I can honestly say I haven’t ever had a bad experience here. The coffee is always consistent and the staff of incredibly friendly. Even when you can tell it’s been a hard day they still greet you warmly with a smile.
Male staff member has great customer service! He is always so welcoming and willing to help. We love the chiller range of drinks

Friendly and welcoming staff, especially the new owners! Great service, bit of wait during busy times which is expected. One of the better Gloria Jeans stores in SA. Plenty of seating areas around the shop. Coffee is well made, smooth, blended and warm. If you like it scolding hot or extras, it’s best to ask upon order. I like the indulgent hot espresso series - tad pricey but it’s good as a treat :) would recommend Irish Nut Creme!
