Review Noodle Box - Mornington

Yuk 🤮 My daughter ordered Black bean noodles with beef, INEDIBLE meal! Upon feedback about the dish I was hoping for a response ie. sorry, can we make something else or offer a refund? Instead, no response and 😳 this look?! Not only disgusting but poor customer service too!

Drove all the way from Cranbourne to eat here. The girl who was serving us was very rude taking our order. I was with my client who has Mental Illness and she asked for a chilli sauce, the girl who has a nose piercing said that she just gave me one. My client said that she wants one as well and the girl yelled at her “Can’t you just share?!”. She gave her a tiny chilli sauce for the amount of money that we paid for our food. How can you talk to a customer like that? I am so disgusted with how she treated us as customers. If you don’t want to work, might as well stay at home. Food doesn’t taste anything either.

Worst service. Stood at the counter for over 5 mins without anyone saying a word. Lol. Irrespective of food quality teach your staff to engage with people. You get what you pay for I guess.

The girl at the counter wasn't very helpful and didn't really feel like she wanted to be there. But the young kid made up for her coldness. Plus side is plenty of seats if you did want to dine in.

Amazing to find a noodle box so close by. Cant go passed Terikyi Beef, all time classic. Ill have to make this a regular spot. See you next week 🙏

Always been a fan of the food but over the.last couple years and especially recently the customer service has been very below average. Forgotten orders, no greetings and not giving out order numbers and expecting me to respond to a number I never received just shows there is no care anymore.

I went tonight for noodles and chose Chicken Teriyaki which was absolutely delicious. We ordered using the electronic kiosk which was great and the service was friendly and fast. A fabulous experience and we'll certainly be returning.

Treated myself to a hot and spicy pad vegetarian noodles. The food was tasty and nice to eat. Had take away. Please operator and nice food. Worthwhile to try.

Have visited noodle box in Mornington many times and have never left satisfied. The teriyaki chicken is always disappointing and the seafood rice box was also a let down.

Despite being a nice place to visit. They refuse to seat more than 4 people. After 11.30pm they have more than 17 chairs stacked up for public use. This is despite being open until 3.30am. Stacked up means they can't be used and this is a 'management decision'

Fantastic Noodles, l enjoy every time l go there, l can order as l want, and its well priced, not a rip off, conveniently cooked, and tastes great. Ask for the bowl, l do to get more.<br/>The food you can taste I fresh and cooked in front of you on the wok, but l think the chefs are like robots never look at you, or anything, bit weird ,otherwise great food

Paid $14.50 for a drink and small teriyaki chicken noodle box - only hours later to be in excruciating pain, blacking out and feeling myself shaking (hearing went also) and vomiting it all back up. Still in pain 24 hours later. Will never eat here again!! Definitely something wrong with the meal I received and will never recommend to anyone

Drove nearly 20 mins to collect a phone order, was written down but not entered into the system, no apologies, no urgency.. Terrible service won't be back

What a rip off. Sorry guys but you are so so over priced we won't be back ! A small ( very ) small box of fried rice that would only fill a small child for $9.95 !!!! You can't be serious ! 9 of us left and went across the road to an asian noodle shop and got a lge serve for $8.95 so we spent more and took the rest home:<br/>We were a group of trades so you lost over $120 now that's not clever business:<br/>Wake up boys or you'll have an empty shop for lease: people aren't stupid and if you can offer great value for the dollar you have people talking in a positive manner not as people are talking at the moment:<br/>Good luck:

This place is awful! I will never go there again! The food is so overpriced and it tastes terrible - Satay sauce was way too salty and not enough noodles. Also the service was really bad. They were rude and unfriendly and the stupid computer order system kept freezing up and they didn't care. One of the worst places I've ever eaten!!! Stay away!!

Love the hot box. Cannot resist when in Mornington
