Review Samanee - Moonee Ponds

This quaint restaurant serves some of the most authentic Thai food in Melbourne. The dishes are well presented, delicious and generous. The Thai music adds to the authentic feel of the place. I highly recommend this venue.

First impression of this place is that it looks pretty quaint. The menu covers the predominant Thai cuisine. We ordered appetisers which is highly recommend Miang Kam, it’s a dish that I think represents Thai palate in a dish! You’ll love it. Sweet, sour, spicy and light. Pad Thai is not too bad. Slightly different rice noodle, it’s thin and it’s missing the small shrimp paste that essentially what pad Thai is. But it was still good. Masaman curry was lovely. Not too sweet like most places. We absolutely love this place and would be back. Service is good. Price is a bit on the higher side. $$. Portion is big and proportionate to the price you pay. Overall 7/10.

Great service, beautiful food. Very loud room, would be 5 stars if owner invested in sound dampening material.

Food was good. Service was not great. Sometimes rude. We asked for dessert after 9 pm. We were told that kitchen was closed. If we knew that we would have ordered the dessert before 9 pm. The ambience of the place is average. Mismatched curtains gives a feeling that you are at an ordinary place.

I've been enjoying Samanee's delicious food ever since eating there with family a few years ago. Whether eating in or ordering delivery, the food has never dissapointed and always leaves me extremely satisfied. Great range of dishes, fresh ingredients, and packed full of flavour.

We had an exceptional meal the other day. The flavors were lovely and the food was fresh. The massman curry was excellent and we enjoyed the slightly different stir fry with mango and a light sauce. The service was lovely. I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s my new Thai go-to. Value for money and they let you take the leftovers home.

First class meal. Went with my wife and 3 friends to celebrate an important family occasion. The food was wonderful. Entrees of sate chicken and soft shell crab were very tasty. The mains of Double cooked pork and green vegetables, Whole barramundi in a delicate sauce and vegetables, and a mild Green chicken curry were excellent. Very high quality Thai food. We will come back for another meal soon.

I had a business meeting at Samanee .They held a banquet for us. The food are fantastic , real Thai taste especially Padthai ( Best ever I and my friends life, even better than in Thailand) . The atmosphere is Clean , calm and nice. Staffs are friendly and helpful with great recommendation. Highly recommend to anyone that love Thai food!!!

Delicious food, great service, reasonably priced

Another great night at our local Thai. Great service, not noisy and really tasty food. Order from the specials, you can’t go wrong.

Got takeaway - pad Thai and the stir fried calamari/prawn dish. Absolutely delicious! Stir fry was fabulously spicy with a nice range of vegetables (zucchini, capsicum, carrot, baby corn) and the pad Thai was not spicy but packed heaps of flavour (suitable for our 5yo). Definitely better than some other Thai places in the area and we will come back!

Nice clean place with good staff and great food. Best massaman curry I've ever eaten. Also the house white wine was actually nice. Usually restaurants skimp heavily on their house wines by the glass but Samanee had a great one tonight. Will definately be coming back.
LingT
Nice and simple restaurant with nice decor. It was rather quiet the time we visited but I noticed many ubereats orders.

Green curry was absolutely delicious. The coconut rice was very fragrant as well. We also ordered tom yum soup and stir fried fish with veggies.
Mel
Plain and simple decor but we came here for the food.Best Pad thai around the West so far, Tom Yum is also full of flavour.
Will come back and try other dishes.
Jee Ong
Delicious food and fantastic customer service. All the dishes had lots of flavour and the flavour was very distinct and unique. We had the green curry in coconut shell, lightly fried chicken stir fry, tom yum soup and thai fried rice. Will definitely be coming back for more!

