Review Enrico's Osteria - Merrylands

I specifically ordered “only midwing” because I don’t like this part. BUT THEY GIVE ME THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT I ORDERED. IS THIS MID WING FOR YOU???? I am a regular customer and I’m so upset. How come this one became a mid wing part of the chicken.

Been a regular late nighter here before when was Broasters. Always does the trick late night munches, especially when you need something hot other than Maccas, bugers etc. Always prepared freshly and served hot. Pricing not to bad also they have mean chicken burgers and wraps. Outdoor seating area also. Think they close like 3-4 am. Good place to drop by and enjoy fresh fried chicken. Best chicken in Sydney. We keep coming back for the chicken here. And the customer service is always amazing. The young lady behind the counter was an absolute delight. Great customer service. Worth the wait!! Keep it up guys!!

This place is one best places to go if you want fried crispy chicken. We actually found this place by accident about a year ago and have kept coming back. They have both original and spicy flavors. They have cracker wings, crispy chicken strips and burgers. You have totry this place out if you are in Merrylands

Uber driver delivered my order to wrong address! After many attempts of trying to call the driver and Extra crispy restaurant (there was no signal at all!) my partner went to this place to report that issue. After having an argument with one of the staff members he was told he was getting our original order and extra 5 pieces of chicken on top of that because of what happened. Instead he received only 4 pieces while original order was for 5 pieces! The worst experience ever. That was the last time we have ordered anything from this place!

10 mins wait to order then 45 mins to get your order. I don’t mind waiting 10-15 mins as they cook when you order and your food is always upto the mark, hot and fresh but the wait is ridiculous. No one want to wait 45 mins in the cold. Their top priority is Uber-eats then other customers.

Had a worst customer service experience. The owner was so rude and asked us never to return. Why? Because I told him very politely that i've had several experiences where order is not prepared on time. Wait time is huge for a small order. Even if you order on phone, you still have to come and stand for long. Also, several times that order was incorrectly placed in bags with items missing. At Other times, the order placed on phone is different than what is charged at counter. Now, you might be wondering as to why I've had several experiences? Because, I liked their chicken, that's what I told the owner that food is decent but you need to improve on customer service. He was getting argumentative. To end on a polite note, I then wished him well that may Allah bless you and your business and advised that I need to go. The last words from the owner were a shocker, he rudely said that me and my family are never welcome again. I said ok, wished him peace (Islamic greetings) and ended the call. So yes, we will never go back again. I don't wish bad for anyone but I have to leave this feedback, it is not just better for business but for the wider community too.

I'm really sorry for this owner, embarrassing with this food,It was poooor protein. I never ever come back to this shop.👎👎👎👎
