Best Japanese in highlands. Luckily we went when there were a lot of special menus to choose from. Tuna and toro sashimi, lobster rolls, wagyu beef Japanese sukiyaki. Awesome! BYO okay. Been a while haven’t had a chance to go back but sure we will.
My friend said a visit to Toshi’s was a must whilst in Mittagong… what a great experience. Loved the tataki, miso asparagus, thick cut sashimi/sushi, tempura and pickles. A great find in Mittagong. Fully booked on a Thurs night so lucky we booked a few hours prior. Excellent saki, crab croquettes, sesame beans, grilled ginger fish, rice & a crunchy, zesty Japanese salad.
A team of just two waiters working very hard & handling the busy night brilliantly. Both of them
Superb. Simply some of the best Japanese food I've eaten. Fresh, consistently the best quality, fast, friendly and informed service that is never intrusive. My wife and I have been eating at Toshi's for years and will continue to do so. It's one of our favourite all time restaurants and we truly are
Dinner at Toshi a remarkable and authentic Japanese restaurant. We had sashimi superb omg...the colour of the sashimi were glorious . Loved it 5/5 highly recommend this place for authentic Japanese cuisine. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos. They were super good.

Wagyu banquet for 2.. MELTS in your mouth. Initially I gawked at the cost, and was worried that id still be hungry.

Just had the wagyu banquet for two. It was probably the best I’ve ever had.
Sushi/sashimi was perfect and of high quality. Wagyu was out of this world. A quality cut of meat.
Desert was delicious.
Fantastic staff! They introduced us to each course as it came out.
This place is off the charts. First time here and we ordered takeaway after eating in so we could eat it again the next day. It didn’t last until the next day, amazing.
