Review Delicious Fingers - Melville

Friendly staff with rustic homemade food. If you want a delicious bite come here. The chips were a hit with my entourage.

had the big breakfast and my god it hit the spot. service was super friendly and fast, only took them about 10 ish minutes to come out with the dish even though they were a full house (I only just managed to get a table for one when I came in!) and it's SO GOOD!! the baked beans are so soft and cooked in some sort of beautiful mellow tomato herb sauce, heaps of bacon, beautifully flavoured mushrooms, poached eggs were great quality and flavour, just what I needed for a wholesome brekkie that's not too unhealthy but also, so hearty. thank you so much for this amazing brekkie, definitely happy to pay $22.90 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️ they were even happy to give me a takeaway container for free for my leftovers which is always a great sign for a restaurant to me, don't want to waste food ☺️ also had a green juice which was superb!! went on another day and had the mushroom king, amazing flavour and the spicy leaf chai was so gorgeous, milky and creamy, not too plain or watery like other places can do it!

I was feeling a bit under the weather and decided to trest myself woth some yummy food. This was my Uber Eats acai bowl from Delicious Fingers. Previous experiences at dining in were ok, but this one today is a joke. Lumps of frozen acai mixture and some sloppily chopped fruit, then granola in a separate container for $16.90. Worst acai bowl I have ever had to look at or eat.

I have ordered the menu wich are Avocado Bruschetta, Chicken burger thru the Uber Eats. The bread was too burn and the chicken was burn as well. Even chips have been cooked long. It was too dry to eat. So I couldn't eat it.

With a late lunch and to share a burger, this was an excellent choice to pop into. Great customer service and friendly staff. Sensational coffee and beautiful presentation.

Excellent coffee, delicious food, cool atmosphere. Great service and friendly staff. I will come back again very soon. Highly recommended!

Coffee the highlight of our breakfast visit.... Food was a mediocre fare with our expectations set fairly high based on the previous reviews... Clean and tidy place light airy and open.. Staff need a bit of training but all in all a nice place

Local cafe, that rocks. Great coffee and great service, it's a given. The coffee is even better now. Busy, with lots of locals coming for morning coffee and catch-ups. It's a fun place to meet. Service is with a smile, fast and attentive.

I buy my coffee every morning from Delicious Fingers. The savoury muffins are delicious as is the cake on the counter. We have now had two staff breakfasts there before work as they are open early and a staff members birthday lunch yesterday. Delicious every time.
Kerri Woods
Fantastic food and lovely staff. Thank you for being so kind and making my 60th birthday so memorable for my family and I.

Our first visit here for breakfast & have to say wow! Great value, awesome menu & decent serving sizes! We will back for sure!
Susan Taylor
The coffee was good but writing the order on my keep cup and telling me it would wash off!!! Lots of scrubbing and it’s not off. If you need to write on peoples cups, maybe use a different pen!!!
Normcarol Nicklette
Had brunch here today. All three of us enjoyed our choice on the menu. Recommend the venue.

I love the breakfast beans they are the best and sticky fingers jam

Always great food and excellent service

Discovered Delicious Fingers when we sang some carols there before Christmas. Have been back three times since for lunch and like it very much. Will return for sure. Peter, Sing Australia, Freo.

First visit here but I'm sure I will be back, the food was delicious as was the coffee, friends of mine had the iced coffee and it looked amazing

Food is fresh, tasty, healthy and service is great! :D

Beautiful breakfast. Mushrooms amazing and stunning looking coffee really appreciate latte art being a barista myself.
Cindy Colling
Fabulous corn cakes, but the barista needs to learn not to heat soy milk until it's molten!!
Mr G
Enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were very accommodating to needs. Nice coffee too. Would recommend.

Came here with a friend for lunch. Ordered the steak burger and chicken burger. Very quick service and delicious food. Steak burger slightly overcooked so a bit tough in parts. Chicken burger cooked to perfection. Very large portions and great value for $19. Will definitely be back.

