It is fantastic T bone steak & scallops.
Fantastic Scotch Fillet, and the Rum and Raisen icecream is hand made.
With only 6 seats remaining in the restaurant we were served with excellent service by Ashleigh and the team. Ashleigh was our waitress, bartender and cashier although managed to serve us efficiently and with a smile, she is an asset to the business (no she didn’t pay me to say this either!). Our food wasn’t cheap although was quality of taste, oysters were fresh and portion sizes were adequate. Thank you Explorer Restaurant for an enjoyable night out in the bush!
