really cute. However unfortunately our experience was not up to the standard we expected. The decorations were adorable especially upstairs and we loved all the flowers and the pink wallsā¦ The food not so much. my pizza was cold and soggy and undercooked. I never ever return food and I had to return this one because it was inedible. The girls at our neighboring table also had a cold pasta that had seem like it was sitting out for a long time. When we spoke to the manager he told us that there was a staff member had to go to hospital so that makes sense that it wasnāt what we expected and the manager made sure to redo the pizza and redo the meals which we appreciated when we spoke to the manager he told us that there was a staff member had to go to a hospital so that makes sense that it wasnāt what we expected and the manager made sure to redo the pizza and redo the meals which we appreciated. I might give this place another try especially the drinks but I would be unlikely to order the pizza again. It seems like a perfect place to get a drink with a friend in the afternoon rather than a full meal. For the price we expected better food (that didnāt take an hour to come out) but also there were special circumstances and we do appreciate that they tried to make it right.

I was invited to this amazing pink dreamland, Pink The Restaurant! I was impressed by the different hues of pink and pockets of pink interor decor. Initially, I was a little skeptical of the place being too pink, however upon arrival I could see the shades of pink was executed perfectly. My favourite corner was the photo station located upstairs with the flamingos and pink cacti! Taking a photo there is a must even if you just go for drinks!

The food quality definitely matched the aestheics! We ordered the Love Song From Tuscany a beautiful pasta dish which was complemented by the Rainbow Superfood Salad and Green Goddess Side. We further ordered Garden of Vegan pasta.

My favourite dish was by far the pasta dish as I love my chicken and pasta. The chicken was very well cooked and embedded in the pasta. The marcarpone and pesto created a creamy texture which was delicious and incredibly indulging. Tne tomatos and peppers gave it a light yet tangy taste which I live for in any italian dish and the spinach and parsley gave the whole dish a fresh of the Italy vibe! Hands down one of the best pasta's I've had!

The toher dishes were vegan, personally I have to include fish or meat in every meal. But for once I decided to try somthing new and vegan. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! I loved the cauliflower base on the pizza and all the seasonal vegetables gave it a great taste! It was truely scrumptious and very healthy food option!

The customer service was incredible and all the stuff were very delightful to interact with and were super helpful when we needed recommendations!

If you want a girly night out or a fancy brunch, Pink should be your go to!

Dont waste your time with this place. I dined here with 2 other friends, all three of us were astounded with low quality of the overpriced pizzas and lack of pink in the pink cocktails. How hard is it to buy $2 tasteless pink food dye to mix into the drinks that are promised to be pink. We were disappointed with the lack of truffle on the truffle pizza and the fact that the chips seemed like those frozen ones from Coles. If youre solely looking for a instagrammable cafe, then this is the place for you. But if you actually want to enjoy the food youre paying too much for, dont bother coming here.

This place is a tragic example of a restaurant from the overpriced drinks that werenāt in any way special to the food which was lukewarm. All three of us who dined here were beyond disappointed.

We ordered two pizzas and chips as well as three overpriced cocktails. The āmushroom pizzaā featured HALF rehydrated mushrooms (why) that were hard to chew and they either donāt know what truffle is or forgot to put it on because the exorbitant price tag did not justify a dehydrated mushroom pizza. The ābutcherās daughterā tasted like a sausage sizzle from outside Bunnings (which costs $1 lol) that was slapped on a pizza. The chips were warm at best and not crispy at all.

To make things more interesting, this novelty of a place is situated above an Italian restaurant that you must walk through in order to access Pink and when we went downstairs after our meal we discovered that the pink plates used to serve the food from upstairs were sitting at this restaurant instead. It appears that the $16 pizza that had been sitting in a glass display from downstairs had been reheated and taken upstairs for an additional $10. Even if it was the case it was actually āfreshā, the thick unpleasant layer of cheese on the doughy crust was a force to be reckoned with and we would have liked a steak knife to eat it. I could make a Coles brand pizza in my home oven for half the price and it would taste better than the crap from here.

All in all I was appalled at the $120 bill for food and drinks that were pathetic and advise AGAINST anyone ever coming here.

