Upon arrival, we were concerned that we had typed the wrong address in to GPS.... however, the Burger sign pointed us in the right direction. The neon lit Milk Bar led us down the alley to the restaurant entrance. One step inside felt like we had just found the "American Pickers" secret stash! The nostalgic vibe of the Ford, Jackie O, Shell, Mobile, & hoards other auto/petrol signs had us admiring the scenes the entire time.
Since we had been told these were "burgers like you'll find in the states", we had difficulty choosing what to order. You see, in the states we don't put beetroot on a burger. However, being open to any culinary experience, we dove right in. We went with the Fat Bob, Champion, onion rings, & chips. My husband's favorite meal is a burger so he's constantly in search of the best. The Fat Bob certainly did not disappoint! The runny yolk of the egg trickling down the side of the juicy tender patty meeting the combination of sweet pineapple and salty bacon provided for an unusually exciting burger experience! Then, I had the privilege of trying the Champion. Coming from a hometown that basically invented BBQ, I'm not an easy customer. However, the blend of succulent sweet pulled pork mixed with the crisp flavor of the Asian slaw and perfected by the salted pineapple tickled my taste buds!
The selection of cold beer and extensive wine list met their match with the cocktail of the day "Blue Boy"... To this day, we're not positive of the ingredients, but it smells like Summer, tastes like an island vacation, and warns of poor decisions if more than one is consumed.
Aside from the exclusive location, nostalgic decor, mouthwatering menu, and tasty drink list, the service at Fat Bob's is what sets this establishment apart! This is a place where you feel like family at a table full of the cool kids.

I love an American style burger diner but so many are cheesy and fail to deliver what they promise. Fat Bob has an amazing collection of signs, especially neon lights apparently collected off buildings and franchises amongst them automotive themes, plus red rooter and some historic ones from around the city. The menu features a variety of burgers and chips and there's a good variety. It's something different and worth a look. Someone has gone to a lot of trouble to put this place together.
Incredible, Delicious, Fresh, Cheap, Absoulty hands down the best Burger's my boyfriend and I have ever eaten! �

A friend of ours recommended Fat Bobs! After our second attempt at finding it lol we arrived at our destination. Cool little hide away with great decor. The food and service did not disappoint! I had the pulled pork and slaw and hubby had one of your burgers. The craft beer he had was great. Lots of choice and we will definitely be back too try other options! Our waitress who was from California (sorry forgot her name) was awesome! Keep up the great work and we will pass on the word too all family and friends! �

The second we walked through what looked like driveway gates we were amazed. The area transformed us to another world. There was neon and beers and burgers galore.
The staff were great, really great, the food was delicious and the homemade apple dumplings..... OH MY GOD!

If you’re after a burger joint that has equally out of this world burgers and a killer vibe then look no further than fat bobs! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with very friendly staff which made our experience there very positive.
The spartan burger is the perfect burger if you’re wanting something filling and delicious but also not too crazy! The beef patty was cooked to perfection and the combination of caramelised onion with the sauces and cheese were to die for! The burger was even topped off with perfectly crispy fried onion rings that deliciously complimented the burger. The fries that accompanied the burgers were perfectly crispy on the outside and seasoned just right!
If you’re after something a bit more adventurous then we highly recommend trying out the Fat Bob burger. You will not be disappointed with the amount of ingredients in this burger - did we mention it comes with a deliciously runny fried egg?! Definitely a burger to try out if you’re not worried about getting a little messy
We paired our burgers with southern fried popcorn chicken and we definitely were not disappointed. Cooked to perfection, these bite sized chicken pieces were paired with fat bobs delicious sauce. A naughty side for even naughtier burgers.
The salted caramel honeycomb milkshake just puts the cherry on top to this delicious night of guilty eating! The perfect drink to wash down any of the burgers, it was beautifully sweet with a cheeky caramello koala on top!
Overall we had an amazing experience at fat bobs and would highly recommend for your next cheat meal!
Epic venue with some MAD burgers! Group of us and they managed to fit us in which was nice. Everyone loved their burgers and quite a decent size too, would have liked chips fo accompany the burger for the price. Had to wait a little longer than expected but understand they were packing down. Definitely recommend this place for cool atmosphere and large bookings!

