Well my experience to this domino's pizza in Richmond was fine 👌I don't know what everybody else's opinion was about but I asked the gentleman at the counter about sizes of the pizza's and he walked around the counter and pointed out to me the specials and gave me details of what I needed to know. I ordered the vegan pizza, It came out on time, super hot and it was absolutely delicious, I would definitely order again from here 👏👏👏👏 well done.

Rubbish, delivery time was over a hour late and they didn’t answer the phone well I tried to contact them. Said it was to busy but was a Wednesday night at 9pm..never got the pizza

Don't call the store they got both of my orders wrong. I ordered a extra large beef and onion pizza which came as a large and a extra large margarita which came with pesto for some reason. In one of the other reviews someone got food posioned by the beef and onion pizza so I can't wait for tomorrow. There are a number of other pizza joints on swan street which are far better.

Last night I ordered 2 pizzas, one with cheesy crust and the whole crust was burnt. The other pizza wasn't much better with burning around the edges as well, it just ruined the flavour.
Unfortunately I won't be ordering from this particular Dominos store anymore, as 3 times now I've been delivered burnt pizzas. Also, the dough at his store always tastes very stiff and just not fresh..sorry guys I've given multiple chances and unfortunately the food quality doesn't deliver.

Do not recommend ordering the Beef and Onion Pizza from this store. Ordered one last week and suffered from severe food poisoning later that night and for the following two days. Absolutely detestable from an institution such as Domino's!!! Would have thought they would follow strict cross contamination and food safety standards. Do not go to this store!

2.5 but not a 3.0<br/>We were craving cheap and plastic pizza as we passed through Richmond so we stopped in and got our standard beef and onion. Tonight’s pizza was quite dry and tasteless. You really can’t complain at $5 though.

Terrible service!!! We ordered 3 pizzas, my friend accepted the order which was only 2 pizzas but he didn’t realise. I called them to figure out where the third was. They literally hung up on me & said I was a liar. Why would I lie, I didn’t receive three pizzas when I ordered them. I will be requesting my money back. I was hung up on several times when trying to sort it out!!!!

The wrong pizza was delivered an hour and a half late. Guy on phone very rude and unapologetic. Would’ve been fine if the pizza wasn’t horribly underdone and cold but we had to call and ask for a replacement

Last few times I ordered they have delivered my food very late. I have to contact them to check on the status. I receive my food over an hour late which is not normal for Domino's. The food was not warm as usual when I received it. Maybe they are short of staff but this late cold food delivery must come to an end as the customers pay good money for good food. When I call them I ask for a delivery status and they always lie and tell me within the next 10 minutes but it takes over 35 minutes for the food to arrive.

We got about 10 pizzas delivered to work, we chose Dominos as its cheap, reliable, we know the taste and delivery was quick. Its not my usual go to pizza place however it's a quick lunch with work mates.

Grace and I ordered for delivery, it was relatively fast, below 30 mins! I had the carbonara one whereas grace had the veggie supreme. The cheesy garlic bread was really good, crunchy and cheesy 😍

Ordered a pizza for 10, one of the pizzas (prawn pizza) was missing - it was replaced by some other pizza. Chicken wings without sauce were less than okay - chicken was not properly cooked. Rest of the pizzas were good; delivery was prompt. Staff was helpful with getting me back the refund from a previously canceled order.

Good Pizza, Loads of topping especially when add extra not like some other domino's that could not see or feel the extra I just paid for. Good Service, Never have problem. My favourite place for quick and good lunch.
