My favourite coffee shop in miranda. Friendly service, good coffee, good food, reasonably priced. Serves a good meal in the evening. Great books to choose from and cool place to chill out
Coffee is always nice and DEFINITELY get the takeaway Bacon & Egg, it's the best I've ever had!! I've never eaten in as the food seems quite expensive, and just note when you order takeaway the food can take awhile. Definitely very slow.
Best coffee in the whole centre. Service is always friendly. Have only eaten in once for a quick brunch but the food was excellent and once again very friendly and quick too. They also have a really good breakfast menu, which a lot of cafes don't anymore.
Starving at a shopping centre my first though was that I'd have to settle for some fast food - discovering this little gem definitely made my heart sing. The cafe has an avocado dish on the menu AND the dish tasted amazing so this place defiantly made my day. Only downfall would be how long the food took and the environment (noisy and looks) - which is hard when situated in a shopping centre.
A cafe I will come back to next I come here!
Awesome place to sit and unwind and people watch. It's located in a busy area offering delicious food with fast customer service. I highly recommend the mac n cheese!
Excellent bakery / brekie location conveniently located at mall (whilst buying groceries). I had scrambled eggs on sour dough with labneh & avocado. Eggs were silky and perfect taste & texture. Cheese was fantastic contrast. We also got the avo smash with goat cheese & tomatoes. Excellent bread for the avocado.
I really do enjoy the ambience and fit out of sourdough bakery. The music is blaring, the aesthetics are cool and the staff are above and beyond friendly.
I stopped in for a quick lunch break after already being a big fan of their coffee. I ordered the chicken and quinoa salad. The rocket was a little bit too over powering for me, and I had to really hunt the quinoa. The chicken was also quite dry, it definitely needed a dressing. But you know what they say, you don't win friends with salad. My eating pals ordered two pasta dishes and whilst initially thinking they were small, they were wholesome and ended up being the perfect tasty size.
If you're on the hunt for a fabulous coffee and a lunch fix, sourdough definitely hits the spot.
We've been here quite a few times. My husband enjoys the coffee but I have to say twice when I ordered a mocha if was really more like a hot chocolate. Fairly varied menu however it's a shame there's not some breakfast dishes available for lunch. I preferred eggs but chose hamburger which was ok but sauce a bit spicy. Bit pricey for hamburger & chips. Service at the counter is quick enough but the kids walking around clearing tables need some training. We waited way too long last weekend and noticed some get their meals before us despite ordering after us. You have enough staff so no excuses for mismanagement of orders Another tip for these Cafes that serve on wooden boards. There's a push at the moment for plates. Plates are simpler to wash and stack. Boards take up too much room on the counter. Boards harbour germs. Nothing is clean like a plate.
Sourdough Bakery Co is a nice cafe with a modern twist. We ordered their Spelt muesli ($10.90) which was pretty standard, but nothing really stood out to us. Nonetheless, we are keen to come back to try other dishes.
Food and coffee here never disappoints! Good value for what you get! Especially the breakfast board, a great variety! They just need more staff on busy occasions.
Do: The meatball sanga. In fact, any of the subs.
Don't: I didn't really enjoy the pasta.
Tip: Save room for the coffees and amazing pastries. Highly recommend the almond croissant and salted caramel cronut.
Much better than your average shopping centre cafe. Exceeds the expectation. Make sure you try their breads.
Also had Eggs Benedict. Nicely made hollandaise sauce which is key to this dish.
First time coming here and the food was amazing!! Very filling! Its a bit overpriced though. The staff all looked lost and confused and it seemed a bit unorganized. My mum got a skim cap and it was a bit bitter for her liking. Overall it was a good experience and we will be coming back again
Came here and had the bacon and egg roll set. It's a really hearty spread, and the service crew were really friendly. This place can be a bit busy, so it's understandable that the service crew are working a little tight under the collar.
Yet the fact this place is busy does prove it has some quality to it. While I've not had other dishes yet, I'd be inclined to try since the bacon & egg roll has left a really good impression on me!
Would recommend!
A bit pricy for what you get, but clean and tasty food, great coffee and the freshest fruit juice (they juice while you're there). It's located right in the area of the fish shop and woollies so lots of foot traffic and noise but if you get a seat more on the inner section you're fine. The staff are always nice.
Great service, friendly staff and lots of variety on the menu. Burgers were tasty and chips really nicely cooked. Do great milkshakes and lots of other drink options. Would definatley recommend for a quick bite or sit down meal. Lots of seating available too.
Today was the second time eating here and both times I've been really impressed. Its aesthetically beautiful with lots of greenery, new furniture and had new and updated menus aswell. I ordered for 5 adults and a child and even though it was busy, our food came quickly and was fresh and delicious. I ordered the original Joe burger and side of chips. I really couldnt fault it. The chips were crispy and perfectly seasoned, and the burger was juicey with a soft broiche bun. Definately recommend and will be going back again.