Nestled amongst the industrial heart of the Moorabbin business district, you can find many hidden gems. Through its streets and alley ways lives a thriving food hub that is just waiting to be explored and discovered. One of these hidden gems is Fat Bob’s Bar & Grill, an unassuming little burger bar that has cultivated a strong local following that is growing by the day.
With only a sign to let you know it’s there, Fat Bob’s is down a side alley behind a sign makers factory. When you walk through, you get an immediate sense of leaving the hustle of the main street behind and find yourself transported into a modern day dinner, with the walls adorned with neon signs from decades past you find yourself reminiscing about the good old days… if you’re old enough that is.
Sitting down you are washed over with the soft glow of the neon lights in our case we were bathed in red. Having recently updated their menu, Fat Bob’s offers a range of burgers to satisfy any hunger and taste. Team that with a few of their choice sides, shakes or for a something a little stronger a beer, you can’t you can’t go wrong.
Feeling hungry we dove right in, wanting to try a little of everything we didn’t hold back and ordered a little too much… we could have ordered the entire menu. So, what did we have you?
Decor is very authentically classic and has a good Melbourne identity. Saves me the hassle of going to Brunswick and Fitzroy. Food wise , it is really good with the burgers scoring top points!!!!! This place is a hidden gem.
No experience is complete without @fatbobsbarandgrill burgers! These generous servings are not for the faint hearted. The delicious milk buns and juicy meat patty is a real winner! Cool decor. Great service. My favourite burger house in Melbourne. BYO got sauce 👌🏻

Been there a couple of times.. burgers are a bit of a hit and miss, on the this occasion it was good, not sure if it was because it was a quieter weekday lunch .. the chicken ribs and the popcorn chicken’s a good antre with the choice of beers available. friendly staff and good atmosphere!!

Great atmosphere being an American Diner vibe. Been here a few times and had the jackie o. Very nice along with a side of beer battered chips. Would recommend one side of chips to share between 2 people.

When here for a friends birthday. Was great food and had very kind staff. But the best thing about this place was the ambience. All the amazing neon lights that where displayed everywhere really made the experience 20 times better. Would recommend for anyone wishing to have a causal burger and beer with a mate or few.
Good feed! Loved walking in through the the laneway to reach the restaurant full of neon lights and vintage signs. This set the mood for the night perfectly. Food was great and staff were very pleasant. We had a huge wait time but the place was pretty full but maybe go early if you want to be in and out.
Looked at the maps and memorized where to drive to, still drove past it once as the entrance is a small opening at the side and a walk past some seating area. I ordered the spartan and it was very good and I would go back to try others

Really nice burger, I ordered he spartan. I enjoyed the sweet potato chips, they were actually crispy. Would come back to try a different burger next time for sure.
Ive heard so many good things about Fat Bobs so when I was on my way to DFO I had to swing by and give this place a try.
The first thing that made me fall in love was the neon interior plastered with signs and memorabilia it really felt like being in an American Diner.

When we first got to this restaurant, I was quiet stand offish while going in, as it doesn’t look like a restaurant but an industrial site. As we walked in we were pleasantly surprised. We were ignored at first, and we had to chase the waiter to get a seat, but the meals came out super quick, and there is not a bad thing to say! They are amazing burgers! Not a big variety but they are amazing very well priced and no doubt you’ll come out with a full belly!
Fantastic burgers and loaded fries all full of flavour and not dripping in oil. What was stand out was the service. Got here with 10 till kitchen close with a group of 10 and we're still greeted and served no hesitation. service was prompt, efficient and all round well done.

Hands down my most favourite burger place. Wasn’t too easy to find and read about it on another blog. Definitely worth the drive and the burgers are amazing
A must go to burger place! The inside is amazing, decorated with old neon signs signifying the names of their burgers. The burgers are delicious, wrapped up in foil just like you’d imagine in an American diner. It’s on the pricier side but the atmosphere is worth the extra few dollars. The staff and service are always fantastic and the food arrives quickly. A real must for any burger lover!

(Edit:) I will be leaving the original review below so people understand the response from Fat Bob’s. Given how wonderfully they explained their side of things, I saw no reason for my review to sit so low, especially given how much I do love the burgers.