Upon arrival hubby and I were given a glass of water each. Great start..well sort of. Our son was not.. she asked 'glass of water for him', I replied `yes please' wondering why he had not already been offered one.. This was clue number one to this very unsatisfying experience. Unfortunately the vegetarian Egyptian burger patty was not cooked properly thus representing baby food texture and it was not cooked on the outside at all! It was raw! There was no burger buns, but a wrap instead. Customer service could improve considering their quality and prices don't match. $17 for a glorified wrap... our food came out after some customers that arrived five minutes after us, nevertheless their table was served before ours. My advice, dont eat there, just order drinks , the iced chocolate was good which earnt them one star. We asked to have the iced choc put into a takeaway cup and she made me wait whilst she chatted with her colleague... ????? Perhaps a lesson for me to remember to bring our Keep Cups!

Pink hollandaise weird. Bacon cold, no sideplate to get to food under the toast. Cold hollandaise with my eggs. Seriously? and the scrambled eggs were really oily and not appealing. Not a good experience. Breakfast is hard to do well but not that hard. Come on people. Local cafes can make a fortune if you do it right. I won't be back
Truth Be Told Australia
Took my son here on a busy Easter Monday . We were actually heading for the cafe a few doors down however the kitchen was closed so decided to go here as it looked good. I ordered the DF special , hash browns were nice and eggs cooked well , I found the hollandaise sauce with beetroot a bit funny . It look like seafood cocktail sauce and kinda was a bit strange. He was dead sure he wanted eggs Benedict from the moment we left the house 🙄🙄, that was not on the menu however eggs florentine was. I ask the cashier can I have eggs Benedict? She said yes it's just like florentine ?🤔 I said yes but no asparagus or spinach ( keep in mind he is 19 and still try's to avoid greens) . She said yes yes...!! It came with asparagus and spinach, luckily he was starving by then and pushed it all into my plate. 🙄🙄 just a little annoying people don't take your order correctly. Besides that coffee was good and the burgers that passed us looked really good .

I work around the corner so been here like over 50 times!

Generally the food is fresh - usually order the tuna patties or the beef/chicken wrap. The masala chai ($6) is the BEST I have had in Perth and the fresh juices are also a nice drink during summer.

Service can be a little slow at times (depending on how busy it is) so I usually call ahead to order my take aways.

I have been meaning to try this place for ages and I'm glad I did. We came for breakfast, the staff was lovely and the inside comfortable. We both agreed the hashbrowns were the best part - definitely order them. As for the all important 'but can they poach an egg?' Test - yes, sort of! It was a little firmer than I like with the outside of the yolk just starting to firm up, instead of being 100% liquid, but still oozed out very nicely. All in all a delicious breakfast, i think we'll be back!
Update: We came back again and were even more impressed. They were nice enough to let me order just from the sides menu, and I had a hashbrown and baked beans - the baked beans were exactly what I wanted! Best beans I've ever had!

I've had breakfast and lunch here. The breakfast was great, I shared a homemade hash brown with eggs and avocado with my boyfriend (enough for 2 if you're not overly hungry). When I came back another day for lunch the food was very average. The staff are friendly though which is always nice.
Pete Himself
Nice food and great burgers. My only criticism is portion size of some of the dishes. The avocado on toast with egg is $17.50 and wouldn't fill the filling in my tooth. An almost $20 meal should satisfy your hunger.
Fred
Sunday morning 10/01/16 family breakfast. 5 adults 2 infants. Staff friendly and attentive. Banana smoothie was good and the la tutti tutti breakfast meal i ordered was good. The whole table enjoyed there food and drinks. This was a nice place to start the day.
Pancake
Good suburban cafe with friendly staff and there was a guitarist on the Saturday we were there. I had a chicken Caesar salad which was tasty and had good proportions of ingredients and crunchy croutons. The pineapple juice was freshly squeezed and generous and the latte was not too milky. The staff coped well with a large table of about 16. Everyone was happy with their meal.
Rebecca Caceres
Very good service. My boyfriend enjoyed the burger. I did not however enjoy my chicken tenderloins. I got 3 on a bowl of lettuce and it cost $14. Not worth it. Stick to the burgers

Went here for brunch today and not only did they forget our meals and didn't notice that people both sides of us were getting their food and arrived way after us... But when I went to the counter to ask they had made our food as takeaway left it sitting out for over ten minutes out and then wanted us to have that?? That was obviously unacceptable so the manager or whoever she thought she was came over and did the 'we're really busy' line and well that was it for my guest and I! number one they weren't that busy and number two not my problem oh and number three if you can't handle busy don't open a local cafe. Oh and we only came to you as blend your competitor actually really was busy! The manager or whoever she was told us it was my attitude when I asked why we hadn't had food for 35 minutes but hey all you had to do was toast a couple of wraps and walk them over.... How is that my problem? She also disputed how long we had waited yet I had the receipt with the time on it. One piece of advice to that person, you know who you are... you don't exist without clients and to treat them the way you did means you clearly don't have a clue about customer service. Half full isn't busy but nor is busy an excuse for completely stuffing up orders then blaming your clientele for your mistakes. Wish I could review the food but alas we didn't get any! Fingers from us thanks for ruining our Saturday!

