The food was delicious and the staff were kind and accommodating. They didn't seem to mind that we were half an hour late for our group booking. I loved the cups and tiered plates too. It made it feel authentic.

Thought I would take my mum out for an early mother's day. First time to this venue. Never again. Counted only 16 people at our sitting but still received extremely slow service. 30 minutes before we received our first cup of tea! The food arrived a further 30 minutes later and was average at best.

Lovely High Tea with daughter in law and granddaughter aged 18months. ..beautiful food, staff were fantastic. ..couldn't fault it. .We will definitely be back...ps..must try the pink spider. .you won't regret it. .😀

I went to this place today with two friends. Very friendly, lovely atmosphere, great food. However, the organization could be a little better, as we were told to leave because we needed to make way for a big party coming in. But overall, it was a lovely place and the staff very friendly.

Fantastic service, amazing food. Felt like a princess. Very highly recommended for a lovely, special high tea or just a coffee.

Nice food, but only get 2 drinks included. Other high teas I've been to have unlimited teas, coffes etc

Went for brunch on half priced deal. Very tasty items. Not sure if good value at full price.

Cordial is not iced tea......Would be better if you could have a wine with your high tea.