Let's get one thing straight - the veggie burgers are fantastic. They're huge, they're delicious, they hit the spot. They get a 9/10. Staff get a 10/10 for good service.
So why the low review? Because it's incredibly disappointing to see such a popular restaurant use so much single-use only plastic. Paper cups lined with plastic for your water, straws everywhere, and the cutlery is all plastic. Knives and forks. Even the dipping sauces for chips and onion rings comes in a small plastic container! All plastic and disposable. The little trays they put the burgers in are also plastic, but at least they reuse them.
It's really not that difficult to have reusable cutlery in your restaurant - I know, because I work in a restaurant. I imagine they have some form of dishwasher in the kitchen, because it'd be pretty concerning if they don't. So why not take that extra step of washing some cutlery occasionally? I am an avid supporter of small businesses, and will always chose to spend my money at a small business rather than a large chain, but it's an absolute joke to see a small business so reckless with their use of plastic.
This place is in the middle of an industrial area so unless you are looking for it you may miss it. The atmosphere is cool and very American-diner-ish. The burgers are American-style and delicious (and so filling). Got the Jackie O which is a cheeseburger with sauce. The meat was done perfectly, pink on the inside and a little charred on the outside but still meaty and juicy. Cheese was gooey and melty. Fries were thick cut and crunchy. Menu has a nice variety of burgers to suit everyone.
I gave this restaurant a 5 a few years back without writing a review ...to be honest I hadn’t been for a couple of years !

Cool Retro Vibe. Good-flavour burgers - my favorite is the Jacky-O. We frequent this hidden gem as it's in our neck of the woods but is amazed to hear other diners driving over 30mins to try the food. Nice and friendly staff.
We entered this place randomly, my first impression was "WOW, this place looks really cool !!" Loved the atmosphere, really casual. The walls were filled with old advertisement signs. We ordered the Hummer with Asahi and some fries. The order took time to come but that day we were pretty chill.
To talk about the burger itself, the burger was not cooked to our liking, later we realised that they normally cook their burgers to medium ( :( ). and in their defense it was given in the menu just not noticeable. But i must say that the bun to burger ratio was good and the sauce definitely had a kick to it which we enjoyed. I believe if the burger was done to our taste we would have enjoyed it (def will come to try it again)
This place is awesome! I’ve ordered on Uber eats twice - the food was great both times and the second time I accidentally double ordered and they called to check. Excellent service and great food. Highly recommend!
Fat Bob's beautiful interior provides such a retro atmosphere and vibe. Although the meat patties are quite rare inside, the burgers themselves were great. Some tasted better than others and they are a little overpriced. However, the Spartan burger is a winner! Their onion rings and fries are really tasty too.
Very nice atmosphere. The place looks very nice and retro, setting a nice and friendly vibe. The burgers were quite pricey for what they were, but had a good flavour. The bred was really nice, soft and fresh. Very nice thick chips. Staff were nice.
Fat Bob is an old mate of my uncle and he hosted us a few months ago when my cousin was down from Qld. Bob even sat at the table with us, bought us a beer and gave us the story behind all the old signs. We had a fantastic night.
As great as the place looks people wouldn’t come back unless the food was good and the burgers don’t disappoint. They are amazing.

Nachos were average, nothing special; I wouldn't order them again. The burger on the other hand, was spectacular. The meat was tender despite being cooked medium and the salads tasted crispy and fresh. The brioche bun was also toasted but it wasn't deflated like most other burgers I've eaten. Would recommend and come back!

Between the 2 of us we had Fat Bob, Jackie O, sweet potato wedges and cream&cookies milkshake. First of all, portion was generous! Beef was juicy and sauce was really tasty. Highlight of the evening was the sweet potato wedges. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.