TLDR; the $20 cocktails and $30 pizzas are not worth it for the 3 photos youāll get out of it.
Tasha
top quality service and food honestly a overall experience must have

wide variety on menu also to suite all different taste pallets or preference

Unfortunately I didnāt have the experience that I thought I would have here. I came for dinner for girls night (as you would because everything is pink inside) the decor is cute and I love the positive quotes and props around including the flower wall. The positioning of the restaurant is a little odd being above (what looks) like a little takeaway pizza shop below (which was quite dirty I must add)
The waiter was nice upon arriving and seated us. My friends ordered various pastas and said they were decent, I however ordered a pizza (coloured pink - different and kinda cool) which was anything but decent. For starters it was COLD, secondly the base was soggy and under cooked. (Apologies I have uploaded a photo of this, which Iāve used my fork to make indents to prove it was not cooked) I didnāt bother saying anything as it took a while to come out and I was legit starving. I didnāt eat it all as I just couldnāt!!! To top it off one of the waitresses didnāt speak English at all and couldnāt understand when I asked for the bill (5 times). One of her colleagues had to explain what I was asking for.
Perhaps I ordered wrong but regardless this place doesnāt live up to its looks and wasnāt worth it. Made it even worse when I walked downstairs to realise the same dirty kitchen was the one they were cooking our meals for upstairs (just 3 times the price)!

Would not recommend. Arrived and was seated by the āhostā only to be left there with other peoplesā water glasses, had to get up and ask for menus, had to get up to get someone to take our order. Food took over an hour and a half to come out. There was a āmix upā with the order not being sent to the kitchen downstairs.. food was terrible and undercooked. Overrated and overly expensive for rebranded, pink-dyed ārozziāsā food. Was not compensated for the uncooked and late food but was told that the āhostā was ādistracted tonightā.

Pink themed upstairs restaurant. Novelty. Excellent pizzas and cocktails. Food a bit pricey. Welcoming staff. Would like menu to be more creative with incorporating pink theme into the food.
CultureClash
Good mocktails/cocktails. As most people have mentioned, the hype is because of the pink aesthetics. Unfortunately, the food is underwhelming and... WAY too bland.
Thatās a $28 pasta dish and a $22 Salad that we had for lunch and at that price, we expected more exciting flavours.

Maybe go there for desserts and pretty drinks.
Flying Forward
*Invitational*

TL;DR - If you like the Italian fare by Rozzi, you'll like the food offered by Pink, as they share the same kitchen (I'm told by the waiter). As such, the food in general is a little underwhelming given the price point. It feels like an afterthought.Ā
The general concept of Pink is "healthy Italian" and "self love", so you can be guilt free while taking photos at the selfie stations scattered throughout the restaurant.

* Foccacia Rosa - fingers of pillowy bread with a little char from the oven, on a bed of wilted rocket (which could be left off the dish) ($8.50)
* Antipasto Pizza - rustic base made with beetroot to give it a pink colour. It's a little on the dry & chewy side, but has a decent combination of flavours from the ingredients. Loads of mozarella, but no basil pesto was found on the pizza. ($28.90)
* Garden of Vegan - base is not yeast risen - it's flat but has good texture and crunch. The combination of Mediterranean vegetables is tasty, which a hum of garlic. ($29.90)
* Polenta Jenga - the citrus aioli really hits you at first bite. The exterior wasn't crunchy and the interior was a little stodgy. ($8.90)
* Cheesy chips - A mish-mash of freshly fried, soft and burnt crinkle cut chips. Reminds me of the chips you get from a market van. While the ricotta was baked, it was cold. There was only 1 tiny drop of truffle oil on the base of the plate. On the plus side, the chopped rosemary was fresh. ($11.90)
* Rainbow Superfood Salad - Not sure why the soba had to be blue, or what made it blue, they couldn't tell me. There was an overkill of chopped spinach and I couldn't find any sauerkraut. There were also huge slices of raw red onion, and from what I could tell, no dressing. ($22.90)Ā
* Little Hippy - the ravioli was thick and at room temperature. Pumpkin, burnt butter are a good combination though. ($27.90)
* Pink Fondue - served on a fondue set with a candle burner, which works with cheese but this is chocolate and if left on the burner...it will burn. So we were left with burnt pink chocolate, freshly cut melon, strawberries, marshmallows and cubes of cake. Bit of a fail dessert. ($19.70)

Service was new - the waiters felt stiff, awkward and overattentive. They didn't have an allocation system going. This kind of stuff gets ironed out over time though.

