By far the best coffee this side of Brisbane, a great menu and the best staff. My all time favourite cafe!!
I have been going to Evolve regularly for well over a year now and the coffee is fabulously perfect every time! By far the best I have had anywhere EVER. Super friendly service and yummy raw slices too. Always a treat to visit �

Staff are super friendly and make a great coffee with Cleanskin beans. Pastries look delicious and the couches are super comfortable. Definitely recommend.
A holiday visit with the family (inc. 2 kids). A quick morning tea (Wed AM, wet) before heading out—espresso, caffe latte for the wife, babycinos for the kids. Also, some apple & cinnamon muffins and a slice of banana bread. A quirky little nook nested among the surrounds of franchises and a local shopping centre (read: plenty of parking).
Service was helpful and polite, but only the owner/manager really knows the coffee they serve. The coffee was pleasant, the owner knows what he is doing. My single origin espresso was pulled well, the roast a little dark for my preference, but couldn't really find fault. The kids' babycinos were served in quaint little cups, server asked if marshmallows were wanted, rather than assuming.
The atmosphere, as I mentioned, quickly. It's an odd blend of 60s vinyl (dining tables and chairs) and contemporary rustic (black walls and bare wood fittings). It feels incomplete or a work-in-progress. It's clean and inviting, just not sure what to make of the style.
Best coffee on the island. Lovely staff. Great food, though limited selection. I'm a regular here whenever I'm in town (a few times a year.)
Fantastic coffee and great food. Service was a little slow but they were clearly busy and popular! Acai bowl was gorgeous! Highly recommend.
Best coffee I've had at Bribie (granted the options are limited). A little slow because they are super popular for the reasons already mentioned. Generous serving of avo on toast. Would love to see more places like this here. We'll be back!
5* - Service - Good friendly service and attentive to clearing used plates etc
5* - Coffee - Definitely best on the island. Good full bodied taste, strong and hot. Good as any in Melbourne.
4.5* Food - Excellent presentation, cooked to perfection.
4* Value for money - I have given this a 4 as $15 for 2 eggs and bacon is top end of the spectrum.
5* Premises - Very clean and well presented. Love the eclectic vibe with the old phones, gramophone adorn the walls and 70’s steel chairs and tables.
Overall - GREAT CAFE! Best coffee on Bribie by far. Good service, great atmosphere. Do yourself a favour and give it a try.

Beautiful coffee, food and friendly staff. I ordered the Bribie tummy care (which is a sandwich) but can't have bread so the chef made the most beautiful plate up for me. Wish I lived closer so I could make this Cafe my regular place to go. I will definitely be back.

Always a pleasure to pop into Evolve and speak to the team. Always friendly and delightful to engage with. The BAP is the way to go for a bacon and egg turkish toastie - absolutely delicious! This is the best coffeeshop on Bribie Island.
Awesome place! Coffee is strong and tastes delicious. Baby chino is a masterpiece. A bit of a wait for the food. But it worth is. Açaí bowl is so beautiful and yummy. Other breakfast items great as well.
Staff service was outstanding. Coffee was worth the drive and food was exceptional.
The boys are always super friendly and make a great coffee and amazing food, love coming here when I'm up in Bribie!