Very comfortable family café hidden away in Melville. Always seems full of families, trades and passers by. Warm friendly staff with a pleasant attitude. The corn and coriander fritters were nice and the coffee is good. The WiFi is always reliable.

Breakfast was amazing!!! Potatoe bacon Rosti with spinach fetta poached eggs and holiandase sauce to die for!!! Great size!!! Coffee was great. Cabinet looked sad. Same old "raw" cakes everyone has.
Christiane Greene
Fresh may muffins excellent. Young crowd behind the counter haven't got a clue. Almost spit at you if you ask for table to be cleaned. Bad customer service. Won't be going there again although have frequented it several times over the years.

Great Little Cafe! Went here for lunch with the boyfriend. he enjoyed his meal and I enjoyed mine. I ordered the kids meal Italian burger and chips which was $9. I was expecting for it to be one of those cheeseburger cheap takeaway burgers and deep fried chips which you unfreeze from the packet. Instead, I was blown away, as it was a proper burger with an abundance of salad and the meat pattie was fresh and you could tell they had made it from scratch. The chips were hand cut potato chips and were fresh and yummy. And not to mention the portion was a good size considering it was $9 for the lot. I didn't even eat all my chips. My partner ordered some breakfast dish which was made up of lots of sausage (mainly chorizo I think), spinach, mushroom and I poached egg. He said it was yummy, but could of done with another egg. I will upload photos of our meals. Oh and the iced chocolate was really yummy aswell and I'm not a big fan of iced chocolates. I would definitely drive the 30 mins from north of the river again to go this place to eat :)

Great Food. Delicious Food, unfortunately last time I went in for a cuppa & some hot food with one of the kiddies, kitchen closed.
It was only 3.30pm
Hmmm perth cafes...
Perplexing.
Anyway, aside from that kind of big thing their food on other occasions when we have had it can't be faulted.

Nice little cafe for breakfast!. Staff were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Got the eggs benny and partner had the full breakfast. Good serving size and the eggs were cooked perfectly. Fresh OJ was yummy worth the extra $$. The only downside was there wasn't enough Hollandaise sauce... So if you're like me don't forget to order extra!

Busy, funky, and unusual!. We came here with family for Saturday lunch on a recommendation and I'm glad we did. Very buzzy and funky inside, even though it's in a pretty nondescript strip of shops in the suburbs. It is a bit loud inside because of the hard walls and floors, but not unbearably so at all. We had a 10-month old baby with us who was well catered for with a highchair. Food-wise I was keen to try their unusual take on burgers, with cuisines like Thai, Indian and Egyptian represented in burgers using flatbreads as buns. I had the Thai burger and it was a delicious revelation, the pork patty tasted exactly like the Thai street food I've had in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. I thought the texture might have been strange with vermicelli noodles mixed into the meat, but it all worked, as did the lightly charred and slightly chewy flatbread. The chips, as others have mentioned, are awesome, some of the best around. Perhaps serving them with something other than generic bottled sweet chilli sauce would do them more justice though. Others at the table had the Indian burger which was happily devoured, and the Caesar salad which was generous and delicious-looking. A perfect lunch with family!

Best coffee in Perth. Wow coffee that actually tastes like coffee not a cup of hot milk. Great coffee, great staff, great breakfast. Have been there before and will being going again.

Room for improvement. The coffee here is average. The food is okay but the prices are a little steep ($13 for a plain omelette...??). The service is friendly though, and very helpful. They cater well to the kiddies too, with kid-sized drinks and nice little treats. The place needs to put some effort into its coffee making, particularly with Blend next door which makes a pretty decent brew.
Pierre
Booked a table for ten people for breakfast. The table was ready and the food was amazing. One of the best breakfasts I have had since moving to perth.
Deborahs
Lovely and friendly. Fabulous food and friendly. However often have the music a bit loud.
Garry
Better than next door. We had a couple of burgers, the Mexican one and Egyptian one, which were both really nice. The rest of the menu had some unique flavour burgers which is nice. Place was nice and casual, priced ok not expensive but not cheap either. Would certainly walk in here before I went back to Blend next door.

