A little hidden gem in the Melton South area, good variety in their menu & food is great too. worth a try, nice that they have value packs as options.
Really nice food. Relatively cheap, free delivery helps. Delivery drivers have always been pleasant and nice.
The Nan can be a little hit and miss at times, but everything else has been great
Overpriced for the portions you get. The mild butter chicken we ordered tasted as though it was hot. But delivery was fast, delivery driver friendly.

First time at this Restaurant. Unusual as the take away counter is at the rear of the room meaning that on a busy take away period people would be walking passed the dine in customers continually. Seating was comfortable. Appeared short staffed as the single male waiter was taking take away meal orders as well as dine in customers. Very attentive and required no prompting for attention. As I have found with more than one Indian restaurant. The wine glasses were "cloudy" appeared not washed correctly as well as the cutlery. We ordered the $20 banquet which looked quite good value, consisted of entree, simosa, tandoori chicken with a choice of butter chicken or lamb rogan Josh plus a vegetable dish with rice, bread and a desert. The entre was quite good, plenty of chicken although could have supplied a sauce with this as well as with the papadoms. We asked if we could have a butter chicken for one combined with a rogan josh for one so we could sample each, normally with the banquet it is one or the other for two. No problems. Both mains were simply superb!!! Sauces were fantastic and the meat tender especially the lamb. Plenty of rice and bread. The desert was the sweet dumplings which were very good. Overall, superb meal for the price. No wine list supplied even though it stated it was fully licensed. BYO everything I believe.
My partner and I dined here a couple of weeks ago, the service was alittle slow but the staff was very friendly.. overall the food was the highlight!
Awesome. Every time my cupboards are bare I order these guys. Great North Indian style dishes! Good naan and a good range of vegetarian food too! Only downside is if youre really hungry sometimes it takes a while for home delivery, but with the only decent food in Melton, who can complain?
Great Value. Tonight I ordered take away from Melton Indian Restaurant, being located in Melton expectations weren't so high, no offence just haven't liked many of the takeaways around here. But everything was delicious, fresh and fragrant will be ordering again. Thankyou :)
Indian Gem. We regularly get take away from this restaurant and its always first class food at very reasonable prices. The menu choice is huge and the staff are very friendly. Its the best kept secret in Melton South and I hope more and more people support this fantastic restaurant.
We live in the area and get a take home meal every couple of weeks when we can afford it. The food is exceptional and cheap, and the service is second to none. We brought a friend from interstate to eat in the restaurant, and the three of us ate well and left feeling satisfied for well under a hundred bucks. We always get a very friendly reception when we go in, which is one of the many reasons we keep going back. A real gem of a place on the whole - we love it.
One of the best!. Visiting family in Melton, they had heard that this restaurant had good food so they booked in. We turned up at 6.30 on a Saturday night, while it is not the prettiest restaurant the food was amazing. We ordered 3 entrees and 5 mains between 4 of us, I have been to many Indian restaurants in my time but the food here was sensational.... If you love Indian food, don't let the looks deceive you, every dish was the best, get into it.

This place is great! Atmosphere is very warm and amazing , the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some classic Indian dishes and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. Owner has positive attitude.
