If it is the the rich buttercream taste that you love about these Filipino baked goods, then these ones from Pampanga’s Delicacies are probably not for you. Their sans rival had very little buttercream compared to the thick meringue layers, and the meringue had a burnt taste. The silvanas hardly had any buttercream and also had a burnt cookie taste. See photos. Considering the price, I would have thought there would be more buttercream in their products. However, the customer service was okay and orders were available on time. Their other food might be much better (we did not try them).

We tested this place for my 30th birthday in preparations for my wedding. I got my fiancee who is not a filipino to pick up my order. The owner yelled at my fiancee when he rang the door bell and claimed to not know who I was without checking the information given. Then proceeded to rudely tell my fiancee that he needed to pay the balance which I had clarified to the owner 3days prior to ensure the correct amount was ready. And when my fiancee tried to hand him the money snatched it out his hand and told him to go. Simple to say I will not be coming back here for any occasion let alone my 220 person wedding. Such a disappointment that this place represents the filipino culture and people.

Put it in the dine in menu that there is a minimum for certain items if there are. I still love their palabok. The chicken spag were good. The barbecue was also nice.