They Could Do Better. I have such mixed feelings about this place. Whilst the staff were pleasant, the coffee was enjoyable, and the chips were amazing, I really didn't like the burger. I got a Thai burger which came on bread that tasted like a burnt pancake with a dry, tasteless party and store bought chilli sauce on the side. The servings were quite large but the burger needs a reboot! The other significant downside was the patrons themselves! What a miserable mob. Made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable

Regular Customer. I pop in for my daily fix of great coffee (lots of froth on my cappuccino) and at DF they definitely do make the best ever savoury muffins...YUMMY...can never stop at one! The staff are very warm and friendly and I find they go out of their way to be pleasant and courteous! I was disappointed awhile back when their muffins were considerably down sized...as they are slightly above in price compared to other cafes...however recently the savoury muffins are back to a reasonable size and well worth the extra 50cents charged above other cafes because their recipe tops all the rest! I love that they toast their muffins and do it without hesitation...and served with butter and balsamic ....recommend DF Café to all and love that they always have the local paper available to read!

This cafe was recommended to me so I made a booking for breakfast one Sunday morning. It is great that they are happy to take bookings and they weren't fazed at all by a larger number (I booked.for 10). The staff were friendly and showed us to our table. The cafe had a great, relaxed vibe and we all settled in happily. Once we had all placed our orders the delicious hot drinks and fresh juices arrived very quickly, I would highly recommend the prana chai for those that don't fancy a coffee. Our food arrived shortly after and all at the same time - amazing service seeing as they had 10 different orders! I had the corn and corriander fritters which were sensational and everyone else thoroughly enjoyed their meal. I honestly couldn't fault this place and can't wait to go back!

LOCAL DINERS. Dined on a Saturday night, 17th May. A good dinner experience first time. Food was fabulous over all 5 different, well presented meals in our group of mature family members. Friendly staff, efficient service and a nice vibe with a bit of live music to enjoy. Family friendly and a good local cafe at any time or for an early dinner. Always like the coffees.

The first point of contact was slow, however the breakfast was on our table in under 6min. We had bacon and eggs, which is not on the standard menu, it came out perfectly and was a reasonable price. The coffee is good as well. We shall be back for more.
Kylie
Really disappointing. My eggs Benedict was bland and had a small trailer of terrible tasting spinach on it. My partner had a burnt Italian burger with cold relish on the side with the biggest whole piece of garlic that barely fit in the sauce bowl. I hadn't been charged for the burger and wish I had not have done the right thing and paid for it when my 2 year old son could have cooked a better burger. It's pretty sad to say the highlight of the meal was the chips. We will not return there which is a shame.

Cosy place, friendly staff, great food.. My husband and I come to this little place regularly, as we love to go out for coffee. It's much easier to get to than having to go into the city or Fremantle, so we choose it a lot. We prefer the coffee here over Blend a few doors down (one of the girls in particular is a great Barista) and the lady who owns it/manages it is super lovely and recognises us! Have only had breakfast once but have had lunch a few times and oh my gosh, the mexican burger is sooo tasty!!!! And the avocado salsa on the side is so fresh. Also love the organic juices they stock and the RAWsome treats as well. I also love the way they put a dogs water bowl out for the customers who bring their pooches (DF is situated in suburbia so many people walk their dogs and drop by for a coffee). We've brought our dog along a couple of times and felt very welcome. Keep it up guys!!!

Kirks. Tried the new menu out last Thursday night....Awesome work DF's. Loved it!!!! Will most definitely be back to try more!!!!!!!

Disgracefully expensive for what you get.
When I dared to question the price I got met with a mix of rudeness and bitchy superiority from the woman serving.

I suspect service is only friendly if you are willing to obliviously pay through the nose and tell them they are wonderful in the process.

Will not ever be back.
Jason P
Good enough panini for ten bucks, tried to charge me $6.50 for a simple milk shake though.
Then she had the nerve to call me argumentative when I questioned the price.
I won't be back!
Stella
Do'nt Blend In. Bacon and Egg in a Bun. Easily created but often messed up by many establishments. But not this place. And the hash brown chaser was great too, properly home made.