Booked a table last minute with no problems. Amazing space inside what appears to be an old garage, really good styling and a great atmosphere. Friendly staff quick to take orders. Our food didn't take that long to come out even though there were 8 of us and we all orders starters and burgers to come out together. The pulled pork slaw was amazing, loads of flavour and the slaw fresh and crunchy. Burger was good too, nice bread! Great night, great food, great service! Will be back again
This place is such an interesting venue. Hidden in the industrial part of Melbourne, out of nowhere there is a funky burger place. Burgers are perfectly cooked and tasty. Definitely worth a visit
Have been to Fat Bobs quite a few times, being a massive burger lover!
The decor is cool with all the neon signs and the place has a very relaxed feel to it.
The system used for service definately could do with some tweaking as i waiting almost 10 minutes for just a beer, which I had ordered previously.
The burger, although quite tasty, could do with a re-vamp as i feel the quality has slid since my first venture here.
All in all It was an enjoyable experience however with so many great burger joints popping up each day, i feel they need to refine their service and quality again or they may find themselves being lost to the newer burger joints on the block.
Pro tip: try the popcorn chicken, it's delicious!!!!
We'd never heard of this place and had no expectations when we popped in after a beer at 2 Brothers Brewery. I was completely blown away by all the neon and couldn't keep my eyes focused on one place, so much stuff to look at!
The place was completely empty when we arrived and we were surprised to be asked if we had a booking. Little did we know just how busy the place gets. It was absolutely mobbed an hour after we arrived with queues out the door.
The staff were really friendly and efficient and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The food was fairly standard, no real stand out dishes for me. Mr Choos enjoyed his simplex burger, but I sneaked a bite and thought it tasted slightly overdone (towards burnt).
We probably won't be back, as it's in the middle of nowhere, but we will definitely recommend it to friends with kids.
Been here twice. This hidden gem in some industrial complex. Was immediately blown away by the quality of the burgers. The taste of the beef you can tell it tastes fresh.
I went back here yesterday 6/7/19. Delicious still. The spicy burger was potent and really messed me up. I then followed it up with some chips, port bites and a nutella shake.
I highly recomend coming to this place. Its one of hidden gems of the south eastern suburbs. Remember you will need to make a booking on most weekends as its always packed out.
Amazing customer service. Even though we booked a smaller table, we were seated at the booth which simply made me feel this little bit more special.

Firstly can I say I'm very torn about the rating to give this place. Great looking venue, great service and excellent beer selection. Those are the positives. However people will come to this place mainly because of burgers which are decent but not worthy to get a 4.
The ingredients are decent quality too I just don't really like the combination of how they have put them together .
Not gonna lie: Fat Bob's has an awesome atmosphere which, while a little over-the-top, is unforgettable. It would be a great place to go with a group of friends. The food here is pretty average, however. While the burger itself was indeed quite nice, (maybe not world-class, but solid) I also had a milkshake and some fries that were rather underwhelming.
Overall, it's certainly still a fun place to go.
I haven't been here for about 2 years and remembered being great burgers and yesterday i decided to come down for a nice quality burger as i miss this place. I'm fussy when it comes to eating good quality meat burger and so i came down to see if its still high standard as i checked on reviews and my word, is still top burgers and if not better and busier as usual. I'm going to try to come down more often having said i like to eat quality burgers.

Still rate this place as one of the best in Melbourne. Fat bobs was one of the first 'good' burger joints in Melbourne. This neon light extravaganza Is hidden away in an industrial site in Moorabbin and it never disappoints.
Went there with friends on a busy Saturday night. Luckily we booked! It was super busy and the service was stressed BUT they were still friendly but we certainly didn't suffer from neglect. We didn't wait too long for our food to come out. It was worth the wait either way. The patty was perfectly cooked and juicy, just the way we like it. The Big Bob is a Monster Burger as you'd expect and the Hummer has the little kick as you'd expect from the Jalapenos.
Yum. Well done guys! We'll be back.
Smart hubby wants me to talk about Fat Bob’s, as we went here before our trip, quote his words:” you have to!” Alright, how do I start?. Well, let me get straight to the point, if you are a foodie who loves burgers, has a big stomach and picky appetite, go here! I bet you will find it hard to pick out any flaws. If you are parents with jumpy bubbly littlies and want to have something quick and nice, go to Fat Bob’s as you all will come out happily and satisfied.
Awesome food, efficient service, maybe a bit too loud but it's part of the experience! It's a really cool looking place to take friends but make sure you book ahead.
Had the Jackie O couldn't fault the burger.. perfectly cooked pattie with a great texture, soft white bun.. assembly of burger ingredients was allowed a bite of each element & without a mess... great service and atmosphere. Best burger in Melbourne.

The popcorn chicken is the bomb, seriously delicious! I've been tempted just to get two serves and pass on a burger.
The loaded fries are also a great starter.
As for Burgers, I've tried the Hudson and the Jackie O. Both were brilliant.
Solid beer list as well, great variety of local craft breweries and import beers.
Best onion rings I've had in my life! I try onion rings at every place I go and these are on another level. The sauce that accompanies it is amazing, the crumb is perfectly, not too oily. Would drive the hour again just for those! The burgers were amazing too, myself and the three other people I went with were completely satisfied and loved every bite.
Absolutely loved my burger, the price is good and the service is good. Definitely recommend a booking if you want a spot inside as it can get very busy. The set up of the restaurant is awesome. Definitely kid friendly as well

