Seafood chowder was the best I've ever had and location was spot on i highly recommend it !!!!
I found the hotel and staff fantastic ,had a lovely meal out side as we had our dog with us, great view, very relaxing
Cant think of a better place to enjoy a pint of Guinness (yes they have it on tap) sitting in the sunshine by the water.

Had a fabulous day..boarded Peels Seabird at Lakes Entrance for Dads 80th Birthday... Family and Friends...All aboard we cruised up the lake to Metung Hotel for Lunch... The food was great..the service was great, (thanks Michelle Maitre'd) everyone enjoyed themselves... back on the boat for the return trip...Thoroughly recommend this trip with lunch included at the Metung Hotel.. Very pleasant cruise and very pleasant views and a great venue.
Great vibe and views of the lovely lake. A laid back pub with big meals. You'll pay 27-30 bucks a meal so not the cheapest but also not as pricey as other places and the portions could feed a few people. Try the flounder it's a amazing π
Wow! What a beautiful spot. Enjoyed a lovely drink (or 10), then returned for dinner, very busy, but service was great! Meals were delicious! We'll be back π
Great pub, loved the location. Menu was nice. Outdoor dining was the key for us as it was great day, intended to stay for a drink only but it was so nice we stayed for dinner.
Friendly popular hotel overlooking the boats and nice view. Good service, great food but very busy when we visited, turning people away, so good to book. Recommended.
Brilliant view, friendly staff and great food. All I could say is that the Calamari could be cooked a bit more.

fabulous view looking out at the boats. Had a great meal at the pub. Seafood platter for one was delicious as was the steak. Kids meals were as expected. Shared a few entrees which were also nice. Pricing on par with all places we visited in the region however quality was the best at Metung.
