Best Chilli Beef in Sydney. I didn't realise they had thenna kallu (coconut toddy). Never thought we could have kallu (Toddy) in Sydney. Loved the food so much. It was so authentic and very tasty. Best kerala cuisine. A must visit place to enjoy kerala food.

One of the best food you will have in Sydney for Kerala cuisine fish 🐠 pollichathu crab 🦀 gravy fish 🐠 gravy kizhi parotta..:best of the lot and definitely must try Been here twice and have had contrasting experiences with customer service but food taste has been too good and bcz of that came back again even though the service wasn’t great first time. If you book and go in early then you will be served and treated well but if it’s closer to the close time or late then they are not welcoming at all, felt very bad On our first time we got delayed and bcz of that before even settling down they were rushing for order and one lady came out of nowhere and started saying that we can’t take your order I wasn’t even finishing my first order that was ridiculously arrogant and rude and not welcoming at all The reason for second time was the taste of the food…just too too good and yummy 🤤 Second time went early so The customer service was fine. The lady taking the orders is really good and gentle and friendly but there was other lady causing a lot of trouble and not provided proper customer service Will definitely go again just for food and not customer service and have to be on time to even be sure of food

We’re from southern NSW, and are in Sydney for a few days. While here we were exploring the fantastic range of cuisines the restaurants out here serve — something we don’t see much in the Canberra region. This evening, Google Maps found me this li’l gem — being from Kerala myself, I quickly bullied my partner into having dinner here. He absolutely loved it — toddy and all! I was pleasantly surprised to find well prepared authentic food from Kerala at such a decent price (Canberra is a rort!) The staff are pleasant, friendly and found us a table although we hadn’t a reservation this Saturday night. We love it and will be back again - for sure!

Kayal...the name says it all ! The restaurant feels like a warm home and the service was personal and generous.Highly recommend Kappa , fish curry and beef ularthiyatu. They were the best I've had. Overall a lovely dining experience and we would definitely go back.

Would be 5 stars if the staff were a little nicer. Authentic Indian food. Seems to be prepared from quality ingredients. I have never tasted such wonderful flavours. I’ll be back 👍🏼 Hopefully the staff are a little nicer and more accommodating

Best Kerala food in the area, have been here 5 times now and every time the food has been perfect. The service is awesome, attentive, greet with a smile. I will definitely keep coming here for takeaway and also dine in some time too as the restaurant is well set up for dining in.

Good food, based on Kerala recipes...made to Australian customers. Good to go for all who like with the spice concentration. First vist, enjoyed fish and beef cooked to Kerala style along with the Kerala "red" rice, but still to explore customised spice level options.
