The first thing I noticed was how friendly and helpful the staff were then I ordered the kale pacheh(Lamb head)and OMG that was absolutely fabulous. The best I've ever had.All of us loved our meals .can't wait to return.Service was wonderful.Highly recommended to everyone.
Good service, great serving size, reasonable pricing and very tasty food. Chef definitely knows what he's doing. We had the Zershek pulao with chicken and an eggplant appetizer kashke badamjan. Highly recommended for Persian food!
friendly staff, amazing food and really fair prices for what they provide 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 I would definityly recomand this place.
I tasted foods of lots of restaurants like 100+ (in the middle east itself), but few meet the enjoyments of taste standards of this one... So I definitely recommend this Restaurant for lunch or dinner.
The prices are OK,
But The Staff are gorgeous & generous :), but most of all great experience !
The space is very small, so it is not great for groups of more than 8 people.
Overall this is one of my favorite Dinner and take a way places. So I will be coming back almost every week! and you should.
Make sure to try their amazing Saffron Special Dish!

Saffron is located in a nondescript row of shops just a few minutes walk from the train station. However don't be fooled by its plain exterior, there is delicious Persian food to be found inside. The four of us shared the Saffron Special Kebab, a large platter of fluffy rice cooked with butter and barberries with grilled skewers of chicken, lamb backstrap (barg) and lamb mince (koobideh). We also ordered the shirazi, a simple cucumber salad with dried mint and the kashke bademjan, a smoky eggplant and whey dip. Everything was terrific and we hoovered up the food. Even the complimentary flat bread for the dips was so tasty. The lady who served us was very helpful and warm. Great spot, would recommend to anyone looking for an introduction to Persian food.

With the logo and menu design both based upon the lilac saffron crocus, it should be immediately apparent that Saffron is a Persian restaurant.Saffron is made from the dried stigmas of these pretty saffron crocuses, and employed in a variety of ways in Persian cuisine. The most obvious is in the golden hued Persian saffron rice, which you’ll find served with a chicken kebab that has the same telltale hue, in a dish called Joje Kebab ($12). Koobideh Kebab ($11) gives you the same long grained, aromatic rice with two lamb mince skewers. This restaurant is owned and run by Miriam, and her three sisters.