It’s foods are rich and tasty. Of course, I haven’t tried all of them. But I really like their MASSAMAN NEUA and strongly recommend it. It reminds me of a Persian curry.
Matt Lee
My family and I stumbled across this quaint, warm and inviting Thai restaurant. With 6 of us, we ordered quite a few items from the menu and I have to say they all impressed us. From the hearty chicken mushroom soup (Tum Kha Gai) to the show-stopper, slow cooked beef curry (Massaman Neua). Customer service was as you would expect from the ever-humble Thai people, great! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very friendly staff and great service. food was delicious. The spring rolls and prawns as entrees where perfect. I had the lamb Penang curry which was served at with perfect 'medium' chilli as per request. A friend had the lightly battered chicken stir fry which was also delight. All dishes were enjoyed by all, and at a reasonable price. Will definitely be back!
Sakura Moon
Nice ambience and polite staff, got the green chicken curry and bf got the chilli chicken stir fry, was delicious, albeit the curry is a bit dear in price. After dinner ordered a chai latte which was nice too.
Jane Waterworth
Absolutely loved this place, I've told so many people about it ! Me and my partner went one Sunday not long ago and the service was amazing and the food looked and smelt beautiful! I could actually say it was the best Thai I think I've ever tasted👌🏼 We will see you guys again very soon !
George David Michaelides
Not great, after missing out on a table across the road I ended up here not by choice, it was super quiet for a Friday night and that should have set off alarm bells but I still gave it a crack. Cashew and chicken stir fry was overly sweet and the green Thai curry had a real canned taste to it. Not impressed decor and music is from the 90’s inside

Ain't got nothing on KSR. But mind you Khao San Road sets the bar very high.
The experience was disappointing at Samanee Thai. First appearances hint that they are not serious... bland presentation of the entree (lon moo). Had the tom yum soup, again presentation was poor (esp compared to KSR). Taste was ok, but the price was a bit steep.
Main dish was the steamed barramundi which we had with the coconut rice. The fish was ok, but a bit on the small side.
Overall, would not return here given the mediocre quality and the relatively high price. There is a reason why KSR is usually always packed and this place is not.

First time I've been here and it was very nice, I ordered the beef Massaman curry, the beef was extremely tender it just broke apart. A friend of mine ordered the pad Thai, she is a vegan so they were more than happy to make the changes to accomodate her. She really enjoyed her food as well.
The service was also great.

This is one of those wonderful restaurants which you will find in Moonee Ponds. It serves awesome Thai food which is very good in taste. The service and ambience is also too good. We ordered the chicken Satay which was served with Peanut sauce which was out of this world. Delicious, mouthwatering shall be underrated words for its taste that surpasses excellence. Not like the traditional satay. Must try. Then we ordered the Khao Pad Gai which is a delicious fried rice with chicken and veggies which was also very tasty. The price is not that high compared to the quality but it is definitely not on the lower side as well.
Rodney 'Rocket' Shore
Have been getting my Thai from here since they opened. Love their food and their service. Favourites are Gai hong tae, curry puffs, duck curry and the Penang curry.
Tania
Overpriced due to menu lay out. Menu only gives one option for each dish. For example prawn green curry, beef massamun and so on and it is priced accordingly. Therefore if you wanted vegetarian green curry or chicken green curry you are paying prawn prices. It's a shame because the food is quite good and you can actually order any meat or non meat ingredient you like, you just pay premium because some dishes are priced with seafood prices. If the restaurant changed the menu to reflect different price points based on the ingredients for each dish I would go back. It's overpriced in its current format.

Ordered delivery from Samamee on 2 separate occasions and both times it was amazing! Ordered the same thing twice because I enjoyed it that much. A serve of the Khao Pad Gai (fried rice with chicken and veggies) with Roti bread and satay sauce. So much flavour in it all, I feel like I'll have to dine in soon. Couldn't really fault it.
FOOD TRIP
Samanee is a Thai restaurant located on the main Mount Alexander Road in Moonee Ponds. Their dishes cover all the Thai usual suspects but their prices are slightly on the higher end. Food is good, would recommend if in the mood for Thai in this area. Satay Gai $9 – Chicken Skewers marinated with Cumin and Turmeric and served with Peanut Sauce
Jo Davie
Far better than average Thai and the best in the area. Scallop on beetle leaf is delicious, as are the red and green curries. The food quality is maintained even when home delivered. Good ambience and service.

