never dissapoints. Has everything that any other restaurant has apart from pizza and does it better and bigger. It is big, dont come here if you dont like being around lots of people being happy and chatty enjoying the food. Dont come here if you dont like a big feed and value for your money because thats what it is

Portion sizes are ridiculously large.
I’m one normally not to complain that a portion size is too too large but this place is ridiculous.
I appreciate the fact that there’s plenty on the plate but when almost every plate is going back to the kitchen with 25% to 50% of the food that it came out with still in it, you’ve gotta say what a waste.
Food was good I had the chicken and mushroom risotto which ticked all the boxes.
The wife had the Chicken Parmigiana, which had at least 500g -750g of chicken breast and 1.5-2kg of chips. Chips under seasoned.
Kids had chicken strips and chips, huge meal and again under seasoned and a little dry.
Overall great value, good food but what a waste.
Next time we go there will definitely Share every meal.
Also large soft drinks were crazy in size easily 750ml.

Definitely a quantity restaurant. But this place is always full so it must be doing something right.
I have eaten here many times and never had a bad meal.
Yes, the meals are huge, but that's what Lazy Moe's is about. As far as the 'rude' signs go, I think you just need to take them with a grain of salt. They're just harmless fun. It's not meant to be fine dining, just an outright food feast.
Of the meals I have eaten - the best, tastiest ones include the calamari, open kebab, and fettuccine carbonara.
I always share a main and a dessert with my wife and we are always full. So we buy 1 meal and 1 dessert between us. Our kids do the same.
Definitely give the choc fudge pancakes a go (so much ice-cream - its awesome), and you have to try the Mousse cake. That is amazing!
I heard they are not buying them in much anymore and we are devastated! One of the highlights of the place. Moe's - Don't lose the mousse cake or you may lose us...
Overall, a great feed, great speedy service and great value for money.
I do agree the place is too noisy though. It does dampen the mood.
For this type of restaraunt, I enjoyed my meal as ìt was well cooked and the service was fast and efficient. The food was delicious. My one problem is that it is a bit noisy. Maybe some noise deadening ceiling tiles. Oh and some new chairs would be nice.
My husband and I had breakfast here yesterday. We were absolutely amazed with the food and drinks. The food portion was sufficient. The coffee and smoothie was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly and prompt. Will highly recommend breakfast here.

Definitely a place you come to for the serving size - the food is decent and well priced given the serving size; but if you are expecting quality for what you are paying, you have chosen the wrong place. The food is definitely not bad, very filling. Service is good, just don't expect speedy service when the place is packed. And the pancakes and desserts here are probably the best items on the menu!
breakfast is like in asia so cheap for a full plate. pancakes for the whole day is yum with ice cream and chocolate drizzle will satisfy your craving taste buds. cheap eats is definitely a stop here.

Love Moes, never fails us. Always great service, great meals, great value!! I recommend moes to all my friends and family, all have been, all fall in love with it to! Huge menu, something for everyone! What you get and what you pay, you won't find better anywhere else!!
If you're looking for a casual night out then Lazy Moe's is a great place for a decent feed. For a coeliac we need to be very careful as most of the options on the menu are not completely gluten free. Make sure you order the meals without chips as they use a universal fryer for all battered items.
The risottos are my go to meal as they have many gluten free options and have a reduced risk of being cross contaminated. The meals are always large and more than filling.
If you are looking for a quite romantic night though definitely look elsewhere. There are always small children running around and screaming and you have to yell across the table just to hear your companions.
Definitely a kid friendly place; I probably wouldn't go if we didn't have dinner with my partners sister and her two young boys as the atmosphere is too crowded and loud for me.
Always the place to go food is always fresh and filling and not to cheap and big drinks to thumbs up

Love this place! Breakfast, lunch or dinner the choices are consistently great! Good value for money, lots of chips but at least you won't leave hungry!
And the winner is.....obesity!. Dayum! Make sure you do not eat for 3 days before eating at Lazy Moe's.....each plate of food is large enough to satisfy your nutritional needs for a week.
Pretty sure that I have never seen Chicken Parmas so large.....the chicken must have been bred on the same steroids that Arnold Schwarzenegger used in his prime.
Seriously if you go just buy a single meal to share....you might still not finish it, but you will at least feel happier than leaving 3/4 of your food untouched if you buy a plate each.

Lazy Moes chain speaks for itself. After the Maribrynong letting us down of late we headed to Melton for lunch. Plenty of room, but if you go there for lunch and the sun is out dont sit at the front window area as the sun glare is beyond bearable. Even on a ten degrees day. Staff were friendly and accommodated our request to move due to the sun. Wife ordered some pancakes and I must say they were the biggest ones I have seen, bigger then IHOP. And quite tasty as well. Overall good quality meals. Certainly don't go Hungary and compered to other places you get your dallars worth here. But some sun blinds certainly needed for those windows.
