This tucked away little place sells healthy options for breakfast and lunch. Today I opted for the chia pudding made with coconut mylk, topped with raspberries, pepitas and seeds.
It was a thick and creamy pudding with a delicious texture and coconut flavour. The addition of the crunch from the seeds was fantastic combination and the sharpness of the hidden raspberry layer was a great way to balance out the pudding.

Smoothie bowls in the CBD. So good! Nice little spot to sit in but most people choose to takeaway. Great to see nourishing plant based options available
Pressed Juices is a cold pressed juice company with stores all over Melbourne. Their aim is to be healthy and promote healthy living via their juices. Ever since training for the 10km run I have been aiming to up my fluids. Here I went to the one in Collins st near Southern Cross. This one is just outside Virgin Active and outside an office block. The staff there are down to earth.
Healthy food and juices here but a bit on the expensive side..... if u want to have takeaway healthy nutrients into your body, this is place to visit 😉
Kinda obsessed with their camomille infused nut truffle...perfect afternoon treat instead of running for the office vending machine. A bit dear at $4.50 a truffle but I guess all health snacks are and it really does hit the spot! Craving another one right now :)
The salted caramel chocolate macadamia thyme tart is as good as any regular dessert but without Sugar and flour and all the nasties really amazing u will thank me later. In Melbournes wintery days we all need a immune boost and I really liked the refreshing taste and the ingredients like Tumeric are well-known for a whole host of benefits

I’m not very adventurous when it comes to juice flavours, but Pressed really encourages you to move away from the traditional apple/orange mixes and pack some veg into your beverage. This time I stuck to something more traditional – green apple, lemon, mint and pineapple – and was rewarded with a tangy, beautifully refreshing juice that brightened up my afternoon.
Great Staff. Great Service. Great Juice. Great Quality. I am very imPRESSED with Pressed juices.
Particularly the almond mylk is a hit as it can't be found elsewhere and is worth the money for its uniqueness .
Other juices are overpriced- but I guess they have to be to pay rent when that's all that's on the menu .
Cool-looking shop, and staff are tentative and might come across as "over hip" .
Very pricey, but delicious! The juices are incredible, and I love how you can taste before you buy one of these pricey drinks! The food is just amazing. And so pretty presentation wise! Had the coconut passionfruit pot. Amazing.
Good, but not worth the price. The juices here are definitely good, but for $9-9.50 each, I'm not so sure. I do like how they offer samples, especially given the price tag, except the staff can be a little bit hit and miss; some are so friendly and vibrant, and some others can be a little bit cold. Today I tried the Raw Coconut Parfait and unfortunately I was very disappointed. While it wasn't bad value at $11.50, I was waiting for a hit of flavour that never came.
All in all, Pressed Juices is good, but to be honest, Green Press just a few tram stops down is far better.
I am a fan. I keep coming back to this place and so far whatever i tried i loved it. a bit expansive but soooo healthy and good for you.if you are a health freak like me you will love this place.
At $9.50 per bottle, this is definitely the Vue de Monde of juices in Melbourne.
Healthy juices and prepackaged meals (they do coffee too) - rare to fine such passion for healthy options and most staff have decent knowledge of food allergies health etc
Quick service, friendly staff
Simple menu but less is more, ideally for office staff
Coffee is good, although a bit stronger than I expected. Staff is friendly.
