When I went to here don’t have staff in the store. so I waited 10 minutes and call the store and ask itwas open?staff came out quickly didn’t say sorry, and when I was almost done eating, I found hair in the waffle cone

Didn't know it was store policy to remove a hair that was embedded in a scoop of ice cream and then serve it to a customer...... talk about gross. The girl working seemed to be alone and was quite young/awkward so I paid but ended up having to share my icecream with my partner and threw the contaminated one in the bin.

The young boy was really nice and kind to me, he welcomed me with a big smile. He was also really fast with making my order, no time wasted! Could not ask for better service!!

When I was in store last i asked the girls if the orders that were being collected in front of us were placed via the app, I was told yes. Following weekend I placed an order via the app, was charged for this order, and message read, “collect in 15minutes” drove all the way there, and had to wait in a Queue only to be told that the store didn’t accept online orders and our money would be credited in 1-3 days. We left very dissatisfied and disappointed, the children were extremely upset. Instead we had to go and get sundaes at McDonald’s as we didn’t have another $40 to pay for the same order twice. Extremely disappointed is an understatement.

The young guy who served us was rude to us after the 1st 2 flavours we asked for they apparently didn't have, he also refused to let us sample any new flavours and then when we did buy 5 ice creams the cones were all stale! Disgusting service and quality!!

Would be good if the icecream was actually filled up properly. I paid $20 for a take home container that was literally missing 1/4... Ripped off.

MAJOR MOLD ISSUE in air-conditioning vents. There is no way you should be open to the public with 4 square meters of affected roof / vent systems.

Yummy. It was my first time to visit there. Ice cream was ok. I can’t say customer service was good. Need explain better for visitors.
