Love this place so much it's great food and Joe takes time to get to know you and what you would enjoy eating - please go it's dosing worth it :)

We had a family birthday at this amazing Indian restaurant tucked away at Jessica Blvd - have never tasted Indian as delicious as this all the spices you would expect with smooth creamy sauces and we loved their Bahji's - truly a dining experience - lovely staff and ambience - very moderate pricing - thank you for making our evening an enjoyable one
What a great little place! The meals are excellent and the service is exceptional.
Very authentic taste to the dishes. Also very reasonable pricing. Not to mention the various monthly specials to watch out for.

Authentic delicious Indian cuisine ....... beautiful location ...... Minyama .....away from the " Hustle and Bustle " of the busy Mooloolaba strip. Indoor/outdoor dining........ intimate dining for couples, with provision for groups and family. Our experience was exceptional....prices were very reasonable and BYO available. Staff were friendly and efficient ....... as we are locals ...... Sundara will definitely now be our "favourite " choice for an ecquisite and enjoyable night :)

Consistently great Indian food and value for money!
Let me just start by saying this has graduated to be my favourite Indian restaurant, and I have eaten at many over the Sunshine Coast.
We’ve had 3 meals so far from the Sundara restaurant, I’m always cautious on writing reviews on restaurants in case they fluke it the first time, but after the 3rd time I am happy to give my seal of approval.
We have had a range of dishes from chicken and beef and all have been with generous portions of meat and beautiful sauces that really make your mouth water and your taste buds dance.
The wait staff are always friendly with a helping attitude and good general conversation which is nice to see in any restaurant.
The venue is always clean and tidy with good décor, not over the top like in some other restaurants.
We have sat in twice and gotten take-away once and every time the food was delivered in a very reasonable amount of time for the quality provided.
I urge you to try this place to get a proper feel for what a great Indian house should be like, through and through.

Okay guys.... I'll give this place a full review. This place is not my local Indian, its close to where my son has a tutor. The food here was fantastic. There's a review on here saying it was inedible (sounds like a dodgey review if you ask me.... that seems pretty damn unlikely from what we had. For the kids we got the typical westerner fave, butter chicken. Kids actually devoured it and my girls generally hate any food with sauces that arent BBQ or Tomato. My wife had the house special... and we loved it! Please give this place a visit the food is great!
YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! I have been on the coast for about a year and a half now, moved here from Brisbane where we tried many Indian restaurants. This place is the best by far! Upon arrival many of our friends here recommended the curry bowl which is ok, but this place has it covered completely!!!! We drive past the curry bowl from our place to go to this joint because the food is absolutely amazing!!! The guy there that owns the joint is an absolute gentleman. Just ask him what he recommends and you will certainly not be let down. This is the first review I have ever left, had to do it because food is soooooo good!
Delicious cuisine! Beautiful flavours and fragrances. Ordered the Vegetable Korma, Butter Chicken and Naan Bread for takeaway. The chicken was succulent, the korma was packed with fresh vegetables and the homemade naan breads were warm and heavenly.
I love Sundara Indian in Minyama. It has been the best experience of high quality food and service every time and is always a real treat to enjoy! The staff are very friendly and if you dine in the resturant has a great vibe!
We ordered Butter Chicken and Tikka Jalfrezi (a house special) and licked our fingers. Service was quick, friendly and continuous - in most places, the waiters leave you alone once you've ordered and it's hard to get their attention again but not this one.