As for the coffee made by the "alternative chick' (no offence meant), 10/10. Best coffee in ages.

Enjoy.

Had the most delicious dinner tonight already planning our next visit!

Local favourite. This little gem has been open for a couple of years now, and I've enjoyed breakfast and lunch on numerous occasions. Never disappoints. Prefer it to the much busier Blend a couple of shops away. Burgers are delicious, especially the 'Intriguing Indian'.

Really Disappointing. I went to Delicious Fingers once before my most recent visit and was happy with the breakfast (had Rubies breakfast) and latte. It was beautiful. This time tho - WOW what a disappointment! My coffee was undrinkable. It was so strong I would be up for a week if I finished it. The breakfast was cold and soggy. A guy who work there left a chux wipe on my table while yelling across the restaurant how he needs to book in for a wax and how a customer was a "jerk". Great chat while trying to eat (not). It's lost the great vibe it had. I think next time I will try another place. Not recommended at all.
Sarah T
Went here for breakfast this morning, had the French toast and a cappuccino. Really enjoyed it and I was able to give the banana and strawberries to my 14 month old. The coffee was really nice too as were the staff. Definitely reccommend, and would visit here again.
Urban Farmer
Good Burgers. We ordered the indian burger and patty was really thick and a little dry. Very noisy inside for lunch with echoed conversations and furniture scraping.
Hannah Katarski
Consistently good coffee. Amazing potato cakes with poached eggs. Yum yum! We come here all the time and love the breakfast menu and burgers.
Kirstin Marie Proctor
Always had breakfast here, i recommend the french toast and the eggs florentine with salmon, beautiful dishes. All hot drinks (skinny latte, hot chocolates ect.) seemed to be cold, could do with extending the heat on the milk. Also the food was cold when it came out. But over all a pleasant breakfast.
Carly
Disappointed. I'd been looking forward to trying the burgers here for ages, so maybe I built it up too much, but I was really disappointed. The concept of not-so-traditional burgers was great, they just lack in the follow through.

I was so excited when our Egyptian and Indian "burgers" came out. The Indian was served in a deliciously flaky looking paratha and the Egyptian in a flat bread, but they were seriously bland. My Egyptian could have done with some salt and pepper and herbs in the pattie and maybe another sauce with the tzatziki (which was yummy) to lift it.The pattie texture was mushy and it left a gross fatty texture in my mouth too I soldiered on through half and left it. My boyfriend said his Indian was ok, but not memorable. Overall, for ~$14+ per burger it wasn't worth it. The chips on the other hand were delicious and served with a creamy, garlicky aioli that was very moreish, we were really happy with those.

I'll probably try it again (or maybe just come back for the chips) to see if I can turn my thumbs down into a thumbs up because it's a nice place, with friendly staff and an interesting burger concept.
Captain Munchie
Delicious. Breakfast here on a rainy morning was a treat. Sat out the front for a good hour or 2 enjoying some excellent coffee. I went with the Breakie Burger and didn't need lunch after it. It was packed with beef paddy, bacon, egg and a freshly toasted bun. The beef paddy was the highlight that packed a punch with taste. Cappuccino and Espresso served by a friendly waitress gives me a good enough reason to return. Until next time ... 7.5/10.
Pennae
Thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. Great vibe, thoughtful layout (not too noisy), and fabulous muffins!! Staff were friendly and professional, and had great rapport with obvious regular customers (and their kids - it's the school hols!).

Super fast WiFi and plenty of seating configurations makes this a versatile meeting and study/tutoring spot as well. The non-burger menu is a bit pricey for lunch, but it's in the Entertainment Book.

My only gripe is that the kitchen closes at 2:30 and the cafe packs up not long after. Palmyra/Melville lacks good afternoon coffee spots!
BobynS
Awesome burgers- creative recipes. Service and time to receive tucker reasonable.
Mark
Going off?. Used to like this place - something seems not quite right with service and food. Usually when two people order at the same time and sit at the same table the expectation is the meals are delivered at the same time - not twenty minutes apart - and cold coffee, not a great idea.
Allele
Been for breakfast a few times and its pretty consistent. Great eggs, rubies breakfast is a yummy option. Only down side is that every time we have been the service at the cash order point is so slow. I don't understand why they need so many bits of paper for two breakfast and coffee but it takes the staff so long to take an order and process the sale. Lots if work in front of house to be done, but the food is great!
Heather Gustin
Has Potential. The place has is well decorated and cozy. I like that the kitchen is within the restaurant. It is cute that they write the order down and pass it to the kitchen and barista. Also, for a cafe, there were about 7 staff (2 kitchen, 1 manager, 4 wait staff) for a semi-full restaurant which is more than you get at some super busy places.

