Brilliant coffee flavour and presentation and relaxed atmosphere. The owner was incredibly helpful as i was sitting outside with my 2 puppies and couldn't leave them to order inside. Thumbs and paws up!
Regular Saturday morning hangout. My favourite coffee shop in Moonee Ponds. Consistently good drinks and food! Daz is always up for a chat and provides friendly service that you don't often find in Melbourne. Only downside is that he doesn't open Sunday for a repeat weekend visit!
Got a coffee here last week, It is by far the best coffee in Moonee Ponds or should I say one of the best I've ever tasted. It was creamy and had no bitter aftertaste. A tad bit more expensive than other places but what do you expect from a place that has great tasting coffee. Also staff are very friendly. This place should definitely have more positive reviews.

Like a "Friends" coffee shop. It was the street art sign on the side of The Espresso Bar that hooked me inside, because I thought it was a coffee roaster's shop. I didn't see any signs of a roastery inside; more like a relaxed neighourhood cafe that's more coffee-forward than a lot of joints. Plenty of Italian stylings in the decor and with the food they serve, too. I had a large flat white that had a well-rounded but mellow flavour, properly microfoamed. What I'll remember more than the coffee was the cake slice I had. It looked like sticky date pudding, but the baristo told me it was a fruit cake instead. It was moist, mushy and full of blueberries, with a baked-on creamy caramel topping. It wouldn't win any awards for innovative pastry cuisine, but it was tasty and made in-house. I always lean in favour of pastries that are cooked by hand, instead of bought from provedores. I felt a little out of place because the other people who were stopping in were on a first-name basis with the owner, who was jiving them about stuff like "You just got off the plane from holiday and you're going straight to work without sleeping?" But they were friendly to me, a rank outsider, anyway. I'll agree with another reviewer that the prices are high, though: $5 for my mug of coffee, and another $5 for the cake.
This place has a really chilled out and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the coffee is good.
Good Coffee and Great Organic Tea. Fix has very good coffee and some wonderful organic tea. The service is good and very friendly, and their toasted sandwiches are great and made with thick fresh bread. A unique but fun style of cafe, and very comfortable with lots of cushions to help. Very relaxing for a coffee, and try some of their homemade desserts or cakes, the homemade cheesecake was fantastic. A great place to stop in the middle of the hustle of shopping.
Nice coffee. The staff were friendly and quick to serve. I had a long macchiato and Big breakfast. The coffee was good while the breakie was average. I would certainly come back for more coffees.