This well hidden gem nestled in an industrial area is a wonderful place to visit. Vintage signs and livery line all the walls throughout the premises. We were here for a function, so we were nestled upstairs (which is not quite as cool sign wise as downstairs!) The wait staff were wonderful, so helpful and very efficient. Drinks were flowing and the abundance of food kept on coming. Everything was well priced and you got bang for your buck! Not to mention the burgers were very tasty with just the right amount of grease. Will definitely come back here!
The Victa was quite delicious. The fried chicken patty within was crunchy and juicy, with a nice thickness. All combined with the Asian slaw and mayo, this was like a McChicken on steroids.
We found the Fat Bob and Simplex rather ordinary. The beef patty wasn’t particularly juicy nor flavourful. With altogether too much bun, the meat to bun ratio was definitely less than desirable. The sauces were nothnig to rave about either.
Really nice service from staff. Great and funky restaurant with really cool things to look at. Delicious food for all of the family to enjoy.
Good work Fat Bobs! We called at short notice and they scored us a booth. It was my first time here and I got the red dog with double meat and double cheese, pickles and jalapeños. YUM. also got them to splash on some fat bobs sauce. Really enjoyed it although I probably could have got a single :)
Onion rings were spot on, big and crunchy and freshly fried.
Good work Fat Bobs on the restaurant, the down to earth and helpful staff and the food.

Feeling blue after a cancelled flight to Sydney, my partner took me here for a pick me up late lunch.
I may have to marry this man. He knows me so well. Fat Bob's was the perfect place to sit outside, soak up some rare Melbourne sun and feast on delicious juicy burgers and crisp fries. Throwing my recent foray into paleo out the window I indulged in a spartan burger, fat perfectly cooked patty, bacon, lettuce and a gluten free bun. My partner had a delicious pulled pork on slaw creation. We shared loaded fries, with oozy cheesy sauce and crisp spring onion mixed tomato to top, wickedly delicious.
Cheerful service, delicious food and yum beverages. We have to head back there for a cocktail next time!
This converted factory is a surprise find in Moorabbin. The place is buzzing. We chose the Jackie O and Fat Bob burgers -quality meat, yummy buns and their own delicious fat bobs sauce. The meat is cooked medium, I prefer well done and this was no problem the friendly staff were happy to accommodate. Gets my vote for best burgers in town!

I'm stoked I went! The place is fitted out with all the quirky hallmarks of an American burger place and is nice and airy. The table service was fantastic and the food come out nice and quick!
Had my namesake burger, the Jackie O, and it was delicious. The loaded fries were super tasty and I ate so many, I thought I'd burst - monthly Python style.
Great place to go, good drinks selection and I'd definitely eat there again. Next time I might even fit dessert in.

Best burger in Melbourne!
Authentic american flavours with quality sauces and meat cooked to perfection. The interior of the restaurant is decked out with the bright neon glow of old school signage and we were greeted by friendly smiles from accomodating staff.

On the day I went it was pretty dead and the staff were not as attentive as I would have liked but I predict on a busy day they wouldn't have been like this (I have heard from numerous sources!)

I wish I had booked a table down at the main bar area for my party of 6 on the occasion of my sons birthday. I didn't. That's my fault. I figured it wouldn't be that busy at 6:30 pm on a Wednesday. As it turned out, we were lucky to just get in and get a table upstairs before there were no tables left. So, it was great to get a table at all but the upstairs area is a little dark and nowhere near as much fun as the open space of downstairs. A slight casualty of success.
Another little thing was the immediate apology that there was no pulled pork on the menu. C'mon Bob.. I'm Smokin'Aussie.. I don't usually review American style restaurants because I do great ribs, brisket and pulled pork at home but on the rare occasion that I do go out for this, I just gotta have some pulled pork. Since its early in the week, you can't have run out. Do you smoke your own or did you get stiffed on a delivery? I don't know Bob, but you gotta have that pulled pork. Maybe I can smoke some for you.
But all that aside Bob, the burgers were pretty good. The buns were fresh. The patties were large and cooked medium as promised. The descriptions were spot on. My burger said it had bacon, tomato and beetroot and there was lots of bacon, tomato and beetroot. I loved it. As I finished it, I belched like Homer Simpson. I was happy. The family also enjoyed their selections, particularly my wife who said the snapper burger was very fresh albeit with a bone or two.
Those onion rings are awesome. I wish I had ordered more so I could have stuffed some in my burger too, but they were all gone in a second. The other sides are pretty good too. Maybe they could be a little bigger... my only complaint there.
Drink menu is great too.
Overall, pretty good value. Pretty good service. Great burgers and fries. I just wish I'd booked for a better table. I will next time.

