Absolutely delicious! Came here on a Saturday night and they were really busy. Luckily we didn’t have to wait too long for a seat! We had the strawberries and chocolate crepe, which chocolate raspberry crepe and a honey waffle from the specials board. The waffle was our favourite for the night! It had just the right amount of sweetness in it! I highly recommend it!
Visited last night to try out some of the new limited time winter offerings - sadly the pumpkin spice latte and ollie bollen weren't available but I had the bounty hot chocolate which was delicious, as well as the special cinnamon waffle sandwich. The waffle sandwich was fantastic - the waiter described it as a cinnamon doughnut, but in waffle form and this was spot on. There was lovely cinnamon icecream sandwiched between two fluffy, light waffles dusted with cinnamon sugar, topped with whipped cream. Fantastic.
Might have to visit again to try the pumpkin spice latte and ollie bollen!
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Always a winner, nom nom nom. Have recommended this place to friends on several occasions. I'm definitely coming back again and again and again
Highly recommend this place, carmalise pair crapes was so tasty with with the chai whipped cream and vanilla ice cream was a great combination to top it off. I also really liked the Chai latte it was to die for.
Service is very good. During busy times there can be a long wait for food but it's well worth it. The crepe Suzette is my favorite, not a big fan of the waffles. People seem to order the chocolate milk shake a fair bit - will try this some day!
Creperie Bruxelles is owned by the family that runs the famous Adelaide poffertjes stand. After many years of trading at the Royal Adelaide Show, The Fringe and many other various special events around Adelaide they now have a permanent store in Mile End. They specialise in desserts and have a wide range of flavoured crepes, waffles and poffertjes. The place is decorated in an old fashioned style reminiscent of a milk bar with lots of photos showcasing their family history.
Slight mix up with our reservation but the staff and the owner showed incredible remorse for the mistake - gave our desserts for free, which was phenomenal kindness with such a large group, and very uncommon in this day and age! Service was perfect and the desserts were all delicious. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends. Will definitely be spreading the word about this place to our friends and family.
Creperie Bruxelles is a great place to go for a late night sweet treat. We often call last minute to check if there are tables available so we can pop in and get our sweet treat fix. At times it can be noisy inside but don't let that put you off. The golden gaytime special was delicious. I'm yet to try any savoury options but will do so on our next visit.
This is a cute little dessert place in the western suburbs, not far from the city. The crepes and waffles are very good, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It was very loud there tonight, but I haven't had that problem in the past. It's usually a great spot for a quiet chat over dessert.
You won't find anything else like this in Adelaide. The food is amazing. Staff are amazing. Everything is amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Proffertjes are a must.
We luckily booked and got our table straight away when we arrived. There was a line up of people waiting for a table when we had arrived. So definitely would advise to book beforehand. The restaurant although bigger than your usual dessert place, has a warmth and homely feel. The wait staff were all very polite, and were obviously very busy and rushed, but still were able to take time to explain items on the menu.
The menu is made up of mainly crepes, Brussel waffles, and poffetjres. There are also some savoury crepes, but that wasn't what we were there for. I'm very much a liege waffle fan, and don't really like the Brussel waffles. However, my friend really did enjoy her strawberry and chocolate waffle. Similarly, in the group most people did seem to enjoy their orders. I had the poffetjres with rum butter. They were like little mini pancakes. I thought they were decent but nothing special.
A nice dessert spot, not amazing, but does a decent job.
Delicious vegan options.. House made vegan caramel sauce and cream is amazing! The bar area opens the whole restaurant up and makes it more enjoyable. Favourite dessert place ever!
Yummmmm. This hidden gem is to die for!! Make sure you book also as it gets very busy. Service is fantastic also. Keep up the good work everyone
An elegant surprise. Set in a group of shops I usually just drive past without noticing much, this place came as a surprise.
Interesting decor, friendly, helpful service, nice food and reasonable prixes. Gkuten free and vegetarian options if that's your thing.
We had sweet and savoury crepes and both were excellent.
Could very easily become a favourite place to go late agt night.
Creperie Bruxelles is one of Adelaide's best kept secrets, and one of my favourite places to get a good dessert and have a nice chat with friends. The waffles are delicious and buttery - some of the best in Adelaide. Most of the desserts are around the $12 mark and also very filling. The servers are very friendly, the wait is pretty quick and there's a warm and cosy atmosphere. Get a plate of Poffertjes with Rum Butter to share along with your desserts and/or coffee. They're gorgeous! I highly recommend this place!
