My strangest Korean BBQ experience.
The meat was great but it's not your usual dining experience as the usual condiments are not served with the BBQ, it was cooked on an electric plate with baking paper so we weren't allowed to cook directly on the palate which made it hard to caramalise the food.
And the tempura was barely battered potato, sweet potato and cucumber, so more like fries rather then a mix of properly battered veges.
So not terrible buy definitely not Korean BBQ that I'm used to.

Went there for dinner on Wednesday, almost all the BBQ pots were taken, fortunately we had reservation. Very good Korean BBQ, tasty food and the staff there were helpful since we never had that before. Will come back regularly I think. Strongly recommend

We have been here a few times for the lunch time menu and the amazing Korean BBQ. The staff are very friendly and the servings are very generous, BBQ is wonderful and we will back again. Great value for money.

Bitterly disappointed with service. Ordered $8 special flathead & chips. Was given salad on side without being informed or asking then charged full price with refusal to charge special price. Also ordered 2 milkshakes and got half the milkshakes whilst the waiter drank the rest out of the silver cups. Bill for 2 flathead & chips and 2 milkshakes was $33. Not a fan of being manipulated by staff.

Great meal. The meat was beautiful, service was great and their hot pots so yummy. Being able to grill your own meat at your table is an experience in itself. Absolutely going back soon.

I believe we spoke this week as I am the current acting manager of the Hub. As I suggested, you are more than welcome to pop back into the shop for a refund of the difference in meal prices, and again, though I wasn't present for the incident, I am sorry you had a negative experience with us.

Totally different from the review I read and experienced. Not sure how they achieved 4.8 stars. Very puzzling !Only one staff is friendly, food is totally different from menu. Definitely will not be back again.

Quite a decent serve of the bbq meat, well marinated, taste nice as well. Had fun with the bbq as well :) will come back again!