However, it took 30 minutes for our food to come out. When it did, the order was wrong. I ordered a big breakfast without mushrooms and eggs benedict, but we received a big breakfast without mushrooms and an eggs benedict with mushrooms. When I told the waitress, she insisted it was ours and I had to insist it was not. Our order was then taken back to the kitchen, the waitress asked if I ordered an eggs benedict to which I affirmed and she then said "with hollandaise sauce." Erm, duh. Anyway, no apology for the long wait, mixed order or rude attitude.

Considering the food was nothing to write home about, the sub-par service does not make up for the atmosphere, and we will not be returning in a hurry considering our local (Lo Quay) is fast, friendly and tasty.
JadedSkies
Love this place! The coffee has to be one of the best ive tasted in Perth! Thick and smooth. My partner and I can't get enough of the chips, rustic and well seasoned! Burgers are heavenly and the 'global' range is interesting. We always Finish the meal with a slice of cake or pastry, always fresh and delicious. All items are reasonably priced and the ambience is laid back. Only minor issue I have is the trading hours, would be nice to get a cuppa at 5 after work instead of rushing to get in before they close at 4 on weekdays. Maybe Saturday dinner hours would be nice too!
Crabcancer
Simply Delicious!. Ok, so the family had a yearning for burgers and looking at the reviews for this place, they rank pretty high. And since they are quite near to Garden City, we thought pop in here for lunch then to Garden City for Perth's 1st Sunday shopping session!

Walking into the cafe, I must say this is definitely one of the few places where the servers are definitely happy to be there. It was smiles all round and even when the servers are walking pass you to deliver food, the smile is still there. It's not the "OMG! I am in the Hospitality so better plastered on the fake smile now!" but rather something that shows they are happy to be there working.

Ok, let the adventure begin.

The boss was stuck between the Japanese and the Thai. It was either fish or pork. Considering that she is not a big fan of pork due to the smell, I was very surprised when she state she would try the Thai burger. But it does sound exotic when you read the menu. I being the carnivore that I am went with the Italian. As for the young boss, we decide he can have the thick chips.

Walked up the counter and placed our orders. Was curious about the roiboos/apple tea but no price and considering that the wife was embarking on a shopping spree in the immediate future, every cent counts! Enquire with the counter girl who first checking with the till for a price, no available. No problems, she ran off to the drinks section to ask, still no joy. She then pop her head into the office and got a reply. Came back to me, apologise for making me wait and then told me the price. It was like probably 1 minute of waiting tops, but heck I was very impressed with the service and attitude.

Placed our orders and anxiously await it's arrival. Given the build up by reviewers on this website, I had expectations. First came the thick chips. It was not thick chips, it was HAND CUT! This is one of the few places that I have patronised that actually supply hand cut chips. How do I know they are hand cut? Hmm, the different thickness, the mini bits and pieces or maybe it's the fact that the skin was still attached to the ends of the chips! Initially, the young master was like "No way I am eating the chips with the skin." Had one chip then two then three and the bowl just drifted in front of him.

Our burgers came next. My Italian was nicely done. The menu pre-warns you that the patty will look a bit reddish due to rosemary. The taste was wonderful, the onions in the side pot was not really to my liking but the burger was fresh and tasty. Heaps of salad to go as well, would have preferred if the lettuce was not sliced but served as leaves but that was ok by me.

The Thai burger was tasty and gave your tastebuds a workout. You could actually taste the lemongrass, smell the coriander. And to the wife's amazement, there was no porky smell. It could be because the lemongrass was overpowering everything but even when she was eating it, she stated that the pork taste was not overwhelming.

