I’m. It a big Macca’s diner but today needed a quick stop after visiting the family. Couldn’t believe how busy it was on a Mother’s Day. The drive thru was doing s good trade and plenty of people inside. Do like the decor in this store. Plenty of. Endpapers and a tv as well.
Had the chocolate frappe and as always asked for no drizzle or cream. Done. Tick. Staff great. Store clean. Good parking. Kid friendly. Wheelchair friendly.
Ordered a coffee, hash brown and egg and bad on muffin... not only was my order fast and hot BUT i got a free hash brown and gorgeous little love hearts drawn on my coffee lid. MADE MY DAY!!!! so lovely! 😍🥰
I had a drive thru order miss an item for my son's Happy Meal, which I lodged a basic on-app complaint about. From that, the manager personally emailed me to apologize and provide me a voucher to make up for the mistake. Tell me how many fast food places go to that level of customer service. Kudos to Jack Hill and the team at McDonald's Mooroolbark!
