We were recently treated to a dozen cupcakes from little cupcakes. I was amazed the the share variety of flavours and the presentation was standout. Favourites included cherry ripe, tiny teddy, red velvet and the raspberry white chocolate but really there wasn’t a bad one in the bunch. We ate these over about 4 days and they still remained nicely fresh. Cheered us up immensely.

Another birthday at work and another batch of delicious little cupcakes delivered and enjoyed by the team. I hadn't seen the Tiny Teddy cupcake before. It was too cute to eat, well almost too cute. We got great range delivered including my ongoing favourite....red velvet. They didn't last long at all. I argue that these are healthy because they are only little right? One little one instead of one big one (or maybe two little ones instead of two big ones) Can you see my point?
These cupcakes tasty even without the frosting so you can't really go wrong with Little Cupcakes.
😱Lizzie’s first impression: Great for a snack, always consistent cupcakes and plenty of flavours to choose from.
🍩Lizzie enjoyed: their cupcakes are always so consistent and staff here are always welcoming.
🍅Lizzie did not enjoy: their hot chocs are not their strongest selling point but cupcakes quickly make up for it.
🥇Lizzie rates overall: A place I come back to time and time again as it never disappoints!
I had the opportunity to try the Easter-themed cupcakes from Little Cupcakes and how adorable are they! Cute tiny mini cupcakes bursting with flavours. Soft and moist, these were addictive little bites. The carrot cake cupcake came with chocolate frosting which was an interesting touch, and the red velvet was topped with coconut flakes. Definitely a great gift for yourself or friends.
I went back here for a coffee. The service from the lady was lovely and friendly. My coffee was excellent, it had some good milk froth. I really enjoyed the mild flavour of the coffee and it was a great start to my day. This place is definitely worth a visit.Previous review Oct 20184.5/5 can only rate this place on its coffee as I managed to resist the yummy looking cupcakes lol. Today I had a piccolo latte and it was excellent. The flavour was really good, and the milk froth was really good. The service was really nice and the prices for coffee here are really good. Happy days.
One of my friends brought the 12 pack box of mini cupcakes from little cupcakes in the city (Queen’s Street) for a party. All I can say is these cupcakes didn’t last 5 mins at the party. They were gone in a jiffy. I managed to take a pic of the last two mini cupcakes standing. The box was an assortment of flavours. Each flavour were spot on and absolutely delicious. If I’m in a city and I need to bring a plate for a party, guess what I’ll be taking....
Really enjoyed the little salted caramel cupcake today. It wasn't too sweet and the caramel had a good tinge of saltiness in the cream. Craving for another one now!
Really friendly service and great cupcakes/coffee! I especially love the moist blueberry and pistachio vegan flavour. That cream cheese icing 👌 It's a must-try.
One of my colleague brought this and gave it to me... the staff told her that these 4 flavours are their best sellers Chocolate, Pistachio, Red Velvet and Tiramisu.. I have been to this shop before & the red velvet is really good.. and I’m glad that my colleague did got me the red velvet cup cake too.. they also sell normal size cupcakes, however these little cupcakes are great too as they are bite sized.. all cupcakes taste awesome & the cream on top of it was incredible too..
Cute cupcakes and a wide variety of flavours. Friendly staff.
Snowy pistachio is amazing. The cupcake itself is moist and soft with and aromatic taste. Gluten free and firm cream compliment the nutty taste.
Little cupcakes have been in the game for years. I've been going to their Degraves St store since 2012. They raised the standard of cupcakes in Melbourne. Bringing in the first decent red velvet cupcake in Melbourne, we no longer had to fly to New York to get a decent RV Sex in the City style. I'm Miranda of course.
I like their mini cupcakes. For me its the perfect size. I love their flavours, none of them disappoint. I love dark horse coffee, black velvet and salted caramel.
An equally impressive aspect is their gluten free options are spectacular, I actually prefer some of them over their regular cupcakes. Coffee is good. I usually get takeaway but their recent reno it looks a nice sit down experience.
