Well well a great cafe service excellent creamiest coffee in Caulfield. A must try wish was walking distance from home love it will be back great work guys.
Great coffee, amazing breakfast many option..
Very nice atmosphere, welcoming staff and fantastic food ...kid friendly too... If you are looking for a cafe that is warm, inviting & looks after anyone vegetarian, this is the place, definitely come back
Post dinner dessert hunt experience: I'm quite particular with drinks, so when I found that my hot chocolate was made with a syrup which in turn was super sweet, my heart sank a little.. I guess I'm just used to having that slight bitterness in a real hot chocolate.
Setting that drink aside, the ambiance in the cafe was nice, had a nice family cafe atmosphere, it was lovely.
And the dessert was enjoyable, but there's room for improvement.
This is a good restaurant which offers pizza and other Italian style of food and salads. Worth trying for people who are kosher or want good vegetarian style of food. I tried the Pizza and corn fritters and they were good. I also visited with 10 young adults and the restaurant was able to handle a large group. Food was tasty and worth trying.
Very nice smooth coffee. I reckon it's a little bit weaker than an average coffee so I'd go for a double shot. Was craving for a muffin but they unfortunately didn't have any:(
Wrote the review based on their bagels. They're nice and fluffy and full of filling. Small cafe which was fine because you're not squashed up against other customers.
Racheltal30@gmail.Fresh, delicious food, perfect for a breakfast lunch or dinner catch-up with the girls, or an afternoon coffee
my favourite is their quinoa salad and crispy skin Salmon just perfect.
Such a great savoury menu too, there's something for everyone. Friendly staff, great environment... love love love!

Pizza was outstanding! "Best wood fire pizza"
Keep on doing what you do well and I look forward to my next visit!
Had a large Wild Mushroom pizza. Was absolutely amazing. It was soft, with thin pastry, well-cut, and very satisfying. Hit just the spot. Wasn't overfull.
Not much seating, however. Was not an issue on the day, however.
Only issue a friend and I had was when my friend was asking for his Wild Mushroom pizza, the waiter somehow mistook that simple question for "What mushrooms are on the pizza?" Took 2 minutes to resolve this.
Quite surprised by the string of negative reviews - I absolutely loved this place.
Food:
- the pizzas are delicious. The wait can sometimes be a little long - but the bases are great, the gourmet toppings (pear and pumpkin!) are really something. The half-price on pizzas on Tuesdays is incredible value!
- their breakfast food is generally good and the Asian lunch meals are tasty.
Ambience- decked out nicely, a bit of a local vibe - but still great
Staff- friendly and helpful.
I had eggs with soughdough, avo, zataar, hummus and mushrooms. This was all delicious, well cooked and well seasoned. The coffee however was not good. Firstly it took about 20 minutes for the coffee to actually come because the barista had 'stepped outside', the food actually came before the drink, and there were no other orders. And the coffee itself was just not very nice.
Would go back for the brunch but would probably get something else to drink.
This is my go-to local cafe. Delicious shakshuka, good coffee. Raw greens salad I eat like 4 times a week! And the pizza is so authentic... Woodfire oven makes all the difference. Very very excellent!
Quite good. Wow so many haters review from people who expect eat Junk Food and can't wait to get food in restaurant n even person who didn't get a Job wrote review.
I walked in yesterday, decided to give it a try at lunch break, give 3 for service; Food 4 star (if you into Vegetarian food). I may come back after Finish try bucket lists of another restaurant.
Waited ages for someone to take our lunch order. But.. The food was good when we finally got it. My friend had the stir fry and I had poached eggs with sides. ( no gluten free toast which is a negative) . All in all a positive experience but room for improvement .
This restaurant is ok only if you go at night as they have 2 menus and the night menu is far superior than the day one.
Great night out. Had the wood fired pizza that's just been added to the dinner menu, great taste and choices.
Liked the vibe and feel of Milk & Honey, staff were very friendly and keen to explain the options and specials menu.
Planning on taking more people there this week.
We shared a pizza, shakuka and the Japanese stir fry. Generous servings, and looked fresh and appealing.
And the long black was the best I'd had all week
Great service! Excellent tasting food! An overall enjoyable experience
Yum! As a local living nea.... Yum!
As a local living near milk n honey, I have been frequenting the cafe a lot lately. What most impresses me is their receptiveness to suggestions, and constant attempts to improve the place- most recently with their installation of a Woodfire oven, and new menu- the result being some pretty damn good Woodfire pizza, with a gourmet selection of toppings. Their iced/ blended drinks selection is also pretty unique- (I especially enjoy the iced coffee, and iced nana/lemon)which both come in a generous large mason jar with straw.