One happy vegan. I can't recommend this place highly enough if you are a vegan in search of a delicious brunch or dessert. Unlike other cafes I've visited, their vegan options are not a sad, neglected afterthought annexed to the main menu. Each dish I've tried has been equal in quality to the non-vegan options. Friendly service and lovely decor too that's full of character. Highly recommended!
Best Crepes I've Ever Had. I'm from Melbourne and have had crepes from all different places. These were by far the best crepes I've ever had. I ate the strawberry and chocolate crepes and it couldn't have tasted any better. Perfect size serving! The customer service was beyond great. Everyone was so well mannered. Will definitely be back next summer when I'm back in Adelaide!
Hidden Gem. Had a group of 12 for brunch.
Fabulous food and service.
Nice atmosphere and well priced.
Look forward to going back!
Best waffles I've ever had! Even tops the ones I had in Paris! I went to the Creperie last night and had the strawberry and chocolate waffle #devine. The place is very worldy cute with lovely service also.
Great find. My partner and I were going for a walk down Henley Beach rd and wandered in here out of the blue as we needed a coffee . Ended up getting coffee and a crepe (can't remember what it was called my partner ordered, but it had some kind of apple or pear and nuts). Coffee was amazing - some of the best I've had in Adelaide which was a nice surprise. Crepes were really nice too, and not too expensive. Service was quick and friendly. Will definitely be coming back to this little gem.
Unexpectedly good coffee!
Happy times. After our first visit to Creperie Bruxeles we were quite happy with the friendly service and the plating of the desserts looked as good as it tasted. Myself and partner went back since they finished their renovations and i must say the raspberry and white chocolate waffles tasted so good, highly recommended. As usual their service was friendly and cant wait to return to try the apple crumble crepes. See you guys soon :)
Thoroughly enjoy these little gems found all over Adelaide. I must admit I am a crepe nazi and always have the with Nutella and a glass of milk haha! They provided me with home made hazelnut spread and a big glass of cold milk. :D very happy customer. Also, the ambient is gorgeous. Take your granny there!
Yummm!!! The apple crumble crepes are to die for!!! I hope they stay on the menu.... What a great little place. Love the decor, the ambiance and such friendly service. Love everything!!! Happy days :)
Little piece of crepe heaven. Amazing service by freindly people. relaxing atmosphere. beautifully presented meals with amazing flavour both with the desert and savoury crepes. Ollie Bollen is my favourite of all.
Beautifully set up interior, excellent & friendly service and simply amazing delicious crepes!! Wish there was a store in Melbourne. So many things to try on the menu and not enough time. Good job guys!
Best crepes we'e had.. We missed Creperie Bruxelles while in Europe and now realise how spoiled we are to have such superb quality crepes in Adelaide. Love the banana and salted caramel crepes so much I order them nearly every time we go, but recently tried the apple crumble crepes which were delicious! You can also get the yummy Dutch treats poffertjes and oliebollen. Home-made lemonade and peach iced tea are fantastic and am looking forward to trying the new alcoholic smoothies. The antique decor and hand painted poster murals give the place a sweet vintage feel. Definitely recommend.

This place is amazing! I have just spent 3 months in europe and the crepes here are just as good if not better. Try the salted caramel banana crepes.
After staying away for a while (having to wait for my food to come out well after my partner had finished hers, on three occasions, each time the staff blaming each other and arguing in front of us) I decided to give CB another go. As always, the desserts and coffee were great and now the staff seem to be working better - maybe I just had a bad run for a while! I'm glad as it's such a cute cafe and they sure know how to make good crepes!
Absolutely LOVE this place!! The staff are always friendly and helpful and the crepes, delicious!! Make sure you book!
LOVED IT huge dessert fan and fantastic to see a family owned business doing so well. Lovely decor incorporating Adelaide's history just out of the city. Staff are friendly and proud of their families history so it makes you feel a part of it as well. Food was tasty and surprisingly filling with colourful decoration. Loved the coffee and T-Bar!! Highly recommended !
