Review Jammy Cow Cafe - Mona Vale

A little unexpected find with very good Chinese food and the a good coffee, we had the Black pepper beef and the Combination Tofu Hotpot, my wife's favorite. Looking at the other dishes we saw coming out to the guys next to us and the comments were the same.. A very good addition to the already good eateries in Mona Vale

Nondescript but comfortable little cafe serving great coffee and surprisingly good Chinese food. From the spring rolls and dim sims for starters to the Mongolian lamb and sweet n sour pork for mains, the dishes were high quality and tasty and all at a reasonable price. Friendly and attentive staff. Will be back

Our new local family favourite. We fancied a chinese meal last night and we had heard good reports about the new owners of Blend. Well everyone was right - the food here is exceptional. Forget soggy, limp, repetitive vegetables - each dish had its own set of obviously fresh, beautifully cooked veggies. And even after the three of us had had our fill of the 3 mains that we ordered, there was still plenty of meat left in the dishes. Usually the meat is the first to go and there's never enough for everyone. I honestly don't see how Blend can afford to be so generous with their portion sizes, especially the amount of delicious and really good quality meat that they give. I'd really like to encourage the owners to adjust the size of their dishes so that they can actually make a profit and can stay open - I would hate Blend to close as they've been too generous. So if you live anywhere near the Northern Beaches and fancy some gorgeously tasty, fresh and high quality food served up in a family run restaurant, get along to Blend.

Found this Cafe a couple of weeks ago and 2 visits later we are happy we found this place. Had Chinese from here again tonight and it is the BEST Chinese food we have had in a long while. Will definitely be back and recommending to friends.

The food was very average. Prawn toasts soggy and tasteless (frozen). Deep fried prawns with spicy salt had thick soggy batter and were so awful we didnt eat and special fried rice was terrible. Im so sorry to give this review but its the way we feel and what we tasted. We eat all over sydney but this is our home and really want someone with good food. I wish the beaches had better chinese food.

Was difficult to choose among all the cafes here in Mona Vale. Walked in to this little cafe called Blend. Didn't expect much. I was surprised by the amazing coffee i had just now. Rich aroma with smooth a finish. Will be back again.

Brekkie. Love Jammy's breakfasts. Their bread is excellent, an organic sourdough and they use Papanui eggs. Delish. The coffee is consistently good and they always have lots of good mags.

Jammy cow. Love their homemade meals! Really delicious lunch options too! always a winner for me. Only complaint, the coffee is a tad over-priced!

Cafe food. I love the way that this cafe displays its food. You can see exactly what you are going to get. Veggie stack is great and so are the passionfruit cakes for an afternoon treat.

Cute boutique cafe. The food is all homemade and delicious! I love the hash roll, the yummy cakes and I can't go without grabbing a sandwich during my work week. So fresh and great bread!
