Visited Northland and got some takeaway from Rolld. They were really busy over the weekend and there was so much to choose from the menu.
We wanted a mix of everything so we ordered pho, baos, spring rolls and bun. They were packed nicely and i really like how they seperated the broth and noodles to ensure it was fresh.
The dishes are made fresh to order and they were good. I really enjoyed the pho, spring rolls and the baos were good. The broth was yum and the meat was not overcooked.
We were invited to Roll’d as part of their birthday celebrations and picked up a variety of their offerings takeaway. Unfortunately none of the sauces made it to the takeaway bags which is a real shame as they really elevate the flavour. A nice healthy lunch option
Not sure what people expect from this place, however the broken rice with bbq chicken was fresh and the accompanying spring rolls deliciously crispy. It’s in a good court and this is easily one of the best options.
Not enough herbs in my rice paper roll! Came here with my 132 year old mother for her birthday and she was not impressed. Every year I take her to Northland for lunch on her birthday and today was the worst one yet. Never will I play the violin again.

So yummy. Had chicken bun and roast pork bun both were nicely balanced and just spicy enough. They were 2 for $8 which I think was pretty good value for money.
Good thing about franchise is they're def consistent from the soilder rolls to the noodles.
This time I ordered the bbq chicken was good. Very sweet so I didnt need much of the fish sauce. Need more veggies. $10 special which is a good price. Hopefully it remains that way.
Good food court option. Service was a little slow, but the food was very yummy.
We got three different types of rice paper rolls which were excellent. We got a chicken and beef pho which was good.
Will definitely go back.

Consistent. It's not bad for a food court eatery. It has got the standard Aussie Vietnam fare. If you stop by include the steam bun side (Bao) in your order. Do not give the steam bun a miss.
So I asked if they had an allergen sheet and the girl who served me was wonderful (name on receipt: Karel) thanks Karel! She was so patient and wonderful while I read what I could eat. I usually love the bûn from here anyway and was pleased that the bbq chicken one was safe! It was good and filling and the iced coffee tasted like the millions of iced coffees I got in Vietnam. It took me back to sitting on the street with a cold coffee in the stifling weather in Ho Chi Minh City. Pre-coeliac me has tried the banh mi and it was underwhelming... the reason for my rating. But the summer rolls are great and hopefully those are gf too 😉
So sad they are closing down. They were the only place with nice comfortable heels that I could wear.
They sell shoes. Pianos with extra black notes are next door.
