A place for a little indulgence or decadence, there are lots of things that tempt. I have tried some of the cakes previously & really liked the chocolate decadence. This time, I tried the chocolate pecan & chocolate raspberry brownies. Both were chocolatey & nice, but a little dry for a brownie. Not overly rich or sweet which can be a good thing. Hot chocolate is a must & I love the generous amount of chocolate provided to make it yourself. Staff are very friendly & helpful making it a lovely place to visit.
Vanilla milkshake was too sweet but the special mocha was great. The price was a little bit high but since the service was very nice so generally it was worthwhile. Very rare to be open at 5pm, really appreciate that.
Asked for a triple shot mocha in a small takeaway, and it was delicious - the comp Lindt truffle was pretty good too - would recommend. Hv always found it hard to get a good coffee/mocha but the flavours here were very good :) - still missing the caffeine hit I am used to tho :(
