Extremely bad attitude every single time, never again. Hope this team realizes one day that kindness costs nothing & a simple “hello” won’t hurt you! Got slammed all coz I missed the sign to order inside, the staff won’t look up at you once to say order inside, but who reads signs before they’ve had their coffees guys !!! Change the POSITION of that sign , put it at the door , not the counter Outside where it looks like you meant to place orders. Never again .

Six Shooters deliver great coffee every time. They are always busy and I’ve never had any issues with staff. Great team. Fabulous coffee.

I’m in Menai for work once a month and the best part of the workday is coffee from this place! I actually get excited when I’m coming out this way

Been going there off ‘n on for a few years. Sometimes, occasionally, there’s a different barista and the brew could be a little smoother. Sometimes there’s a bit of a queue, probably because people like the coffee. (The Sunday morning egg ‘n bacon rolls are mmmm.) Can’t say I’ve ever seen rudeness or arrogance.

Worst experience and the owner is so rude and arrogant. He deserves no customers. 7-Eleven coffee is way better than his coffee. He needs to learn how to make coffee and present good customer service.

Ordered a coffee, with my mask on. Was rudely yelled at by owner “get into the line and get your vac pass out”. I politely apologised and said, “sorry I forgot my phone. But I’ll sign anything you need”. Was yelled at by the owner for being rude, despite being apologetic and polite at all times . Other persons waiting supported my stance, First and last time I will attend this cafe . The coffee was too hurt/burned. Resulting in a poor tasting coffee. Cup burns your hand Owner eventually apologised . But the coffee just isn’t up to standard . Go to the cafe next door (steam broth) . Coffee is is perfect next door in rigged burn free cups . Looks all flashy, but all flash, no pump!!!! STAY AWAY . The coffee quality alone is a good enough reason , let alone the rude management

Best coffee in Menai that I've tried tried so far. Friendly staff, accommodating for children, open early when you need a good coffee. Just a bit hidden in location. Find it! It's worth it.