What was supposed to be a celebration dinner ended up a very disappointing and frustrating night. 11 of us ordered entrees and mains but when the entrees arrived they had forgotten mine. It wasn't until everyone else had finished their entrees that the girl realised and quickly rushed off and bought it out 5 minutes later. It was obviously thrown together as half the ingredients were raw and it really wasn't pleasant to eat at all. The waitress then informed my son that he wouldn't be able to have the pork belly stir fry that he ordered as it had run out, this was 45 minutes after the initial orders were taken. By the time our mains started to arrive 3 of the meals were stone cold and when they were sent back to the kitchen they came back obviously microwaved as the duck was so tough it was inedible. The saga continued as the waitress refilled our water glasses but was to ignorant to clear the dirty plates until 30 minutes after we had finished eating. We then waited patiently for yet another 20 minutes for our cake to be brought out to the table. This is the best part, there was no birthday candles or plaque on the cake but she took it upon herself to put them on the cake, light them and start singing happy birthday when it wasn't even asked of her. I don't like this and my family know it and they almost run for cover knowing how I feel about it. When the bill arrived we also noticed that there were 3 lots of steamed rice on it that we never received. All in all very ordinary food and service from a place that we used to love and frequent but will not be returning to. I'm not certain but I think that they may have recently changed management and chef, it's the only explanation we have for such a drop in standards.

Average Thai food. There are far superior Thai restaurants along Mount Alexander Road. Portion sizes are small and value for money is not great. Would recommend trying Khao San Road or Yim Yam for delicious Thai food.
H&J Foodies
Ordered red curry with prawns, pork belly stir fry and roti bread with peanut sauce. Incredibly disappointed with the serving size of the peanut sauce, less than a tablespoon. Both main dishes had nice favours, however the flavour was destroyed by the amount of salt. Especially the pork, which was inedible. Definitely not worth the price
Chloe Wynston
Never been disappointed! Full of flavour and friendly service. Love the soft shell crab as an entree and the pad thai is delicious. If you're after a great meal and relaxed atmosphere, this is the place!
ARAGANTOR
I have been here a couple of times.. This place for me is super fresh and very tasty. Enjoy dining here. The service from the girls is awesome and they are very friendly. The rockling is really nice. Good joint.
Ann-Marie
A delicious and local Thai place. We picked this place as it was in the entertainment book and close to home. We got there 6pm on a Saturday night and had the place to ourselves. We did notice though many take away orders were leaving the restaurant. We ordered chicken satay skewers, two stir fry dishes and rice. The food exceeded our expectations, staff were attentive and with the discount it was reasonably priced. We would be happy to go there again or order take away.

I grew up in Thailand and I'd say Samanee has some of the best and most authentic Thai food in Melbourne. Very friendly service and amazing desert
Vivien
We had some Thai delivered - I usually don't eat Thai food because I don't like it (it's either too spicy or too sweet). However Samanee did a great job! Speedy delivery, delicious food, great and detailed customer service. I've been past their restaurant a couple of times, and after trying their food I will definitely make an effort to pay them a visit. Thanks
Michy
Had dinner here with 3 girlfriends on a Tuesday night. We were the only diners there so we received friendly and quick service. Food was yummy and fresh. Lovely spacious layout inside as well.

This place is better than your average run of a mill thai places. In an area that is saturated with many thai restaurants, this place stands out from the rest. My only concerned is the menu is a bit smaller than the others, however what they offer, they deliver on.
Rice Sistar
Wohoo, Entertainment book week . Yes yes . I am broke this week .Hey it saves you fair abit when you do eat out all the time ,so why not ?Us Asian love anything that cheap and good lmao
This week we have picked Samanee Thai . (25% off from entertainment book , win win )
We picked Samanee Thai Purely because I love Thai food ( that's why my bf his name is Thai , I know right ? ) and also the restaurant was in the neighbourhood.
Well you can say I am lazy . Hehe.
First impression : A nice clean restaurant which approx holds 40 ppls . Thursday night didn't have to book . It was 1/3 full .Nice vibe and welcoming.
Because it was a small restaurant so they have only got 1 waitstaff . She was quite friendly and attentive . Which we loved the most .
Now let's get down to the business .........
Food :
Entree -We had pan fried scallops with fresh betal leaves and fresh ginger , chilli , red onion etccc
It sounded amazing , but it doesn't taste that amazing , mainly because they put too much sauce on it and it makes the scallops really soggy, when you having a bite of it . The sauce was dripping all down and just doesn't taste right with all the combination . Sweet chilli sauce was way overpowering that beautiful scallop. ( oh dear you let me down :( )
Luckily the Tom yum prawn that we have order make it up for it . It was very tasty , they used shiitake mushroom instead of normal can mushroom , it was just right . Not too spicy . It was exactly what I wanted . I heart you Tom yum .
Main - Duck curry was bit sweet to my liking . Don't get me wrong I love sugar . You are talking to a person that eats and sleep with lollies everyday . But if I think it's too sweet . You know how sweet that was . I have noticed all their portion weren't that big either . So for a big eater like me . (Because I can eat a whole elephant right .) it wasn't big enough for me .
Now people who knows me well . They would know Pad Thai is a must order dish for me when I go to a Thai restaurant . So of course I picked a prawn Pad Thai for myself .
Again it was too sweet . Overly sweet . I started to wonder if the chef thought I wasn't sweet enough Arghhhh .. All dishes that we have ordered were super sweet . Especially with the Pad Thai . They put too much tomato sauce in it . It was definitely my less favourite dish of the night .
Overall my favourite was my tom yum soup :)
Everything else were abit errrrrrrrr and hmmmmm .
In saying that I wouldn't mind going back trying different dishes though . Sometimes you always gonna give them benefit of the doubt . Everyone deserve to have second chance . I will make sure I will look very sweet next time to avoid them outing too much sugar in al my dish :p
P.s Btw please excuse my poor camera skill. You know I am only good at taking selfie lol. So bear with me . I will get better :)