The food, also reported by many others, took a long time to arrive. The restaurant wasn't even half full, and there was even a set menu. Either capacity or process needs to be sorted out in the kitchen.

You can tell the high ratings are given by bloggers who were invited, and the low scores coming in from real-world customers who felt underwhelmed.Ā
At this price point (or less), you can have amazing pizza from +39, Kaprica, Gradi and feel satisfied.
It's style over substance. I'm sorry, I cannot recommend until they sort out the execution of the menu to justify the price.

Wow we had heard about the Pink Restaurant & was not really sure what to expect with some mixed reviews but I can say our experience was great.
Heaps of GF & vegan options - right up our groups alley
We had vegan pizza, polenta chips & salad
All tasty & of course the decor of the place just makes you feel happy š
Then we discovered the pink cocktails OMG a perfect way to finish a dinner with a lazy 2 or 10!!
Will be back š

I personally do not recommend going to Pink the Restraunt, only go to Pink the Restraunt if you want cute or pretty instagram pictures, as the food definitely does not justify the price (around 9 or 10 pieces of ravioli = $27.90), i ordered the Hippy and the Raspberry Mocktail. Food service took around 40 minutes and we received our drinks much later. If you like Rozzi(establishment below) but want to pay more for the surroundings you'll like Pink the Restraunt as food seems to be cooked and served at Rozzi except Pink adds the 'Pink' pricing to it.
Definitely a one time stop.

The best part of this place was the cocktails. There were 5 of us and all our meals were terrible. The pizza was soggy on the bottom and I think had come from the baymarie downstairs. Very overpriced food, I ordered the pasta and could have easily made a better one at home. Very disappointed and when we complained to the staff he said itās because of a āprotest on Swanston stā. Not sure how that would have caused undercooked pasta? Gimmick and not worth it.

Unless all youāre after is a cute Instagram post donāt brother. Service was very slow and food was well below average. Cocktails were probably the best part.

This venue is amazing! We didnāt know what to expect as when you walk through Rozzis it feels like youāre a little lost and then all of a sudden youāre surrounded in the most gorgeous surroundings and the staff at so lovely. There is genuinely a happy vibe in their and the food is amazing. We had the rainbow superfood salad and a cheeky cocktail. We will be back!

Could not believe how many options they had that were both Vegan & Gluten Free that were AH.MAZING! Especially the garden of vegan pizza with roasted cauliflower pizza base! Service was A+. For a brand new venue, well done! A MUST visit!

4h28 minutes brunch.

Yes. This was probably the longest brunch in the whole history. Also the most amazing and pinktastic one šš but letās hope the review isnāt that long (of course it will be š)

I had heard of Pink before itās doors opened to pubic on the 16th of June and I had seen some of my food blogger friends going there to try the place before itās official launch. āThe most instagramable cafeā - thatās how they presented themselves to the world. And of course that a place that claims to be outstanding, filled with uplifting vibes and something completely new, generates much excitement and high expectations. Specially to the food blogger community!

And if you donāt want to read the rest of the review let me tell you that the place ABSOLUTELY exceeds your expectations. Pink-abulastic indeed! I was blown away by the phenomenal service and I had with lots of laughter and hugs (should I even say happy tears?) of how this place wants for you to shine your brightest light and show who you truly are. Sounds cheesy? Well, itās really not. In a world where mental and physical health are taking more of a priority in peopleās lives, it certainly isnāt ācheesyā to visit a place that actually makes you feel special. No, itās not JUST about brunch - it is so much more than that and while it may be the hottest and trendiest place to be right now (hashtag iwanttogobecauseitisfancy) trust me that the quality of the meals and the concept around self love and wellness will prevail and be here for many MANY years š

The location is right in the city centre and the place is not only strategically placed, easily accessible for a quite escape from work during lunch time but also ideal for dinner (and maybe who knows some drinks after - that they also provide with very high class, and of course, pink (and non pink š) drinks!) Itās such a versatile place that from a girls gathering to a first date or even a solo treatyoself moment is something that I can picture here and certainly in every single occasion you will leave happy, filled with the love that this place has to offer.