They've got some great vegetarian options. Especially the City Temple (crumbed eggplant patty), which was quite tasty. Had a great crunch to it. It's great to see a veg burger patty that's different from the norm.
This burger place has quite a unique look, but it isn't just about the look their burgers are also quite nice. From personal experience I can say that their jackie-o burger which was rated number one in the herald sun for a while is really good. Definitely recommend trying it with some extras example pineapple. The only critics I have for the place is that the location was a bit hard to find if wasn't GPS and they don't have a good parking area.
Excellent hamburgers . Excellent buns and sauce, a favourite of mine and the kids. Also a great selection of beers , I drive a long way to eat these burgers and I'll continue to do so

Had the jackie-o....very well cooked and juicy pattie. All the ingredients were fresh and the bun was very nice. Sides were top notch as well. Highly recommended!
Man im so full. Very cool vibe a little dark for me but this place was buzzing. Service was very friendly we placed our order and our burgers were our not long after. Both burgers we tried were very tasty and filling!!!
DO: The Jackie O or any of the other burgers that takes your fancy.
DON'T: Forget to order the loaded fries, onion rings or great dessert spiders.
TIP: Great interior so make sure you admire all the signs and see if you can take a hero shot with a mate.
My favourite burger joint (and I have been to a few). For me, the most important part of a burger is the meat and Fat Bobs wins hands down in that department. There may be a slight weakness when it comes to their sauce but it's to my liking. Just make sure you book in advance.

One of my new favourite burger joints, Fat Bob's is nestled away in the industrial sector of Moorabbin and would be easily missed if not for the neon lights and loud hum of music and diners. The restaurant is well known and very popular in the area, and tables can often be hard to come by in big groups, so bookings are encouraged (of which can be done online!). Luckily, it was just my boyfriend and I the other night. We were seated quite quickly, although the venue was busy, being a Saturday dinner and all, and we were given the option of the upstairs or downstairs. We chose to join the rowdy crew upstairs, and it took some time to adjust to the high volume of the diners there, most of whom were large groups of 10 or so.
I ordered the Spartan and a Raspberry Soda, and my boyfriend opted for the Fat Bob's and their tap beer, with Popcorn Chicken to share. The latter came first, and we enjoyed them immenseley. The only downside was there wasn't more! The chicken was perfectly crumbed, with the right balance of spices, and wonderfully paired with their sweet chilli mayo - an instant winner for me.
Our burgers came a bit after, and looked absolutelt mouth-watering in their little baskets. One bite was all I needed to make up my mind and fall in love. There was not a single part of the burger I disliked, and by requesting it without onion, it was like a match made in heaven.
I absolutely loved my first experience at Fat Bob's, and can see why my boyfriend and his friends frequent this place when they can. The food is tasty, the drinks are great, and the staff are fantastic! Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and enthusiastic. I only wish I lived closer so it could become my local burger joint!
The only downside to the restaurant is the lack of parking. Diners often resort to parking in the lots of the factories in the area, as there is simply not enough parking in front of the restaurant.
This places defiantly had a cool vibe with the American gas station decoration and booth seating. It's tucked away in an industrial area but the parking and access is easy. As for the food I was underwhelmed. The burger was nothing special, average flowery bun and over complicated flavour profile in my opinion. I tried two of the burgers and neither of them were worth going back for. Especially when this price is considered, it's quite expensive compared equivalent burger joints. The onion rings were bad, over battered. The service was good. Has a good range of beers if your heading there for a drink.
Amazing burger place with friendly staff,great atmosphere unlike anyplace in Melbourne. Totally a hidden jewel with the best burgers I have ever had. Thanks Fat bobs! I'm coming back for more!!!!!
Well..... I am sure that Fat Bobs has heaps of great reviews and I would have to agree. Great atmosphere with so much pride. Staff always friendly and the food is always the same quality and good. As one of the original and best American style burgers gotta give it a thumbs up. Chips and extras top. I would say the best thing on the menu is the crumbed chicken with sauce. Only negative gets really busy and no take out...
