The best pizza I have had in my life. There are no words to describe the taste. When it comes to Pizza I personally endulgence once every 1-2 weeks. So I guess around 1000+ times in my life, I've had pizza in multiple places around the world. From New York to Italy and many more. But, Pauly's Gourmet Kitchen lives up to the hype. And this has been the best pizza ever for me. The one in a thousand.

The best pizza you will ever eat, guaranteed. Renee's for the vegetarians and Deli Delight for the meat eaters are highly recommended. Family run business with exceptional service. One of, if not the best places for food in Lake Macquarie West.

OMG you haven't had real pizza/pasta/lasagne till you eat here. ABSOLUTELY NUMBER 1!!!!!! You dont only get gourmet pizza, pasta, chips, home made lasagne and sweets - you walk in and you are treated like family. We have only moved to the area a few months ago and from the first time we tried pauly's pizza we can't go a week without getting dinner here. The staff are all so friendly and have a genuine conversation with you when you walk in the door. Truly beautiful people who are passionate about good food and good customer service. π

The food matches the atmosphere, scrumptious! You are greeted by friendly staff at the door saying hi while you smell the aroma of delicious pizzas, when you leave they always say see you later & hope to see you again. I've eaten in, got take away & had delivery & have never been disappointed in a meal. In the words of Molly Meldrum " do yourself a favour" & try Pauly's, I can guarantee you won't just go/get their food only once!
