Review Bellezza Pizza - Menai

Very poor customer service, ordered food through menulog and it never arrived, called to see if driving was safe in the rain and they then let me know he could not make it. Owner was extremely rude and told me I could not get a refund as it was not his problem the roads were closed. As a restaurant manager myself I am ashamed of the way this was handled by him. Said he called but no missed calls on my phone. Hopefully they don't do this to any other customers tonight. No food and $70.00 gone.

Such a great family run business. All of the food is amazing. I highly recommend the pizza!! Do yourself a favour and order some great food from these local legends!!!

Been going to Bellezza Pizza since 2000. Such a great family-run business, All of the food is delicious, and I highly recommend Take out or Dine in. Keep up the great work guys.

Pizzas were delicious and different style from the norm. Hand made bases and woodfired. Reasonable prices. Pizzas were also delivered exactly when I asked. Can't complain. Will be returning to this store.

I have been a regular customer at this fine establishment since its inception over 10 years ago. Best pizzas in the world. Pure class. Years of dedication set Lu, Trish and the team apart from all the rest. The meals are always delicious and served in a warm and prompt manner. The staff are friendly, meticulous and have a great passion for excellent customer service and fine Italian cuisine. I wouldn't dare eat pizza anywhere else in Sydney. L

I love Bellezza Pizza. Great food and staff are wonderful. I am looking very forward to going back to celebrate my special birthday in September.

Noisy and dont sit on the seat that looks straight into the ladys toilet.