I was looking forward to going back to Samanee Thai. First visit was wonderful, second visit fell flat, three of the four dishes we ordered were served luke warm. I should of spoke up however I felt almost embarrassed about having to return three dishes and I don't think it would of gone down well with the staff, I would of been viewed as a whinging whiny customer. I think I need to learn from my error and speak up next time I eat out and have a bad food experience.

Most authentic Penang curry I've tried so far in Melbourne. I have been here many times over the past 4 years and the food is consistently good.
Taniacandido
I have been here for dinner a few times and it has always been consistently good. The staff are friendly and very accommodating/flexible, with changing the dish if need be. I also like how they ask, how spicy you want the dish.

Gabrielle. Went for the first time 4 months ago and have been back many times since for family occasions and nights for two. Our new favorite Thai restaurant with dishes having a nice amount of chili. Love the green curry awesome flavour and husband loves scallop entree. After searching for many months to replace our past favorite Thai which closed unexpectedly this has finally stopped our search. Highly recommended.

Fantastic food & great service. This is one of the best Thai restaurants that we have eaten at. Delicious fresh food and terrific service. Will definitely be back!
Cherise
Went here on a Friday night with a small group of 4. Nice food and reasonably priced. Staff were a little intrusive at times and felt like they were listening in to our conversation. Had the pad Thai which was lovely!
Melia Khallouf
Meh.. Ordered a veggie Green Curry. 90% chunks of Tofu and bamboo shoots. Service was very overwhelming. Pouring water, asking if we needed anything, did we want more booze, etc. Very appreciated, but too much... just like the Tofu.
Knanscawen
Mrs K. Excellent food - we tried the duck, lamb and massaman curries and all three were extremely tasty and a good size serving. The pad Thai noodle dish was also very nice. Were very impressed with the small touches such as heated towels after entree and dessert and changing the glasses between different bottles of wine. The service was excellent. Quality food very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
Teranai
Overpriced for what you get. Atmosphere was ok but heating was required as it was far too cold especially on a cold night. Waiters overworked - only 3 for over 50guests. Food took too long coming out. Food was ok but not hot enough and overly salty. Desserts were not authentic and banana roti was an offense. Tiny slices of banana wrapped around by a small piece of cold and hard roti served with very old vanilla icecream. Would not return and thankfully had entertainment book discount as total bill was not worth the food had. Saying that, the place was packed by 8pm. Maybe they were all first timers like us?
Jessica Rose
Very happy :). Loved the service, loved the food even more. Both my partner and I ordered curries, which we enjoyed with coconut rice. Usually I take a photo before I eat but we finished everything on our plates before I even thought to take a photo!

The vibe here was also great, dimmed lighting I enjoy, definitely worth the drive!
Mech
Okay food, okay service. Ordered Karee Puffs, which was nice if a little oily.

Our mains came 45 minutes after our entree, this was fine we thought as it was new years eve and very busy.

The duck red curry was good, didn't like the eggplants in it as it was in no way fully cooked.

We ordered a fish stir fry which was okay. Ordered one jasmine and one coconut rice, this is too much for two people.

