Nondescript but comfortable little cafe serving great coffee and surprisingly good Chinese food. From the spring rolls and dim sims for starters to the Mongolian lamb and sweet n sour pork for mains, the dishes were high quality and tasty and all at a reasonable price. Friendly and attentive staff.

Found this Cafe a couple of weeks ago and 2 visits later we are happy we found this place. Had Chinese from here again tonight and it is the BEST Chinese food we have had in a long while. Will definitely be back and recommending to friends.
The food was very average. Prawn toasts soggy and tasteless (frozen). Deep fried prawns with spicy salt had thick soggy batter and were so awful we didnt eat and special fried rice was terrible. Was difficult to choose among all the cafes here in Mona Vale. Walked in to this little cafe called Blend. Didn't expect much. I was surprised by the amazing coffee i had just now. Rich aroma with smooth a finish. Will be back again.
