Review Jamaica Blue, Menai - Menai

Upon entering we were warmly greeted by yhe lady behind the counter. We ordered two large cappuccinos and I enjoyed mine. 😀 They were delivered swiftly. The place was busy and had a happy vibe.

Coffee was fantastic however food not so bright ! Would of been a keeper if food was up to standards!

Had to wait 35 minutes to be served after I was told To sit anywhere. Still I wasn’t served due to the waiter and the owner engaging in banter and humour. I suggest paying more attention to your customers and maybe your cafe would See people lining up on days other than when everywhere else’s closed. Terrible service and wouldn’t recommend this. Vostro is 5 stars compared to this and it has outdoor seating too as well as having your order taken.

ordered the bacon and egg chipotle roll and was extremely disappointed after waiting almost an hour for the meal to arrive - burnt and rock-solid bacon that was inedible and a sickly undercooked egg accompanied by what tasted like tomato sauce and not chipotle. never coming here again, service was mediocre with a lot of confusion about our order and where it was.

Worse service ever. You will be waiting over 45 minutes for food. I have ordered 2 eggs Benedicts and 2 slices of toast with peanut butter and the cafe wasn't even half full. Ended up getting a refund. Avoid this place

What a great place to unwind for a great coffee. Jodi the manager greets you like an old friend and all the staff welcome you. Food is great along with pleasant ambiance. Try it I am sure you will enjoy the experience.

Drop in for our regular cuppacino's this morning. We are sitting in the food court area so bo sugar or napkins on the tables. Coffees come no suger or napkins included. Go to ask for sweeteners and informed they are 'out'. Absolutely no idea about service and service levels. Also my cup was chipped. Very 2nd rate experience and will avoid moving forward..

Been to Jamaica Blue Menai numerous times and the quality of service, food and beverages continues to decline. The big breakfast today contained soggy toast, rubbery Halloumi and watery eggs. The coffee was still above average, but I don't think I will waste my money eating there again.
