Review Blk.mlk Specialty Coffee - Mildura

Absolute gem of a cafe. Excellent service. Excellent coffee. Excellent food. This cafe could be mistaken for the very best in Sydney. Easily 5 stars! The Happy coffee was wow. Perfectly balanced though it had essentially double ristrettos. Was spot on for the long drive back home!

Had the apple crumble waffle and batch brew. Coffee from 5 senses was good as always. Good portion size and great flavours but the muesli crumble could have been broken up into smaller prices so that it could have been enjoyed with more bites. It was quite hard to break up in the bowl and so less bites had a combination of all the elements in the dish. The slices of fresh apple were a good choice to help freshen the dish and add a pop of colour.

The! place to stop and enjoy a proper coffee and some amazing food in Mildura. We stopped in on the way from Adelaide and where lucky enough to experience the best of what any cafe could offer. Best of all, Friendly service, a great energy place to be. Google should allow extra stars for places that go over and above.

Had some great coffee, decent sized mugs! The smashed avos brekky was nice with the feta and I snuck in a potato rosti too. Simple menu but everything seemed to be done well.

Limited lockdown menu but plenty available still. Coffee was excellent. I had the smashing avos and it was delicious. The only disappointment was there was only 1 piece of bread and, even though it was a large piece, it ran out before the rest. It was a generous sized breakfast. It was all fresh and local. Staff were very friendly and sweet. I will definitely be going back.

Have been here a few times to work out of this cafe and had a great experience each time. They have a table that's near a powerpoint that you can set up at and they have great vegan options on the menu! Highly recommend the hot chocolate too!

Not sure why the ratings for this place are so high based on the food and coffee. We had the bacon and egg rolls which were bland in flavour and the bread was so doughy and dry it was terrible. The coffee was classics “scences”, chocolate, mellow and totally weak and just warm. Very average. The only redeeming thing about the place was the lovely staff.

Disappointed to discover far less choice on a new menu that hadn't been updated on the cafes own social page based on which we decided to visit. And... a couple of dishes that were still available given a 30% price hike. Recognising cost increases, these still seemed very steep. On a positive the Lamb in pita was a tasty dish but couldn't recommend the others.

After a super long 7 hour drive from melbourne all my partner && I wanted was good vegan food! Coffee was amazing, while the menu was not vegan soecific the super friendly && accomodating staff made it super easy to create vegan options for us. If I am ever in Mildura again, I will 100000% be back! Also the vegan Foerro Rocher slice was amazing

Love this cafe, the staff are so welcoming and its just a wonderful experience from the time you walk in the door. Cant fault the food, its delicious and the menu is fantastic with lots of variety. It will become our regular breakfast place I'm sure.

Although the place is always packed, I wasn't informed of the additional waiting times, and got my breakfast, smashed avocado, after 50 min, and having to finally ask from the counter if it's even in the making. Food was cold, but tasty nevertheless. Partner got a cheeseburger, which looked great, but was terribly overcooked. Maybe got in on a bad day, as most reviews suggest it's a wonderful place.

It is always a pure joy to come to blk.mlk. The food is nothing short of incredible and the staff are always so welcoming and kind. Thank you for providing such a lovely environment in which to sit and enjoy life! ☺️

My partner and I just had the most amazing breakfast here! Food was fresh and delicious and the coffee was amazing! The staff are super friendly and helpful and can easily help you with Vegan options! Best breakfast I've ever had out!! Would definitely recommend!

Yum! Absolutely delicious food, excellent service and well priced. So happy to be able to get gluten free healthy options, loved the Caveman bowl, seriously those were the best ever kale chips. Friends had burgers and said they were amazing and my partner was very impressed with his coffee. My almond milk chai, absolutely amazing, and all well presented. The only downside, I was only in Mildura for the day. If I'm ever in Mildura again I'll definitely be eating at Blk. Mlk again. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience to break up our ridiculously long road trip back to QLD.

Went there for breakfast before leaving for Melbourne, would definitely recommend, the cold brew coffee � was amazing ��, the food was delicious � and really good customer service � Definitely coming back next time in Mildura

Only in Mildura for one night, I was recommended this place by two different people. This place is superb - the staff, the atmosphere, the coconut latte, the Smashed avo with eggs - everything was excellent! A little loud, but what do you expect from a place that's buzzing with life! Thanks guys, see you again soon!

I love Blk Mlk for their coffee as it is consistent every single time I am there (which is daily). As a Vegan they are very accommodating and even more so lately as they are doing different things. I <3 the staff even tho some of them are a bit odd and sooo chatty. Wouldn't start my morning anywhere else guys, keep up the great work!

I’ve enjoyed every meal/ coffee I’ve had in this place. Staff are also great. Good service.

Service was great. Went for the crispy pork noodle salad. It was a bit meh. The pork wasn’t how I expected, it was more like cold pulled strips of pork and wasn’t crispy as in crackling crispy or pork belly crispy. Salad was pickled veggies which I think were overpowering in pickledness for the taste. Better to have a Vietnamese slaw with it. Mocha was good. I really loved this place and would go back but meal underwhelmed.

Great coffee, friendly staff and a cosy spot along one of the main roads in Mildura. Heaps of great breakfast and lunch options. I had the chilli scrambled eggs which was delicious.
