Great atmosphere, friendly staff ready to make you smile. Gaming area is neat, clean and has a great array of games. Complimentary coffee and soft drinks for the punters. Regular customers ice encountered are friendly, and the outdoor smoking area is very clean and quiet.

Meals were slow to come out. Very noisy. Some patrons very vocal with foul language. Asked bar staff to tell them to tone it down.

Friendly and courteous staff. Great menu options.

I went after work, and there was a $5 schooner special on. The staff were all friendly. I will be back again.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. The only male staff member denied us a coffee, a simple coffee that could’ve potentially made us members. The establishment needs to pay attention to their staff customer service skills. That is no way to treat new patrons and he inspired me never to come back to the venue.

******HIGHLY RECOMMENDED****** We had our daughters 21st this weekend at the function room. I can't praise Dennis and all the staff enough for a fantastic night. They went above and beyond to ensure we had smooth and great night. Venue was perfect and very impressive. Thank you thank you for a memorable night.

I've only been here for Wednesday steak nights and I've never been disappointed. Thick cut steak with chips and salad plus beer or house wine, for $17.90.<br/>Steak consistently cooked to perfection. Couldn't fault the food. A must try.

We first visited the Junction back the year 2010 – it was our 32nd review, which you can refresh your memory on here. From memory it was a decent enough parma – Didn’t blow us away by any stretch, but for a $12 parma & pot special six years ago it was okay. Then, a few weeks ago, I was tagged in an Instagram photo and the following exchange ensued…

Top notch pub grub! Really impressed with the presentation, and that mouth-watering burger. Went down nicely with a cold one, enjoyed the atmosphere. Not much to complain about

Been here a couple of times on and off, noticed there was a menu change and quite a difference between the food standard and quality than previously. I ordered the veggie burger, the staff were friendly and the food was out without a hitch. I believe the burger is comparable to the trendy burger places but in a pub setting and half the price , it was moist, fresh and packed with flavour. This visit has really put this place on the map

Came in for lunch today and ordered a Parma (standard!) I'm new to the area and wanted to try this place out whilst my husband was betting. The service was prompt and attentive, to my surprise the Parma that was served was the size of the plate! Lucky I was hungry! A decent salad as well and the chips were perfectly salted with paprika (I think?) which was a nice touch. All in all, the chicken was well cooked with a good amount of sauce and cheese. Safe to say I will be back again!

Came in for lunch today with a girlfriend and was very impressed. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the bistro was sleek with marble bars and a friendly atmosphere. For lunch I had the veggie burger and my gf had the Parma. The veggie burger was was one of the best I've had, seriously. It was made with split peas and was like a crispy coated juicy falafel, not dry and super tasty/seasoned. Better than the grill'd veggie options. My girlfriends Parma was giant and not naked and she loved it even though she couldn't finish it. The service was superb, fast, delish, and a friendly face behind the counter. Highly recommend this hidden gem. Awesome pub feed!

A group of work friends came here for a weekday lunch and most of us had the $12 dollar burger and chips. Exceptional value when you consider the price you pay at a gourmet burger restaurants.

Disaster lunch <br/><br/>1 hour lunch break . Ran to the junction club . My gf got a beef burger with chips for only $12 . Size was generous but To be honest it doesn't taste good at all . Meat was dry and they need to season their food abit .My other gf ordered pan fry salmon with photo mash . No joking .This one was even worse . Super dry and definitely has been microwaved . Boy it Has no flavour at all . And lucky me , I didn't even get to take a photo of my dish . You know why? Because instead of the calamari salad that I have original ordered . I have got chicken salad instead, <br/> I waited patiently 25 mins for my lovely calamari salad... And it has never came . you should see how sad my face was when I saw the chicken salad approaching my table .:( . <br/>This waitstaff came to apologise to me and admit it was her fault as she took the order . She then offered me a refund and packed the chicken salad for us to take away as we were rushing to leave .She was nice to us though. But overall service were slow and not as attentive . Food was a no no . <br/>Sum up we will never come back again .. <br/>Empty stomach . Not happy customer :0

Highly Recommend!. Have been in the area for a while but went here for the first time on Friday night and found out it was burger and pot night. For $10 I got a beef burger, chips and a beer and my partner got the same but a chicken burger. Awesome value and food! Staff were lovely. We will definitely be back!

Bad service and average food. I went there with my friends last Friday. It was busy and they didn't have much staff on. Everybody on my table got there food and I had to wait another half an hour even though we ordered at the same time. No apologies nothing. The staff couldn't be bothered. For roast they always have lamb as apparently it's the cheapest to buy that's what the waiting staff said. Don't bother, save your money.

Very average. I was not impressed by the food at all. Parma was bland and sloppy. Service was very average, not a place I will be returning to any time soon.

I have had many enjoyable meals here but tonight I was very disappointed with the pork belly. It was dry and the "crackling" was excessively rubbery and left me feeling ill. Would I recommend it? Yes, just don't order the pork belly

Went there for lunch with the Mrs. we weren't really sure where to park cause its such a busy area.but found a spot at the back and walked around. as we walked through we saw the tab to the right, this tiny bistro area straight ahead with the pokies straight through. the bistro looked real classy with comfy black seats. they have a lunch menu and that hadthe starters, mains, deserts and whatnot. i ordered the napoli penne and the Mrs her usual parma. we didn't wait long at all and the food came. the parma was slightly naked on the sides but it was so crispy and succulent . the chips were also golden brown and<br/> crispy and full of flavor. my pasta was perfectly cooked with a beautiful rich sauce, with a couple of fresh Basil leaves and some garlic bread on the side wich was also golden and crispy. I'd love to go there for tea one night. I've been there once and its a favorite.

It's all a bit complicated. We booked here for Mothers Day lunch for a party of 12 including 5 kids which was mentioned at the time of booking. When we arrived we were seated in the wine bar area whcih is very nice. The food is also very nice however there is NO kids menu (they might want o re-think that!). After some negotiating with two different staff members we were allowed to order from "the other room" menu for fish and chips and burger and chips for the kids. Really wish we had of been told that there was no kids menu as the choices were very limited. It was difficult to get the staff's attention for drink refills and missing ordered items. I'd only go back again to see if the experience was different (and less coomplicated) for dining without kids. Apart from adding a few kid friendly meals they should also just have one menu for the entire pub, not different menu's for different rooms.

The service was very poor - we arrived to find our booking wasn't taken down. Once seated, we had to ask about menus - only to be told we had to get them for ourselves from the bar. The steaks were chewy but the Parma was good. Wouldn't recommend or go back.

...parmas down our end coming out cold and the other end getting the piping hot fresh ones. If dining at the Junction’s ‘Parmas of the world’ night I would suggest getting one of the novelty parmas available to get full value out of your meal, as the plain parma was just that - plain. The price is perfect and for a $12 parma with a free pot I can’t complain too much, but when compared to last weeks attempt at The Albion Hotel ($13 with a pot and pretty darn amazing) it just didn’t quite cut it.
