Well maintained and hygienic restaurant. The staff ate courteous. However on one occasion when there was some training, the supervisor didn't bother about waiting customers and I guess that's something they could work on. Other than that I have no issues and it's a nice place to be with ample parkin
Took my order promptly. I was the only one waiting. Watched chicken pieces get put back in the oil and cooked again after they were cold. Floors were filthy, slippery and greasy. I will never return to this particular Hungry Jack's. The young lady who served me was pleasant with a lovely smile. Eve
I ordered a hamburger with Uber, but only sent bread. It ruined my one-time lunch break.
Ordered via Apps, but just took them a while to prepare my order. All my friends ordered in store and way faster, I only get my order when they all have finished their meal.Also, missing some items in my order. Orange juice is too watery.
Totally stuffed up my order. My wife always insists on checking the order when you get it. I didn't bother, I get home and find I have a burger with 2 Patty's and no salad.

Staff very helpful but packing take away order a big zero. When I got home most of chips had fallen out of cartons, looked like all just thrown on top of burgers in boxes. Someone needs to look at packaging of food and train staff in packing takeaway.
Some of the staff weren't wearing their face masks properly. No one was wearing hairnets. Drive thru wasn't available so everyone had to walk in to order. The frozen meat was left out sitting in front of the flame grill burner with no one looking after it. The back staff weren't using tongs to grab
Last few occasions food was warm to cold with requested egg or bacon missing from breakfast Blat. Went back for missing item last week, this week couldn't be bothered. We won't be back.
