Review Kfc - Mittagong

In a hurry for reasonable takeaway DO NOT GO HERE. This was the worst KFC I have ever had. Order took over 20 mins and then chips were soggy, nuggets cold in side and chicken pieces disgusting. Overall not fit to feed to my dog and all went into bin. Take a look at the photo of one of the pieces of chicken and make up your own mind. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else

Store very busy, lots of staff chatting , I now know their life stories waiting in line for 15 minutes to be served then waiting for the food. Floor filthy soggy uncooked fries all over it. Please sort your store out. More staff = quality vs quality. Have some good staff instead of 10 staff with 3 actually hustling to get the job done. Sorry for the review but its an honest one.

the service was very very bad, we waited 15 minutes to get served and 10 minutes to get meal. staff were handling the food without gloves so not very sanitary food was very below average, majority of the popcorn chicken was the crumbs hardly any chicken and chips were soggy like they’d been microwaved a few times. chicken tenders were okay, potato and gravy was very disappointing, the gravy tasted extremely diluted and was very unappetising. basically the only good thing was the drink if you’re in a rush, definitely don’t come here

The store is notoriously slow, which I've come to expect butwhen there is a significant issue with your order, customer service goes out the window. I waited 30 minutes just to realise they had "lost my order". Rather than acknowledging the issue was theirs and immediately making the order, they wasted more time (at least 5 to 10 minutes) refusing to make the order, despite being told to by other staff, claiming to be waiting for a manager who only came when I approached them again specifically requesting to speak to the manager. Rather than asking the staff member to now prioritise my order she stood like a deer in the head lights asking me to repeat my order 2 more times. When I expressed how frustrating the experience was watching staff refusing to make my order, she refunded my money and I walked away without food or even an apology after more than 45 minutes. The manager was clearly not trained in customer service and the front line staff were way out of their depth and unsupported when there was an issue. The experience has left me beyond frustrated because I initially was very understanding that the issue was due to a computer glitch, and no one's fault but their approach left me angry and resolute to not return. I then swung by McDonalds and had an order filled in 5 minutes even with a minor mistake with the order.

Such digusting service. 5 meals had no potato and gravy.. All meals that had chicken only had the smallest chicken wings. No contact and no offer of replacement. Chips were under cook. Sauces were wrong.Mittagong was meant to get better but it looks like it has gotten worse. Ended up throwing out most of the food. Pathetic and a serious waste of money.

If I could give less then 1 star i would. Absolutely the worse service I've ever experienced. The nuggets were cold the chicken pieces were not cooked chips were freezing and soggy. No sauce in any of the meals and the staff were giving each other death stares behind each others back. 100% will never be back

If I could give a zero or below star rating, I would. Absolutely filthy, dirty premises, disgusting, food spilt all over the floor in the back cooking area. Took so long to be served and they weren’t busy at all! Staff member talking loudly across the food storage warmers to a fellow worker “I “hate” you” reply from other “you love me”….seriously! And then there is the food, if one could call it that, by definition one couldn’t and wouldn’t. The chips were cold and only could have a small bite, it tasted ewwwww and looked to have been cooked and sitting for 2 hours, dried out, the original twister, dried out disgusting chicken, opened it up and it had a tiny amount of what ever it was, maybe slaw? Took a small bite of the twister and spat it out, the popcorn chicken…next level disgusting, I took one look at those and I wasn’t brave enough to even try🤢🤮 to say the least I threw it all in the bin, a total waste of money😡 I will NEVER step foot in there again or recommend to anyone.

Worst kfc, worst service. DO NOT go to this store. We ordered/paid online. We were standing at the counter waiting to be served and watched them put our meal in the warmer. Staff then proceeded to talk with each other for half an hour, even after getting their attention several times. Customers waiting behind me left without being served and as I’d already paid online I waited over 40mins to be handed my food. Checked order and it was minus the large potato and gravy. Staff tried to give us a small, and when corrected them as we paid for a large, they acted as though we had been rude. No apology for the delay, or incorrect order. Chicken was stone cold. Great way to get salmonella!