All in all, Little Cupcakes is still a strong player in the dessert game. Fads come and go, but cupcakes are forever.
We had a birthday in the office and the birthday boy in question hadn’t organised a cake so it was Little Cupcakes to the rescue. They delivered a box of 48 minis in no time at all. I took the opportunity to try a new flavour given I usually go for the decadent chocolate varieties but on this occasion I thoroughly enjoyed the passionfruit.
I also engaged in the cookies and cream which wasn’t overly fabulous and the devils dark chocolate which was an indulgent delight
I accidentally stumbled upon this place on my way home but having heard so many raves about this place, knew that my bloated self just had to see for myself what this hype was about. These cupcakes were nice although I will say they’re not as brilliant as made out to be. We ordered two of the mini’s, as much as our stomachs will allow us to fit in - the special mango hokkaido and the oreo. The hokkaido was delicious and so very spongy although this must be because of its japanese influence. However, the only way I knew this was (meant to be) a mango flavoured dessert was because of its mango piece on top of the frosting. Wanting to try another one, I picked out the oreo. Already when I sliced down on the cake, after my own experience in the kitchen, I could immediately tell that they weren’t as moist as the card description said. This one let me down most as it was on the dryer side but I hope this was just a one-off time and was over cooked. On a positive note, the cupcake had an optimal ratio of cake to cream and the flavour was stunning. I do see myself coming back to this place to try the rest of these babies as they’re a bakery that actually know that sugar overkill is a thing.
I got advised not to go here because I would get an addiction and would always crave these cupcakes. Today that theory was proven to be true. I have had coffees here previously but first time trying their cupcakes.
Firstly the coffee here is good, smooth, tasty, and not too hot. The shop has a relaxing vibe and a warm ambiance to it.
Their cupcakes, yum! I got the white chocolate & raspberry, the cupcake was moist, the frosting was just right, it wasn't too dry. My only (small) criticism was that it could of been a bit bigger for what it's worth. I will be back there shortly and will take some more images!
They have the cutest and tastiest cupcakes available in 2 different sizes. Also cater for gluten free and vegans! Fast and efficient service
Absolutely love their cup cakes. They are light, flavourful, aptly sweet with the perfect amount of frosting.
My personal favourites are Dark Devil & Tiramisu 😋 #musttry
These cup cakes look beautiful and make perfect gifts too.
Lastly, their service is amazing. Staff is extremely polite and helpful 😊
Food and Service: Most certainly, one of the best cupcakes available around. Perfectly sweet with just the right combinations of cupcake base and toppings. Ridiculously delicious collection with my favourite being dark choc. Staff and service is prompt.
Look and Feel: Small cozy joint with limited seating capacity.
Do try: Little cupcakes, large cupcakes and all the cupcakes :)
I love cake, there I said it. So here I am at this cute little cupcake store, its picture perfect. The staff are lovely & very friendly. Not only do they sell lots of mini & large cupcakes, they also custom make cupcakes. We ordered a congratulations cupcake which had a letter on each mini cupcake for a baby shower plus a mini the cherry ripe mini cupcake to eat on the way.
One word- delicious ! The cup cakes are beautifully done and melts delicately in your mouth. If you have cravings for anything sweet, try this place. With such cute and cozy interiors, you'll be tempted to try all the flavours, like me !
Tiny vintage looking store - quite cosy in fact. Dropped in while craving something a little bit sweeter. Cupcakes were quite nice and fluffy - the coffee flavour was there. Staff were reasonably friendly.
Cute setting on Queens st, I'm not a big fan of cupcakes, but the one I ordered - snowy pistachio$2.50- was divine! They had a special which was a mini cupcake plus coffee for $6.90. When you have been walking around in the city and want to sit down to have a rest, this is a nice spot with a nice cupcake!
