When they call this a kiosk, do not expect anything more than a kiosk - but with added bonuses - seating and a great view, as well as spotless toilets a little bit further over. Very well organised.
We found a seat at the front (limited seating) and had the best egg and bacon rolls that we had for a long time. Those rolls! Yum! Really good coffee.

Amazing coffee and breakfast! Subtitute common milk unto soy milk, and they have the best latte in town! Also the egg and bacon was very good! Super love and will coming back
Phenomenal. Not only are you treated to a wonderful view (good or bad weather), the food is just as good. Egg and bacon roll is plentiful without going overboard, roll that it's on keeps in all the juices without being hard / tough to bite into. French toast was just as good, sweet in a way that can be removed if necessary. Need to visit here if you're in the area - best in the area by far.
Delicious breakfast perfectly made with fresh ingredients, great service and beautiful location by the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Not only is there good coffee here, the view on most clear days is amazing.

Loved this little cafe set on a hill above the beach just past Rotary Park. It has a lovely view of the beach, and friendly staff and locals make the vibe really nice. I had the summer sunset toast with beetroot, goats cheese, dukkah, sprouts and a fried egg. It was nice and light, and tasted super fresh, perfect beach breakfast.
Nice little 'container' cafe over looking Bar Beach. Cruise attitude and atmosphere. Good coffee and homemade muffins, banana bread etc. Ideal after a swim or a walk.

Patience is required, as there is no rush. And no need too with the view.
Beautiful place with a pleasing menu and amazing views. The coffee was good as well as the delicious and appropriately priced food. Very efficient service which is surprising in the environment the staff are working in. The only negative, was the lack of tables with a view. It can get extremely competitive and uncomfortable when everyones trying to get a seat and thats why I'd advice an early morning visit. I would highly recommend!
Lovely little place just outside of the main Street area. We walked from the heart of merimbula which was about a 30 min hike through the costal forest. You could also walk along the streets which would be much easier ! Good options for food, although sadly no avocado choice anymore. Coffee was great and the views are fabulous
Fantastic location with amazing views. Simple menu and suitably priced. Couldn't go past a delicious orange cake with a tasty cuppa. Sit on the veranda and watch the surfers on the waves. Friendly staff and the complimentary suncream is a nice touch

Easily the best coffee in Merimbula. Plus a view. Plus great breakfast and lunch options. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
I feel sorry for every other cafe in the area. This place wins hands down on location, coffee and food. My wife and I are from Melbourne, and this place would out do some of the best from there.

Brunch with a side of a gorgeous view! If you happen to be stopping by Merimbula in NSW, make this place a stop over as they have the most delicious coffee and breaky!
We had their summertime toast which was topped with beetroot hummus, alfalfa sprouts and feta, the serving was huge too!
It was so good that we came back the next day for another coffee and some carrot cake which is a must!
Service was super friendly and welcoming and I can’t wait to visit again when I’m back! If I was local I’d absolutely be here every second day 🌿

I had the Pumpkin Pesto Toastie, she had the Summertime Toast, washed down with an almond latte that was better than a dedicated coffee shop.
Toastie & Coffee were the stars of the day (besides the view over Merimbula of course)

An easy walk from town for an early morning breakfast. Menu is varied and interesting. Food (muesli and egg and bacon roll) and coffee were excellent. View is very relaxing but amazing. Service was good and relaxed. I imagine that this place gets very busy in the summer season.
Making use of the picturesque boatshed and jetty, and in a sublime seaside setting, enjoy a good coffee and maybe a sweet treat. Not to be missed
No better way to relax into a lazy Sunday than by gearing up with coffee at Bar Beach Kiosk. Great views across my summertime toast towards Pambula and Merimbula Beach.
Coffee was good, the view and the atmosphere was stunning! Just be prepared for a wait for your coffee.
Picked this place on Google recommendations and we were not disappointed. The view back over Bar Beach was fabulous! Staff were very friendly having a ball dancing along to the music whilst churning out coffee.
This place does get busy. We waited around 25 minutes for our coffee. There are some tables located at the front of the shop but you would have to be lucky to get one. Car parks likewise.
That said, definitely worth checking out. Perhaps just follow my lead and double park in the coffee to avoid the wait for a second one!
Nice egg and bacon roll on the wild ryes turkish roll. Just melted in your mouth. Coffee was also nice and hot. Staff were very friendly and made the experience even better. The views, spectacular on sunny autumn 20 degree day. A must go to place when visiting Merimbula.