Overall, it was okay.
Cherrie Duong
Its ok. Good service but the food is not authentic.
Brenden
Wow! this place is amazing. We went there for the first time last night and were very impressed. Fresh, authentic and delicious.
Best Thai we've ever had by far!! We are coming back for sure
Gabby
Disappointed. Booked for 5 tonight (a Wednesday night) and was not happy. We placed our orders and the food took extremely long to arrive at the table after the entree. There were only 2 floor staff (also operating the register) and I'm assuming the kitchen was understaffed as well. A 45 minute wait for the mains wasn't really worth it considering what we got. I got a dish with rockling, the sauce was nice but the fish slightly overcooked. We ate very fast because we were so hungry and then the waiter walked past multiple times and looked at our table that needed to be cleared but did not clear it. He then proceeded to clear half the table, take dessert orders and leave the remaining dishes for at least another 10 minutes on the table. The dessert could have come out faster considering how quiet the restaurant was by the end of the night. Very pleased with the desserts though, they were delicious! However, I would not consider coming back to this restaurant.
Matt
Best Thai in Melbourne!. This place serves up the best Thai food in Melbourne. I've been to many other Thai restaurants around Melbourne and this place blows them all away in food, service and atmosphere. You won't be disappointed!
Popples
The best thai food in Melbourne. This place is amazing. My husband and I make a point of visiting this restaurent for every special occasion - the food and service is just fantastic. Highly recommend the pla goong and scallops for entree, and my husband is crazy about the curry puffs. For the main, the cashew nut chicken stir fry, rockling fillet stirfry with pears and mango, and the steamed barramundi are all winners. The food tastes fresh and well-seasoned, with each dish having its own distinct flavours. Consistently good food, attentive service, generous portion sizes and good value for money - this place has it all.
Paulita James
I will say it is one of the best Thai resturants I've been to in Victoria, so far!!! I cook authentic Thai and this is certainly authentic!! A curry with THAI egg plants and vegetables like in Thailand instead of broccoli and carrots in most Thai resturants in Australia.

The service was 5 star!!! service with a smile, our water glasses kept getting topped up, never got interrupted in the wrong time, best of ALL only took the plates away when every person on the table finished eating!!! You just don't get that often this day and age!!! Lastly.... The staff opened the door for us as we were leaving and thanked us!! How delightful!! Pure class!
Anthony
Great customer Service!. My girlfriend and I have been trying Thai all over Melbourne, this place is very romantic and the staff were very attentive, hard to come by nowadays. The curries were off the charts! Amazing! We'll be back soon. Hot towels were also provided which I found very different and unique loved it.

Great restaurant ... could be superb. We went to Samanee for the first time after reading all the reviews. Impressed with the professionalism and the decor. Food was very nice - all very nice with exception of the Yum Neur which we felt was not very authentic - had the flavours but not the intensity. We will go back to try other dishes ad most of our meal is fab - especially the prawns and calamari in hot pot on the specials which was one of the best dishes outside Thailand we have had. Thank you.
Gourmet Traveller
Dined tonite, food was excellent ans service attentive. Must try the seared scallops!

Good food good service.. Honestly one of the best dining experiences ever. I eat out a lot and the food here is consistent and flavorful, the service is always friendly and polite. Recommend it every time

BEST....SATAY.....EVER!
I Love Food
Favourite Thai Place. Amazing food, friendly staff. This is my pick of Melbourne's Thai resturants.
Kat
Nice food, friendly wait staff although a bit slow and a bit expensive for us.
James Hickey
Amazing food and excellent service. We had the banquet and everything was great. Glass never empty, hot towels and door opened when we left.

What a find, definitely go back.
Karen Harding
Wonderful Experience. Had A reccomendation for this place as we live really close. Food was so delicious- The Scallops were amazing. So many flavours in all the food. Two of us shared an entree and had a main each which was plenty of food. Really different thai food and at a really reasonable price. Also BYO which is a bonus. Food was served in a reasonable time frame- we went on a sat evening and it was fairly busy. An absolute gem. We will be frequent flyers here, im sure. A wonderful dining experience.
Coco
Highly recommended. My family are frequent diners at Samanee Thai. We have celebrated many important family events here. The food is the best Thai I have tasted outside of Thailand. Wit and his team are friendly, personable and attentive. Massaman Beef is a family favourite as is the chicken with cashew. If you are really lucky the Chef may have green mangoes and make you the Green mango salad. Excellent!!! If you have not been to this restaurant it is a must.
Pancho
Best tom yum ever
Kano
The BEST Thai food!!!. Hands down, the best Thai I have for a long, long time. We have been here several times and it consistently exceeds expectation!
Darryl
Excellent. If you want Thai food that tastes like Thai food...head to Samanee.