If you want to treat yourself with some good cupcakes, this is the place to be! Loved the red velvet and snowy pistachio! I picked up the 6 pack and the flavours were satisfying! 😃

Red velevet cupcake is a must here mini or standard. I will just buy a dozen of the same thing even though I'm tempeted to buy assorted. Devil's dark chocolate is my second favourite.
Ooooh la la the Swine loves him a great cup cake and Little Cupcakes in Queen Street City is a bit of a gem of a shop! Little Cupcakes has to be one of the premier cup cakeries in the CBD. The Swine has been here a few times and the Red Velvet cupcake is always a fave. Coffee here also isn't bad at all. Staff are friendly, helpful and humerous - just the way the Swine likes it. But it's all about the cupcakes here - yes there's nice a range of little cake treats to get your mauly mits and piggy mouths into. See pics for a sample. This place creates Little Earthquakes in the Swines pantaloons. SWINE APPROVED!
On the way back to the office, I found this cute cup cake cafe. I was attracted because of the board in front of the cafe, which said $5.80 for 1 mini cup cake + coffee. I ordered a mocha and it served by classical cup.
Delicious cupcakes and sweets here. Service is friendly and although I unknowingly stumbled into this shop upon closing time the ladies were more than happy to help me out.

Mid afternoon cup of tea and a gaytime cupcake - very good pick me up! Loved my special teacup. Prompt service, good selection of cakes for mid afternoon Saturday afternoon.
THE GREATEST CUPCAKES I HAVE EVER HAD! Not too sweet and not too bland. Perfect texture and perfect heaviness. Not too fluffy just amazing! Cute shop and relaxing atmosphere. The prices are well worth it! I had the vegan Blueberry Pistachio and the Black Velvet. Would have given 5 out of 5 rating, however just think there maybe should be water on the tables, as the cupcakes are quite heavy and strong :) will be coming back!
Love!!! You are always so friendly and accommodating - Great coffee and cupcake treats. My soy lattes are always just right.
As a loyal customer...may I please request you at some point start add something on your menu for dairy-allergic consumers out there? It would be such a great addition, and I'm sure you would become even more popular than you are. :)
For the love of cupcakes!. There are a lot of cupcake places around, but nothing compares to Little Cupcakes, they are the best cupcakery in Melbourne by far, a great range of flavours, so delicious, so pretty, so perfect, even their stores are pretty, even the staff are pretty, and friendly, great service, great quality, why would you get cupcakes anywhere else.
Its my favourite thing to by people as a little treat or gift.
Amazing cupcakes - pity about the lukewarm coffee even when an extra hot coffee is requested perhaps a thermometer is required or training
This is a cute looking cafe with a warm and welcoming interior with it's mix of timber, iron chairs, cushions and crockery; it's like stepping back in time to a happier place. There's a big selection of normal and smaller sized cup cakes that are well presented, appealing and taste as good as they look! The latte was just ok with the froth on top having bubbles resembling soap suds rather than a smooth velvet consistency. Other than that this place is really worth a visit.
Cute Cupcakes!. Dropped in to pick up a few cupcakes for a friends birthday. I selected the tiny teddy ones - feedback was they were scrumptious. Little Cupcakes is definitely the best cupcake chain in the CBD. Decent pricing too
I never really understood the whole cupcake thing, but this place is brilliant. Dense, moist, perfect cakes with delish icing. Flavours are amazing and ever changing, they even have a vegan option. So good, keep up the good work guys!
Cute!. The new Little Cupcakes store is great! Good locale and the interior is warming, cosy and quirky. Service and coffee is great - as expected. Love it - will definitely become a regular here.

tasty flavours & very fresh bunch of little cupcakes
I have had the greatest experience with these guys!!!! They are a pleasure to work with & make the MOST delicious and exciting cakes!
I emailed an image of a 3D minion cake that I wanted them to create and they emulated it better than the picture! It was a HUGE hit!!
They also deliver! 😃👍👍👍
Little cupcakes was about to make a custom design cake for me on such short notice, John was very helpful and provided fantastic customer service. Thank you!