Darren and Harry are the prodigious men behind this place and they deserve a huge applause š and a hug š¤ and some pink hearts too šš it is clear how much effort they have put into this place and how they wanted to bring something complete new and the most honourable and game changing idea to a venue. They did that by having a mural with one of the most charismatic and gorgeous drawing that reinforces the whole venueās ethos of self love, self care and kindness - every photo of the mural tagged #frompinktoyou, Pink the Restaurant donates $2 to womenās mental-health charity Liptember and their actual event launch was based on a very special Australiaās Biggest Morning Tea in support of Cancer Council.

And mentioning decorations, I donāt even know where to start. You will walk in speechless, wonder breathless (from so much WOW-NESS and holding your breath) and leave... dreaming about going back instantly. From the tables, with beautiful layouts, and obviously coloured in a light and dreamy pink, to the chairs and walls elegant and modern - everything creates an idea of actually being on cloud nine. I have to highlight the massive and mighty pink flower wall, visible from the moment you go up the stairs and enter the idyllic venue and well as the outstanding and passionate details with pink flowers in every table as well as across the whole room. The bar area is also elegant and distinctive and has a neon logo saying āI love you to pizzasā.
Again, some might think while reading this that it might be ātoo pinkā. Too āgirlyā. Too dreamy even. But no - definitely not - while being there in that set up, the atmosphere is one of relaxation, uplifting and just... love. It actually makes you feel so at peace with yourself. So at ease. Like everything is OKAY. Like everything will BE okay and there is nothing in the world that could even worry you and take away such prime and genuine happiness. It feels like you can just... be.
On the second floor, they have the impressive hair mural and an area with a big āpink vibes onlyā logo next to some flamingoes (also pink) and very charismatic for some shots. Hidden but surprisingly located next to the toilets is another painting of a big pink heart that will again give incredible and inspiring pictures. Like I said, everything seems to be throughly thought of and planned and the two genius behind these place really created a place where youāll have not only a memorable experience but also have distinct items that will make you have actual memories and remember you.

Anyway, after arriving at the venue and being kindly welcomed by Harry, we went through the menu and decided to order a few things to try. Hereās what we had:

- Rainbow Superfood Salad - this is definitely one of their iconic dishes that... actually had no pink whatsoever š but thatās definitely not a problem and certainly not a reason to be less aesthetic. Not at all! In fact it is possibly one of the most beautiful presenting dishes Iāve ever seen and the colour combination works wonderfully well - when you see it it is inevitable to think of a rainbow. These are blue soba noodles and there are other ingredients such as bell peppers, sauerkraut, red onion, zucchini and large pumpkin cubes. There is an abundance and very enjoyable spinach on the bottom mixed with pomegranate and providing such an interesting and fresh taste to the meal. It also has a good portion of avocado, split into pieces and a subtle crunchiness touch the hemp & pumpkin seeds are just delightful! The bowl is vegan and we actually thought about adding some poached eggs to the meal but surprisingly they didnāt have any eggs as extras! We opted to add some vegan cheese and mushrooms and overall I have to say that I AM SOLD š not only like I have mentioned, it is INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL but the flavours in the bowl are captivating and fascinating! A true breakthrough from the āusualā wellness bowls and I would even add that it puts some bowls from other āhigh ratedā places to shame!š

- Pink Fondue - they have two options for this meal - one vegan and one non vegan. The difference is the chocolate used (dark chocolate for the vegan version and pink chocolate for the non vegan one) and also the toppings used. We asked for the vegan version but with Pink Chocolate (just because we wanted to get some iconic pink fondue shots). Because the fondue had dairy I obviously could not have it but my friend had it and was stocked by how good it was. It tasted like a sweet delightful milk chocolate and the consistency was quite liquid and creamy when it came and with time and cooling down it became thicker and more āstickyā (but still incredible!). It was impressive to see the change of consistency from the alteration of temperature! Regarding the toppings it came with vegan brownie slices (homemade, with good fudgy consistency and not overly sweet which makes it perfect to dip in the enriched sweet and mouthwatering chocolate fondue, lightly toasted marshmallows (so so soooooo spongy and delightful! I honestly loved them even though some people find the consistency a bit odd. I seriously loved them and even what it seemed the delicate touch of powdered fine unsweetened sugar covering them!), vegan oreos (who doesnāt like those classic oreos, right?! Such a childhood classic!) and assorted wafers. The dish can packed with indulgent treats and the fondue in the middle and before we started eating, Harry surprised with another big plate with extra strawberries (so fresh and with great size!) and oreos, making this dessert even more filling and decadent!