While I have observed that the novelty of the pizza, and the extended hours( they're now open for dinner) have attracted a big crowd of late, and that the cafe is evidently trying to adapt to a far larger amount of traffic than they're accustomed- since these changes have been implemented I have been there a number of times and it seems that they're gradually becoming far more on top of things. I've noticed a few new waiters, helping to improve the wait times, and patience levels of the staff overall. I'd say that they're well on the way to a lovely, vibrant neighborhood cafe, with a pizza menu that is unparalleled. Bonus points for offering free waffles( replete with sparklers) on my birthday
Brilliant juice and baked eggs!. Have ridden past this cafe a number of times but after seeing it reviewed recently and looking up their menu, I finally made my way in
With a Mediterranean and vegetarian theme, I would recommend heading here for not only brekkie but lunch as well; they had some delicious sounding salads
But onto the serious business - the baked eggs were cooked well with capsicum, and the chef included the spinach in the dish for me and put the mushrooms on the side. Not sure if my taste buds were off slightly but the metal pan it was cooked in seeped a little into the dish.
Good news - lots of different juices, including my favourite of beetroot, ginger and companions (today that was carrot, celery and apple).
More good news - these guys have recruited a local naturopath for their herbal teas. We had the Female Health and Wellness that included ingredients such as calendula, liquorice, raspberry and at least 10 other items. Delicious.
Good space with some gorgeous yellow chairs; it was formerly a print/newspaper shop.
While service was initially 'the standard', after my excitement over the menu and curious inquiries, things warmed up a whole lot.
And last bit of good news - entirely wheelchair and cycling friendly (massive bathrooms for wheelies)
Awesome. We come here quite often for celebratory lunches with work. The food is tasty and the service is quite good. We really like it. Booked in for five people tomorrow, too.
I like this place. Been here a couple of times .. Food is great, people are friendly .. Recommend
Visited Milk N Honey twice on vouchers.
First visit had scrambled eggs, mushroom and bread which were very disappointing. Eggs were dry and dish needed something else. Had to ask twice for butter.
I was more impressed with second visit.Creamy mushroom pasta was delicious, salmon salad yummy and fresh orange juice very cool arriving in a jamjar. Service was quite slow but was very busy since Anzac Day.
I would visit again.
WOW. One of Melbourne's best kept secrets...! What an absolute pleasure, perfectly poached eggs and corn fritters to die for!!! The handsome young man in the kitchen really knows his stuff! Well done and thanks Milk N Honey... You made my day :)
Great Brunch Beat Expectations. I read a few reviews prior to going to this place as its local for me. I have to say the food beat expectations. The menu must of changes as an earlier review said their was no smokes salmon but I had the eggs and bagel with smoked salmon and my wife smoked salmon toasted bagel. Both were great and they were served within 10 minutes in a quite busy atmosphere. They also a lemonana drink which is quite refreshing and I recommend. Only think to watch out for is my wife brought in her own coffee which they said she couldn't bring in because the shop is kosher.
AMAZING PLACE. Milk & Honey is an AWESOME cafe! Great staff & service, Great atmosphere, Delicious Food, Amazing Coffee. Good Prices. Definitely a cafe you want to go to!
I don't understand the bad reviews! Went here for dinner and was really surprised the food was really amazing! Would defenatly be going back! Highly recommend !!!
A new favourite cafe!. We tried MilknHoney today for the first time and the food was so incredible I felt I had to write a review. The staff were great, service was quick and coffee was the best I have had in a while. We will be back for sure.
Yummm. Friendly staff, lovely coffee, very yummy food, atmosphere and well priced during the week - on sundays everything is more expensive on the Sunday Menue...why?
apart from that - i am recommending the french toast - very - very delicious!!!
Best burekas in town. Freshly opened, but well done! great coffee and unique Israeli foods, highly recommend the burekas.
The place just opened up and already a hit. Doesn't matter what time I come the place is full. Coffee good and the food is delicious and priced well. Well done.
Cute for Breakfast/Brunch. The Chef knows how to combine tastes, which is perhaps why they're strict on not changing ingredients in dishes. The atmosphere is cosy but could be a little nicer, it's industrial chic. Staff are lovely, sometimes the wait is a little long, but well worth it. The iced chai is delicious in warmer weather! Generally a satisfied customer :)
Good ambience and great food. Ordered chocolate pizza it was yummy. It is a treat for chocolate lovers. It is a great place for vegetarians.

incredible service and even better food. the Israeli ambiance really speaks to my Israeli heritage and it is amazing to know that there is still an Israeli vegetarian restaurant being run amongst the seemingly overpowering meat and fast food restaurants.
I can honestly say that their middle eastern styled pastries are one of the best foods I've eaten and although the wait is a bit lengthy, the moment you take a bite you realise how worth it the wait was.
if I could give 10 stars I would but I will settle for 5
Wonderful menu with so many tasty sounding choices. I ordered the Super Salad and and was delighted with the delicious blend of flavours. With the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere I'd definitely come again.
Great coffee great breakfast delicious food. perfect to catch - up with the girls - or an afternoon coffe my favourite is their quinoa salad and crispy skin salmon just perfect. such a great savoury menu too- there's something for everyone. friendly staff; great environment .. love love love