Unlike some "pretenders" who charge an arm and a leg for Thai inspired food, you can enjoy the real thing at a reasonable price.

Comfortable atmosphere.

Great service.

We'll be back many times...
Julie Smith
Great food. The food is great. The service is excellent and a really pleasant atmosphere.

Definitely recommend this one.
Im So Hungry I Could...
Party of 3, enjoyed a catch up over dinner and didn't notice a huge wait for food. The place was full and a little on the noisy side but overall there was a good vibe. Staff were lovely & attentive. Water frequently topped up & napkin lapped. Between us we had a delicious muscleman curry (massaman) and rockling yellow curry with jasmine rice. All arrived piping hot. To end the meal, hot towels. Would recommend!
Melisita
Authenic Thai experience. Some other reviews have mentioned long waiting times but perhaps because we had an early dinner reservation (6:30 on a Saturday evening) we found the service perfectly timed, thoughtful and attentive. The restaurant is beautiful with gorgeous, subtle lighting and elegantly minimalist table settings. Highlights of the menu for us were the Tom Yum soup with prawns - the best I have ever had, the Pad Thai Goong, and the chef's special Hanglay (?). The Mhor Kaeng dessert is an absolutely beautiful warm egg and taro custard served with treacle nut brittle ice-cream. We found the portion sizes perfect and the prices very reasonable for such a high quality dining experience. And all this only 5 minutes from home - bliss!
Cassie Pom
Very good. We are not long back from 2 weeks in Thailand and this was very authentic food. Nice decor, service friendly. Will return.

Hidden Gem!. This place is a hidden gem! I have driven past so many times but never been there until my friends told me.
It is a small shop front with beautiful settings (far better than other Thai place). The food may take a bit of time but it's worth the wait. My Tom Yum soup was phenominal and the scallop entree my gf had was to die for! We then shared the most beautiful steamed Barramundi I have ever had. The sauce on the fish was full of flavours (hot, sour, salty). Thanks god i had some rooms for their Parfait, coconut ice cream is delicious with fruits and cream.
As i said before each course may take a bit of time but all dishes came out together in each course and everything was a top notch
Mark
Disappointing. Service was shocking - one and half hours for mains !!!!!
Food was basic
Toilets - clean
Why cant restaurant operators get there service right??
just not acceptable. There are far better Thai places - Jacks Satay Bar for instance
Fatimah Abbouchi
Loved it...was very friendly, clean and well presented. Enjoyed the food and service very much as it was using quality ingredients and variety was also there....highly recommend it as it's my second thai restaurant ever!
MelbourneMiss
Interesting Thai. Multiple visits - I like this place. It offers a different style of Thai food. For example if you order beef and vegetables it doesn't just come with the stock-standard carrot, broccoli etc. There is a nice variety of interesting vegetables. One of the better Thai places I have been to. The interior is nice, and it's good value for money. 25% off with the entertainment book.
Aloisi
Can't wait to go back. I and my wife have had a lot of Thai in Melbourne and we this place is the best in north/west Melbourne. The food is super fresh and authentic with first class presentation. The flavours danced in my mouth!
Marg
Good thai. Good service-very attentive staff-food a little salty but nice Thai flavours.
Adequate serving size but teen boys could have eaten more.
Would recommend this thai restaurant.
Kouly Thallas
The meal size were too small for a serve and over price. Food was nice and spicy but not recommended how upmarket the restaurant was.
James Millane
Fantastic!!! Great decor, great service, amazing food, fast, attentive and caring staff. Our new favorite. Will return with friends! A must for Thai lovers.
Food Rookie
Consistently fantastic. Modern setting with relaxing atmosphere. The food was so authentic and wonderful with amazing explosion of flavours. We have been here quite a few times and always get a fantastic meal and service. This is our new favourite Thai restaurant that always remind us to our trips to Thailand
DukeandLija
Food too salty. Service was ok, food was way too salty. Asked for the curry to be made hot and it came out so mild you could feed it to a baby. On another note, the toilets were the cleanest I've ever seen in a restaurant. There are better Thai places up a bit further on Keilor Rd.
Loulou
Food is just fabulous and staff are so attentive... Nothing is too much trouble! Will be returning for sure!
