I ordered through Uber eats & when I got the order which was on time the Satay beef tasted funny.I contacted the restaurant & they told me they marinate the beef overnight.I believe this beef I tasted was off & they won't admit to it.Is it me or has anyone else had the same problem with quality control of food & consistency from this place?

Owner was very attentive and made sure all small details were done in accordance with our request for pull down screens and food came out on time. Everything went as planned and my sister in law enjoyed the celebration of her 70th Birthday with all her loving family and friends. Very happy to recommend this place for anyone who has an occasion to celebrate and wants a reasonable size room with a not too expensive menu with a few different types of food and drinks. The next door restaurant and the Resort are all available if any interstate or overseas guests wish to stay.

You order by phone and they tell you it will be ready in 20-25 minutes. We arrived after 35 minutes, previous experiences showed that they are always a “bit behind”. This time was a total joke, we ended up waiting another 30 minutes. Which made it over an hour in total. When asked when it will be ready they don’t even apologise for the inconvenience, they just say “5 more minutes”. Last time I came here

We drove 20 minutes to try out this place as it was suggested by food forums on Facebook for their ability to cater for people with food intolerance and allergies. They certainly did not disappoint! The staff were familiar and confident with handling food allergy requests. My son has wheat allergy and was able to enjoy his first ever restaurant quality Sweet and Sour Pork and he loved it. The coating was crunchy and you wouldn't even know it was wheat free/gluten free. We will certainly come back!

Horrible food. Not even near to any asian cuisine. We only taste sugar, salt and no other flavour. Does not justify the rating of 4.2 at all
Perth Eater
Really nice restaurant tucked away in the suburbs. Ordered satay chicken, kuay teow, sweet and sour chicken and crispy fried chicken with fried rice. All food was delicious, large portions. Service was friendly.

We had been meaning to go to support local. With a 4.1 average review our expectations were very high. Paid for our drinks and walked out after waiting for 70+ minutes for our meals.

Great little place tucked away in the back streets of Morley. Restaurant is cosy and customer service is great. Food choice is good and tasty. Will happily return for another meal and have visited several times now already

After reading all the reviews and seen all the positive feedback we thought we'd give it a shot, we ordered 3 dishes for takeaway Satay beef , sweet and sour pork and the recommended almond chicken,
1. Sweet sour pork was basically tiny pieces of pork and a sauce that was very average with Little to no veggies that you usually get at most places.
2. Satay beef, the sauce was ok and the meat tender but they bulk up the dish with lots of potatoes.
3. Almond chicken probably the worst of all of them and was recommended and a popular dish as the lady stated on the phone. Chicken was dry said it was boneless but still had bones through it and I didnt even see any almonds, the plum sauce was just like sugar syrup super sweet and that's all you could taste when is on the chicken. Just remember don't believe everything the reviews say I was super excited to try this place but was sorely disappointed.

I agree with all of the good reviews this restaurant has received. Tucked well away in the back blocks of Morley this place was a welcome surprise.
Firstly the dining room itself was nicely done with good furniture and decor, everything looking spic and span.
Next was the service which really could not be faulted. We were well attended to throughout the evening for ordering, taking plates away between courses and delivering food piping hot; even the wontons were too hot to eat on delivery!
The menu was quite extensive and included a long list of house specialities. Banquets are catered for and there are a number of large round tables with Lazy Susans. Prices were quite reasonable.
Finally the food we were served was outstanding in quality, authenticity and presentation.
I had sizzling salted fish and chicken with bean curd, the latter having been fried, along with some plain rice. The hot iron serving plate was first delivered to the table with a still raw egg sizzling in the middle and then the main dish was gently folded over the top.
I found this dish to be exquisite with the three main complementary flavours in a vegetable sauce all cooked to perfection. The chicken and fish were still firm, the bean curd was firm on the outside and soft on the inside and the very fine vegetable pieces were still slightly crunchy. The sauce was delicious.
My young daughter who is less adventurous had egg fried rice. She couldn't eat it all and so insisted on taking the remainder home because it was so nice.
Our companions had a fried duck dish and a chicken dish and both were said to be excellent.
Being a Saturday night we were surprised that the restaurant was less than half full, although there was a steady takeaway business.
I would rate this Chinese establishment up there with the best that Northbridge can offer and I look forward to returning to explore their menu further.

This local restaurant is a hidden gem. We ordered take away including garlic vegetables, sweet and sour pork, fried noodles and Singaporean seafood. Everything was super fresh and still piping hot by the time we got home. The Singaporean seafood was my favourite as the sauce was delicious. I mopped up every last of it. Would definitely recommend it and come back again.

Moved to Morley 3 months ago and nearly gave up on a decent Chinese restaurant here! Wing soon was amazing, best I've had in Perth, got the special fried rice, honey prawns, fried duck in plum sauce and lemon chicken. All dishes hit the tastebuds perfectly, seriously reccomended this place!

Also when I called they said 35 minutes until my takeaway would be ordered, most places say 10-15, can only assume this means they really cooked it well and fresh! All the sauces came in a side container to pour on as needed, great idea.

I drove a fair distance to buy some Chinese last night and it was definitely worth the drive!! Delicious is all I could say and the reviews of this restaurant are spot on. We will next time take the whole family there as it's probably the best Chinese food I've had in years. Highly recommend checking this place out!!