But wait! They forgot my side order of chips. Caught a server's attention easily, indicated that my side order of chips is missing, wait 2 minutes (tops!) and she reappeared with said chips. Sigh! If more places could take hints for Delicious Fingers and what customer service means, I would be a very happy diner. Of course we had to fight off the young master as he was trying to hoard his chips and partake of our chips as well.

After having packed everything away, the boss declared this is one of the better cafe/eating place that she has visited and is already making plans for our next visit. As for myself, I am not going that far. I am just studying the menu and planning my next burger to order.

I love this place! Great friendly staff And yummy food! They are never too busy - like blend next door and they are much much better! Always a great place to go for Sunday brekky :)

Yummy. Went there for breakfast with my family for a mid week treat . The French toast and hash browns were really good. Huge servings which could easily feed two if you're a small breakfast eater like me. Their hollandaise sauce convert Ed my 6 year old who declared that poached eggs are now his favorite way to eat eggs. Good, friendly service. Want to go back for their burgers.

10/10 Rating. Egyptian Burger – was to die for! I thoroughly enjoyed every bite and seriously didn’t want the burger to end. Having said that though I was very full and content! The flavors in my burger were fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend Delicious Fingers for lunch. The staffs were very efficient, friendly and accommodating. My friends had the Thai burger & Indian burger and they too enjoyed every bite.
Coffee was also lovely. Give it a go you won’t be disappointed.

So friendly!. It's rare that you walk into a cafe and have EVERY SINGLE staff member be so friendly, happy and sincere!
It's not a hit and miss like some places in the area! It's a hit every time! Anyone looking for the most down to earth cafe in the west, it's a must!

Delicious!!!!. Using a shop-a-docket special my friend and I tried this place for a week day lunch - we were able to sit outside (which suited our dog perfectly too). I had the tantalising Thai burger - pork & vermicelli noodle paddy was amazing but the best part was the flat bread/roti style 'bun' - great idea because sometimes bread gets boring. My best friend had the Mexican maniac - it was like a Mexican explosion in my mouth!!!! And again the tortilla 'bun' made a brilliant change.
Prices = fantastic, all around the $13 mark. Rustic style chips = delicious too (how many times have I used that word?).
Definitely coming back, I wish they were open for dinners!

Favorite local lunch place. Have been here twice, food and service great both visits. Thai, Indian and Italian burgers tried by our party, met with approval by all! Planning to go back for morning tea, the cakes look good. Great local eatery.

Ordered a delicious bacon and egg burger and a vanilla milkshake, satisfied every craving! Very reasonably priced and loved sitting outside in the sun. Will definitely go back!

Weekend favourite!. We often go to delicious fingers for brekky or lunch on the weekends. The staff are lovely and so helpful - we always feel very welcome. The food is always great and delivered quickly, which is why this is a reliable fave of ours. The muffins are delicious - if you ask they grill the savoury muffins which you can have with butter, yum yum. Grab a weekend paper at the shop nearby and it's easy to spend an hour relaxing here.

Delicious of course. Like it's name sake, every bit of this cafe is perfect, the feel, the service, the surroundings, the menu, and the people you bump into! Highly recommend DF as a place for a burger meal and the place to catch up with girlfriends over a cuppa and muffin.

Not bad food but not great. Friendly service and fair prices.

Always Delicious. At first, I was intrigued by the name; but now, as a regular, my friend and I enjoy a coffee and muffin at DF.
If you are looking for great coffee, friendly and efficient service and an impressive range of home cooked food made with quality ingredients, then make your way to Delicious Fingers.
Claudia and Gary and their welcoming staff will make sure that you will always enjoy your cafe dining experience. Nothing is too much trouble, and soon you too will become a regular.

Good food. Been there a few times now and have yet to be disappointed. Staff friendly and service good, I wish they would do a traditional burger though - they are all themed.

BURGERLICIUOS. I recently had to decide between to little cafes near my mother in laws house. I went with Delicious Fingers, and what a great choice I made. Its a small cafe with a great feel. The staff were welcoming, and very friendly. The food was amazing, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and amount of food we received. I would suggest this cafe for anyone who is in for a wowing of your taste buds burger. I had the Mexican, which is only one of the amazing, many burgers they had to offer.

Wouldn't come back. Burgers were ok but not the best around, a good idea in theory. Chips were horribly overcooked and milkshakes were terrible and bland.

Deliciously fresh fig & walnut muffin and yummy hot spiced chai latte! great arvo tea thanks!
