Little kiosk in a great location. Outdoor seating only. Good coffee. Excellent staff. Good range of snacks. Pay to park ($3.60 per hour). Popular with cyclists. Prices a little high. Nice views. Public toilet a walk north. Next to Mordialloc Creek and popular beach.

These guys love us on bikes. Now it is no surprise that we are their main customers on Saturday and Sunday morning. Less than average coffee, not hygienic manners. The staff gave my chips to Stan instead of Dan whom Stan after handling the tray gave the coffee shop guys back the tray, which tray was not discharged but given to me!