- Choc Pizza - again, there is a vegan and non vegan version and it is one of their dishes too. It is a heart shaped pizza and it came covered with Dark Chocolate and decorated with crunchy frosty flakes which were EXCEPTIONAL. Definitely something I have to highlight and what I loved more about this meal - the chocolaty crunchy bits in our mouth is seriously to die for š plus it comes with salted caramel sauce (YES PLEASE š), and decorated with marshmallows, fresh seasonal berries and crunchy seasonal bites of their choice. The pizza base is somewhat firm but still fluffy in the middle, cooked to that perfect middle point. From what I understood no pizza is exactly the same which makes it very interesting and leaves that element of surprise, excitement and enjoyment to the costumer. But youāll see why I say this in a second š

- White Chocolate Matcha Milkshake - we asked for this milkshake because it was vegan and we saw someone at the table next to us having it and WOW - it left us speechless and something we absolutely had to try. It can be made vegan and it usually comes with whipped cream (coconut cream for the vegan version), fresh strawberries, wafer cookies, pink chocolate and candies. But after all the other food had arrived and already with us enjoying and eating our way through the other meals, Harry came to us saying that they had run out of some ingredients and that there was a problem in the kitchen which would make it impossible for them to make the shake. He offered to surprise us with two other drinks which we werenāt really sure what they were exactly but I can see from the menu that it was this next item š

- Non alcoholic pink mocktail - first of all WOW š presentation, like anything else on the menu exceeds all expectations! We had two versions of the mocktail with slight different colours, one with grapefruit and the other passionfruit and I have to say that for any soda lover or for a better and more fresh alternative that ājustā a juice this is THE drink to have. It was a fresh taste of watermelon and mint that works surprisingly well and the touch of lime again is undoubtedly well thought and a real treat! I was stocked and even though Iām not a fan of a person who consumes sparking drinks I have to admit that this was very pleasant to drink. A dreamy sparkling non alcoholic alternative indeed! Besides it came topped with fairy floss so how could you not like it straight from the start, right?! We had these drinks and we were about to leave when Darren, so thoughtful, came to apologise for the delay and issue with the kitchen regarding the vegan milkshake. And then he said something we werenāt expecting at all and asked for us to wait a bit longer, that we would go to the kitchen and bring something for us to make up for the issue with the milkshake. We happily and curiously said yes.

So we stayed chatting, taking some more photos and just... having a good time, honestly. Like Iāve said the mood is so uplifting that itās impossible to be upset or sad it this place! Plus up to this point, although it had already been 3 hours since we arrived, actually the time flew so fast that we didnāt even tell it had been so much! They say that time files when youāre having fun and this was undoubtedly one of those circumstances. Not only did I have the best and my little favourite brunching company but the staff had been so delicate, attentive and thoughtful that we certainly didnāt have any problems about staying a bit longer. And then... while we were waiting for Darrenās surprise, Harry came himself with a surprise š (again š)

- Pink Shake Megashake - we obviously didnāt expect this at all again and this milkshake is again so decadent and dreamy looking that it makes everyone wanting to have it. It reminds me of one of those glasses from kings and queens but it obviously comes with so much more than just a fancy wine š it comes with much better things! It is part of their dessert menu and this one in particular isnāt vegan fried and comes with whipped cream, pink wafer biscuits, fairy floss, sour strap candy strings, marshmallows, blueberry sauce, pink and pink cloud candies, fresh strawberries and sprinkles. It came with a stick with a kind of a marshmallow hat (really funny!) and two lip shaped candies. My friend had this and throughly enjoyed it while I stared and stared š¤ššš and stared shocked at the surprise that Darren mentioned that would come... which was š

