Review Mormors - Merimbula

Great little spot in town. Lovely staff. Nice coffee just a bit mix up orders when busy. Cakes was lovely. Reservation recommended. Plenty of parking around and you can visit shops after the coffee as it’s in the middle of the arcade.

Had to go twice, it was that good. Brekkie burrito, egg and bacon rolls and zucchini fritters are all amazing. The berry smoothie blew us away (seriously, you won't expect it). Staff were so lovely and super accommodating to dietary needs (egg and dairy free for toddler). Portions on burrito and rolls were a tad small for the price, fritters dish was the perfect size. Coffee was good!!

Food and coffee were delicious. Both came out super quickly. But the staff… well one in particular. The first fella that sat us was great and super attentive, great customer service from him. However, the lady that I would assume was the manager was not so pleasant. We were seated during a busier time of the morning and all that was left was a bigger table. No issues. My partner and I were happily sitting side by side enjoying our breaky date when the manger abruptly came up and demanded one of us move to the other side of the table so they can seat people on the same table as us. No asking us if that was okay or even asking in a polite manner. We didn’t even get a chance to speak before she moved on. We then witnessed her ‘going off’ loud enough for us to hear her from outside at the fella that sat us telling him he shouldn’t have done that and if we weren’t willing to have others on the table he should have told us to wait for a smaller table…. Breakfast ruined.

We’re on holidays and we googles for some places for great coffee and found this place. They were busy but we were made to feel welcome. We grabbed a table inside. Ordering was easy by scanning a QR code. A place I would recommend to others.

Had the BLT was very popular cafe with really good food. Friendly staff.

Had the most wonderful breakfast at MorMors! My partner and I had two new menu items: The Vegetarian omelette and Green Hommus on toast. Both were delicious! Don’t pass up on the opportunity to eat some yummy food accompanied by excellent service.

Lovely setting with outside seating. (Our Jazzi dog was made welcome). Very accomodating of our dietary needs and satay curry was delicious!! Thank you for a delicious lunch

My new go to café at Merimbula. Staff very friendly & helpful. Coffee delish. Food awesome. Great position. When I find a Great café that has it all stick to it. Made my holiday so much better to find this place. I’m a fussy foodie. Thank you 🙏

Modern 'skandi' refit with flourishes reserved for inspirational presentation of great food. In a word, nydelig !