First time, and for dinner. Several people waiting at the front door for their take-away, so it's a good sign. Place was bustling with life and the nice young lady at the front led us to our table. After reading some reviews here, we ordered the satay beef, softshell crab, crispy duck, mushroom delux and a pot of hot chrysanthemum tea to wash it down. Food took a while to arrive but that stopped being an issue when I chomped down the food. Delicious! Decent serving size and the price is very affordable. I gave a score short of perfect because of a couple of reasons: (1) the crispy duck wasn't very crispy due to it being drowned in the sauce, (2) interior and atmosphere can do a bit of a make-over (the paintings on the walls were very Western!).
Other than that, scrumptious food and will definitely go back again! Will have to order their desserts next time and see if its up to par with their other dishes.

Very professional. I ordered takeaway last night the lady who answered the phone was very professional I had to change the time a couple of times due to my partners work and they were really good about it

The food was hot and tasty and plenty of it so thank you it was really appreciated

Mrs S Starr. Four of us had a great meal at Wing Soon Chinese last night. Three of us are vegetarians and there was no problem finding different dishes for us including salt and pepper bean curd, sizzling beancurd and vegetarian fried rice. There is a good selection of sweets and to round the night off excellent service.

John, a local diner. Definitely a hidden gem, nothing flash about the decor but who cares, when the service, atmosphere and food are brilliant and the prices are good too, also BYO with no corkage charges, authentic Chinese and would recommend to anyone

Lost Perth. I have lost count the number of times we have dined at Wing Soon and always willing to try something new on the from the menu.
We travel from Rossmoyne as it is worth the drive for the service and good food.
Thanks again Warren Duffy.

Average chinese food. Give it a go.. We have given this place a go twice now since moving to the area and reading the reviews on here. On the first visit we dined in. The service has been fantastic on both occasions. The water served to the table tasted terrible and we couldn't drink it. The salt and pepper crab and beef satay was really really good. We also ordered sezchuan chicken and shanghai lamb. The chicken was unlike any sezchuan we had eaten before and tasted very sweet like it was pineapple based. The lamb was very vinegary tasting. The beef satay was amazing, melt in your mouth. Crab was sensational. We also had the fried ice cream which was ok. Total of $110
Second visit we tried the chicken satay which was not as good as the beef but still good. Salt and pepper squid which was pretty tasty and beef rendang which was terrible. Basically stewed beef in a sauce that was far from rendang. Overall we will give this place another chance but we left a bit dissapointed after reading the rave reviews.

Always a hit!. Our local Chinese - Wing Soon never fails to please myself and my three daughters with their welcoming, friendly & prompt service along with their delicious, fresh & flavourful dishes! Salt & Pepper Soft Shell crab was a definite hit tonight - try this dish! :-)

We live SOR so thought we try out this restaurant as we were near the area. They offer prawn crackers to other tables except for us so was wondering whether it's because they think we didn't order a lot as we only ordered 2 dishes and 3 steam rice as we were just a couple with a 6yr old. Anyway, the seafood beancurd claypot came out and it looked and tasted great, definitely worth the value and dish reasonable size. Next the peking spare ribs came, it looked good, however very vinegary, not the usual taste i am used to. We may be back to try other dishes if we are ever near the area.

Wing Soon trumps all the other local Chinese restaurants. This place has great customer service, they use fresh ingredients and the food tastes great. Highly recommended. Go for the satay chicken, almond chicken and Mongolian beef. You won't be disappointed.

We just tried a takeaway from here after finding it on urbanspoon. It was just fab!!! Probably the best Chinese we've had in a long time! We will definitely be back!!!!!

Gluten Free, ceoliac's enjoy. We dont get to eat a lot of Chinese as my wife is a ceoliac. Generally its San choi bow and white rice for her. The Wing Soon is a local for freinds and when wearrive I ask whats GF options they have. The lady that runs it says she can do most things GF. We asked for a couple, thinking that we didnt want to bore or limit the other 8 guests. Wow, at least 8 of of 10 dishes were GF and absolutely wonderful, tasty and clean. We have never enjoyed an asian meal this good before. Next day no issues no bloat and no thirst or empty feeling. We will be driving the distance again and again and bringing all our friends. Great food, great service, great fun atmosphere (make it yourself and enjoy) and great prices. Thank you very much

Beautiful, what more could you want? I've eaten in a few times and the service is lovely. Take away is just as good and the portions are definetly worth the money.

Very Good. The Wing Soon is a great Chinese restaurant. It has lovely food and I believe is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Perth. It's great how it's a bit hidden away and you can regularly get a table without booking. I'll be going there again.

Wing Now!. We have been fans of wing soon ever since living in dianella. It really is a hidden gem! Customer service is fantastic and they always seem to be busy which is a good sign. Food is always hot, fresh, and such a good price. Only $9.95 for the takeaway fast packs! And we always have left overs. Definitely recommend.
Helen
Terrible. The chicken was plasticky with lots of added water, the spring rolls were awful, $40 worth of bad food. It went straight into the bin, wont be back! Possible the worst chinese takeaway I ever had!

Very Good Chinese. My family get takeaway from here regularly - always good. The chicken satay sticks are fantastic and the dinner box deals are great value - they are huge. We always get lunch as well as dinner out of them! Staff are really friendly as well which is always nice.

Definitely returning. Had planned to go somewhere else tonight but they were closed so gave Wing Soon a go. Glad we did. We had 5 different mains and they were all excellent. Honey Peppered Lamb and the Duck in Plum Sauce were fantastic. Was great to see such fast and happy service by people who were happy to be working there, On top of that the prices were really good. Next time this will be our first choice. See you again soon.

I've had a lot of "fails" with local asian restaurants, but this isn't one of them. We tried it for the first time tonight and would definitely go back! Friendly staff, good menu.