- Pink Choc Pizza - yes, another heart shaped pizza came and this time it was even more exquisite, decorative and stylish! I couldnāt really believe what my eyes were seeing. This time they had used somehow a vegan pink chocolate and I could finally taste the famous pink chocolate - similarly to what my friend had described and it doesnāt taste like artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols of any kind. Not at all! It is pleasantly and not overly sweet and it works really well with the pizza base. This one had some oreos as toppings and some different candies which all were very welcomed! Again, the toppings that I enjoyed more were the crunchy cereal pieces and really liked the delicate touch in which the strawberry was presentedšš I think that to make this even more interesting (which is definitely hard because itās already so perfectly executed!) they could consider adding a little more chocolate as topping or just even create a filling inside the base of the pizza with chocolate (similarly to what is done with cheese in some pizzas). But this is certainly something completely extra š

I was eating my way through the pizza while my friend also enjoyed that outstanding milkshake and we were also taking some final pictures with the flower when... another surprise came. Yes, another one š³ (this was honestly my face because I was just saying to Harry previously how everything had been incredible and how we were about to leave after such a different and overwhelming experience when an incredible and special meal came on the hands of a smiling Harryš

- Special Vegan Milkshake - again, one of the most lovely, graceful and decorative milkshake I have ever seen. I am quite adventurous when it comes to my own creations and I must say that it takes creativity (and a whole lot of courage) to deliver such ornamental and colourful meals. And like I have mentioned, it is not only the food being aesthetically astounding and breathtaking but the taste itself is unquestionable phenomenal. Of course these are sweet treats and you have to have a sweet tooth to enjoy them (which works perfectly for me!) but even if youāre not into sweets that much, the menu has so much to offer. This milkshake in particular came with coconut cream and some vegan milk and it was decorated with raw brownies, peanut butter, wafers and sweet sour candies (that in my opinion balanced really well and made an unthinkable new combo with the coconut cream!). It also had a matcha syrup on the inside and the outside of the glass had pink chocolate and sprinkled candies. Candy land, indeed!

Well, I think I have said certainly a lot and if you have made it. This far congratulations and thank you for reading my long and (too?) extensive review that took quite a few hours to write š In a more serious note, as a health professional I have to say that after reading my review and if you are thinking about how processed these foods must be with all the colouringā¦ well,... donāt. All foods (unless you grow them in your back yard) are processed in some way, shape, or form. And while obviously, itās smart to focus the majority of your diet on āminimally processedā foods, in fact this place advocates this in every single aspect and the meals they have on the menu focus on wholesome foods, with good nutritional value. So, what if they had the brilliant idea to add some colour to some ingredients and make meals more interesting - I say LETāS BRING THOSE RAINBOWS š remember, thereās no such thing as a āhealthyā or āunhealthyā food, but there is a healthy or unhealthy body and this place is doing everything to support the right causes and make you glow from the outside and inside.
I can only finish with one final certainty: this will be the place where you will dream about getting married - happily married - because no matter who your partner is, you will certainly live your best life dreaming about talking that flower wall home and live happily ever after with it!

We were a group of 7 and just loved this place. The minute you enter you feel happy and itās just so pretty. The food was divine and the cocktails were even better. There was a slight wait on the food but from experience this is always the case when a new place opens. The wait staff were fantastic and the bar staff were so awesome and friendly. We have booked another get together in a fortnight and we canāt wait!

Honestly, terrible terrible service. After arriving at 8.20, and ordering almost immediately, as it reached 9.30, my table of 2 did not have any cutlery or even a jug of water. As the restaurant was half empty I tried to grab the attention of one of the many staff walking around the venue however every single staff member successfully managed to avoid eye contact and continued to ignore us as time went on. After finally being attended to at 9.45 one of the staff members began to apologise and explain something had gone wrong in the kitchen and then proceeded to tell us our drinks and the pizza would be on the house and that our food will be coming shortly. Once my partnerās pizza came out at 10.00, by the time my pasta came out his pizza was cold. As we went to pay for our seemingly free pizza and drinks we were not surprised to see we had been charged for the meal in its entirety. Needless to say, for an incredibly average Italian feed, it was not worth enduring that debacle for 2 hours.

Opening night of this restaurant was not very successful for the restaurant unfortunately.
There was no one to seat us to our table instead we had to ask someone to do so.
It took a while to get the staffās attention to get menus let alone cutlery.
And the pizza was very chewy (not Woodfire) with minimal flavour.
I must say though they definitely are the most instagrammable restaurant and their cocktails were delish but there is a lot of room for improvement.
