Review Rubyniks - Miranda

Savannah W
Ordered the grilled chicken wrap, but there was hardly any chicken inside the wrap. It was basically a lettuce wrap with two tiny pieces of chicken. Also the wrap was not toasted, so it was really soggy from all the lettuce. If I really wanted to eat just a salad, I would of ordered one….. Even the chips served with the wrap needed to be fried a few more minutes to make them hot and crunchy.

Queue was long, place was packed on Sunday. I was trying to get lunch around 2 but I’m way too hungry to wait. At the end came right after 4 pm, just to buy piccolo to take away. Coffee was great, temperature was perfect, will definitely comeback for lunch if I’m visiting Miranda again.

Spectacular!! Any place where I don't have to be a staff member to get my food gets my vote. Great food, great service and a great place to sit and watch rest the legs.

I love Rubyniks! Fantastic and very friendly customer service every time! And delicious food every visit.

My partner and I dropped into Rubyniks for a quick bite. The waitress was very friendly and within a few minutes we had a lovely cup of tea. We also had a croissant with ham and cheese. It was yummy…. Great job guys on your service…

I have been to this cafe quite a few times in my life. I can say that the coffee was fantastic 👏 the coffee was strong, hot and bitter the way I like it ☕️ and I am super picky with my coffee! If it tasted like hell then I wouldn’t go back for more! Not a chance 😂 So yes if you’re looking for strong brewed coffee, then visit Rubyniks. They do serve good quality coffee beans ☕️ The cheese melt was also delicious! The customer service was very attentive and friendly.

The staff are super friendly and there's lots of seating. The salmon pumpkin salad was phenomenal!

Coffee was pretty good. Green machine juice was really good. Avo on toast thing they did was awful. Only got a few mouthfuls in. The tomato sort of salad that went on top tasted soggy and old. Definitely wasn’t fresh. Was pretty disappointed to be honest. But the play area for the kids was really good also

The best local cafe of Miranda! I love everything about Rubyniks, from food to drink. All the meals are well served and so delicious! Highly recommend!

Fantastic service...waitress even told one of the kids to get off the phone and pay attention when ordering, loved it!! Perfect poached eggs, pancakes demolished, plenty of healthy options. All round fantastic

I really enjoyed eating here. The waitress we had was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The menu offered a good variety of food. The cafe itself was very open, so you weren’t feeling like you were sitting on top of others.

The food itself was beautiful and filling. I would highly recommend this cafe for anyone wanting a good lunch or even morning/afternoon tea.

Not recommend. I ordered Flat White, but too much bubble on top, so bad Batista. The food is Chicken Sandwich but tasty was not good. Not good experience.

With so many positive reviews you can read about their coffees, the day I visited, my cappuccino was way below average. No latte art whatsoever, only a big slop of cocoa powder on top. The body was thin & taste was weak. I was just bad luck or the good barista had a day off...? 😒

Food was ok, a little pricey for what you get. 😬 The Breakfast Stack was nicely plated & I loved the beetroot aioli, it added flavour & presentation to the dish. The Smoked Salmon Bruschetta was interesting with mango & chilli salsa in it. It’s quite a summery dish. 🙂

Ahah
Went here in the morning. Polite and friendly staff. Food may be a little on the pricey side. Portion size of the food is a bit bigger than other cafes. Other than that it serves the same foods as other cafes

I don't mind your almond flat white; hot chips (potato fries) the extra serve of Aioli is a little $$ which explains the up-selling in serving more fries than Aioli dip.

A cute cafe spot inside Westfield Miranda! I got the Breaky Stack and fresh OJ - a really nice, filling breakfast, although a bit pricey. Great service, attentive staff and smiles all around :)

Early morning and a coffee was definitely needed whilst shopping at Westfield Miranda. There was a sign indicating to try their Turmeric Latte so that’s exactly what I did! I took a seat at a bench table and there was plenty of seating to choose from. I was acknowledged and served shortly after that. They take your order and give you a slip with table number on it to make payment at the register after you’ve consumed your drink/meal.

The Turmeric Latte had an interesting taste to it and not always on the top of my list, this brightly coloured beverage arrived and it was better than I’ve previously had. It has a certain spice kick to it.

Beautiful cafe in the mall! Delicious menu full of variety, Any one who takes a pram along to cafes knows how hard it is to find a VERY GOOD CAFE that is VERY PRAM FRIENDLY. Very helpful and attentive staff and the coffee is consistently perfect every time.but overall food experience i expected to be better then what they have provided.

Busy little cafe inside Westfield. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I must say a little on the pricey end but the meals were quite good. A cafe with something for everyone .

Serves it purpose as a kid friendly cafe -at a premium price. Won't utilise again - too much junk food ($7 for "fairy bread with potato chips and marshmallows"), too expensive ($18 smashed avo) and too many parents ignoring their kids bad behaviour (drawing on walls and bullying other kids). Staff do ok to keep it clean and efficient.

Very busy cafe. The meals were very delicious. The cappuccino was lovely creamy and frothy. A very nice lunch. The staff were friendly. Thanks guys

Pretty decent got mall coffee shop. Some great cakes to choose from. I had an iced coffee which was nice and a lemon slice which was even better. Friend had pumpkin soup and was very happy with it

I always enjoy visiting Ruby Niks with Mr 4. He gets to play while I enjoy a really big coffee! The kids menu has lots of fun options and the adult choices aren't too bad either!

A reliable cafe in Miranda that's been around for a long time. They have a good selection of sandwiches, burgers and an all day breakfast menu (separate to the regular breakfast menu) along with specials and 'favourites' that have been staples at the cafe for years - like their soup of the day, quiche of the day and pasta of the day. I appreciate a cafe that offers soup all year long - so that's a bonus for me. Their serving sizes are a little large, but for somebody with a big appetite - this would be no issue. A great spot to have lunch or coffee & cake.

If your after an acai bowl don't bother with this one. Worst I've ever had in my life. Way to much liquid in the bowl, tasted like water. . How hard is it to get that right?????

Waited over an hour for food. People who arrived 20 minutes after us were served before us. Absolutely atrocious service. Never again. Don't waste your time.

Definitely one of the better cafes in Westfields.. and always a good choice when needing a mid-shop pit stop.
I tend to always go towards the Smashed Avo.. but need to order some bacon on the side to break through all of the tomato and quinoa (they pack it on).
Service is always friendly and fast most of the time, and their brekky specials are always delicious and innovative.
Great coffee too! :)

- insta: sugar.snatch

Shopping sustenance includes blue cupcakes and skinny lattes. 1 week until Xmas and everyone is smashing the shopping so it was a bit hectic. Service times were good though and staff were friendly.
Princess Greedy Guts
One of the longest standing cafes in Miranda Westfield, it has an open plan space & now a kids corner next door which is fantastic for those with kids & prams. Food is consistently good with their sweet potato fries a standout. Perhaps one of the top 3 I have had in fact. They also stock a huge array of Oregano bakery scrolls which are so hard to go past. Add a good coffee, juice or thickshake & both young & old are happy.

Waitress was friendly, food was presentable and eatable but thats where the compliments end. The disappointing aspect was after waiting a while for the meals to be served the sough dough bread was rock hard and my order of over easy eggs was more like over WELL DONE. I love mushrooms but the texture and taste on the big breakfast was a big miss. Would we go again, No, there are many other cafes to experience and this cafe was quite expensive.

The freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing and the food was pretty good too. It was a very nice meal and i enjoyed it alot. The staff were very friendly and looked very organised the only bad thing was it was quite expensive.
