We had two types of tibis, served with injira and even my partner who reluctantly came to the restaurant (he's not as adventurous with food and really wanted brisket for dinner) was blown away. If you want to have some Ethiopian food with a homely feel, Sheger is the place to come to. The food there is tasty. The host is very friendly and described different dishes to us patiently. The Ethiopian coffee was the best.

I had Tibis at Sheger Cafe and it was so delicious. It seemed perfectly crafted with tons of spices on chunks of lamb meat. Injera was served fresh along with the meat. The customer service was so good. Very nice and friendly staff. Highly recommend this place.

Been to Melbourne few time, but first time to discover this place ,best Ethiopian authentic food,home away from home. Atmosphere is family friendly,my children enjoy the food. Defiantly will visit when down here again.
