Review Pizza Hut Melton - Melton

Ordered a cheeseburger pizza with stuffed crust. This was the monstrosity that was delivered. It looked terrible. Didn't taste it. Couldn't bring myself to even try to eat it. Rang to complain. Spoke to the 'manager' who gave me a dogey email to send photos too. I would be ashamed if this is the level of food my restaurant was producing! Absolutely disappointing. This is a consistent thing. Everytime I order from here, the quality just isn't there.

This is what a Hawaiian with bbq sauce looks like... They forgot to add the toppings and burnt it. Not worth it even if they give it to for free.. my dog spat it out

Pizza is always fresh and tasty but unfortunately I can't say that the service is the best. The staff are too busy cooking and preparing orders to pay attention to the line forming at the counter..almost felt like they were deliberately ignoring customers. Thankfully I have a voice and got the staffs attention to pickup my order otherwise my pizza would just go stale!!

Not consistent with their pizzas. Sometimes they get it right. Most of the time they get it wrong. And when confronted about it they blame the delivery driver. Apparently the delivery driver is a wizard and can shrink the pizzas bases with his mind. 🧙‍♂️ Long story short, just order from domino's or anyone else. You're a wizard Harry.

Pizzas good, however fries undercooked. Orderd through uber eats, called pizza hut said we have to get issued sorted through uber eats. Such an inconvience.

It was very disappointing, ordered 3 pizzas, cheesy garlic bread and cheesy spuds. I kid you not, everything had ZERO flavour, we joked that we would definitely order the coke and tomato ketchup again !

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. No matter what Pizza you order, all you can taste is sauce and crust.Never put enough of other fillings on to save money

I'm surprised at these reviews tbh. I use to live out here 2yrs ago and would order from here regularly. Back then it was a little touch and go but always enjoyed our meals. And now that we have moved back, they're honestly better than ever. Food always gets delivered hot, fresh and tasty!. And I'm picky with my pizzas, always customising them. Extra this minus that blah blah... and they haven't missed a beat. My husband isn't a pizza fan but really enjoys them from this pizza hut!! 😊

Would always order Pizza Hut over Dominos until we discovered a hair in our food one night, I called the store to let them know and the gentleman who answered the phone hung up on me, unfortunately they lost my business after behaving so rudely, I understand these things happen but to be treated like that was the nail in the coffin

They have the new corona black line on the floor. I stepped over it to grabbed the menu and then stepped back. The rude lady tells me to step back over the line🙄. If you want to be so ruthless, plz put the hand menus in the APPROPRIATE SPOT😉

One Word "YUCK". Don't bother truly disgusting!
