I have had the most considerate, caring staff members who ever existed working at this hotel. ESPECIALLY MEL and Peter The manager who took out of her time after she had finished her shift to go look for my lost property (which was my fault btw) and returned it to me promptly.

The new assistant manager is quite rude to patrons. I have no complaints though. Stopped going and losing on poker machines. Very grateful.
Assistant manager Mel is an absolute gem could not ask for a better bartender and manager. Also the other ladies who work here honestly this place wouldn't survive they deserve a pay rise they put up with a lot they are all wonderful woman
The restaurant has great meals at a very reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and will allow you to mix and match meals if requested. Would recommend anyone to give them a go.

Well it's changed a lot & for the better. Pokies pay above fair, great food. All the staff seem to be always happy & helpful.