This cute crepe place is nicely tucked away on Mile End just outside the city boundaries and has its humble beginnings from being a store in The Show. We came here on a late Saturday arvo & was famished from not having anything to eat prior (more room for dessert!). We first ordered some savoury crepes in the form of their salmon cromlette and big brunch crepe. Both were well done, albeit small serving with good flavour combinations. Personally I like the smoked salmon with the generous servings of cream cheese. After downing these down we let our tummies settle before moving on to the purpose of our visit...dessert. We tried thier famous Poached pear crepe with chai cream which was really good. Absolutely loved their crepe which was thin, fluffy & I could very well have it on its own. We also tried their banana caramel waffle which was also delicious. Their waffle is lighter than most traditional ones but still has that bit of crunch in it. Overall, I'd recommend this crepe place more than any others I've tried in Adelaide thus far. Be warned though service was abit poor, might be because it was after the brunchtime rush but the waiters weren't always present. Still, worth a try! :)
I loved our first visit last Sunday, this place has a real charm to it, just what the area needed. We had strawberry waffles (literally the best waffle I have ever tasted!!!) and the strawberry chocolate crepes, coffees and hot chocolates were all made to perfection. Staff were friendly, my only suggestion would be Belgian chocolate rather than that choc sauce. Gorgeous little spot worth the visit. please extend the opening hours -I'd love a weekday brunch here :)
Great. Service was very good- friendly wait staff and we got seated quickly. Food was nice and good value! We ordered the pear and chai crepes and the banana chocolate waffles. Waffles were good but the pear crepes were definitely a stand out- very yummy! Serving sizes are quite large probably suitable for sharing if you're not too hungry. Space could be utilised a bit better related to layout of chairs etc but they have only opened recently so maybe this will change! We had to share a table with other diners but this didn't bother me and actually kind of added to the charm of the place. I also liked the interior design which involves a counter made out of the front of an old tram and a very old bicycle hanging on the wall. Overall, a nice relaxing and casual dining experience!
Slow but steady. Im not much of a dessert person so was disappointed they didnt have any savoury options - its certainly something they should consider, one is all they need. I had the pear crepes with chai cream and that was well done. While I understand that family businesses tend to be a bit less formal in training, I hope they get better with their service levels and hurry up! they may also need to work through their table configuration as they constantly were shufflinf people around to make room for others which is just disorganised and inconvenient for the diners. coffee was good and the chocolate waffles were decent. Im in no hurry to go back though.
I went here mid week and it was surprisingly busy considering there was not much else open near it. I had the choc strawberry crepes and a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was ordinary, and whilst I enjoyed the crepes they were nothing that I would rave about. Presentation was great for both and service was good although the restaurant could have done with a heater. It's worth trying if u are in the area but wouldn't go out of my way for it.
While they were very polite and accommodating to our having a few more people than we booked for. Unfortunately they made several mistakes with our orders and a few were late coming out. They were efficient and helpful in fixing these issues, but as one of these mistakes involved a food allergy it’s a bit of a problem. 2/5

I can't believe I have missed this cafe, even though I go down to Henley Beach Road quite often. I have heard about this cafe through word of mouth, and decided to go there today. This cafe is tucked away in between shops, but there is a sign at the front, so it's not hard to find at all.
After reading Playing House’s post and finding out Creperie Bruxelles are the same guys behind the Adelaide Famous Poffertjes stand which by the way I have been eating at since I was in high school – I needed to go badly. So what exactly is a poffertjes? Basically they are tiny dutch pancakes and you can get these babies served with cream, butter, lemon, rum butter, Bruxelles syrup and/or Cointreau syrup. For the indecisive souls – there is no limit on how many of these options you can get huzzah! Poffertjes $8.50 The soft, fluffy poffertjes were cooked to a crispy outer layer. Do not forget to squeeze the tangy lemon, pour the sweet popcorn Bruxelles syurp and dunk that little piece of heaven into the sweet thick cream as this is what really brings it all together. Each element by itself was perfect – I ate all the cream from the plate even when I finished the poffertjes and I could probably drink that Bruxelles syrup if my family wouldn’t disown me from the shame. Bruxelles Syrup
Best crepes around! I particularly like the strawberry crepes which comes with Belgian chocolate and fresh strawberries and ice cream. The service is attentive. On busy days you should expect a short wait for a table but it's worth it in my opinion. The prices are quite reasonable too!
Nice waffles. Do wish they'd use more creamy icecream as i don't rate golden north as fitting Belgian treats. The hot chocolate is the best!!!
The only place that does decent rum butter. All the foods and drinks are great!
Salted caramel drink <3
Love love loved it, beautifully presented, attention to detail exquisite and the food was delicious with lovely fresh ingredients 😍😍😍
I had the Hazelnut crepe with pear 😋
The waffles are mouth watering and reasonably priced. Service is always fast and friendly, even when busy. Almost every menu item can be made vegan, which I'm sure is appreciated by many.
Not the biggest fan of the decor but that's just my personal preference.
One of my favourite late night dessert spots in Adelaide!
Delicious crepes and good service. Would definitely go again!
This place proves if you have an excellent product, friendly service and maintain exceptional standards, people will keep coming back....no matter what the time. The desserts are beautiful and do justice to their vivid description. The coffee is equally great as is the hot chocolate. All this is served in a warm fun environment. It is quite simply my favourite dessert place.
